Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi tujuan dari amanat Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia dan merupakan kewajiban negara dalam menyediakan pendidikan yang layak bagi masyarakat Indonesia tanpa adanya tendensi apapun. Pendidikan inklusif yaitu pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa semua anak, termasuk anak yang memiliki kebutuhan pendidikan khusus dapat belajar secara beriringan dalam lingkungan yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapan pendidik dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif, tantangan yang dihadapi pendidik dalam mengajar serta model pelatihan yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru dalam pendidikan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus di sekolah yang menjalankan pendidikan inklusif. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Dasar Negeri 03 Tekarang yang ada di Kab. Sambas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi, daftar pertanyaan untuk wawancara, dan hasil dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belum adanya kesiapan guru dalam mendidik peserta didik dengan disabilitas, ketersediaan sarana dan sumber daya yang masih kurang dalam mendukung pendidikan inklusif, serta pelatihan pendidikan inklusif yang belum merata diberikan kepada guru untuk menghadapi peserta didik dengan kebutuhan khusus. Simpulan dan saran dari penelitian ini yaitu keterlibatan pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan dalam penyediaaan pelatihan bagi pendidik yang terfokus pada pendidikan inklusif, pemerintah dan pihak sekolah memastikan ketersediaan infrastruktur fisik dan fasilitas pembelajaran, serta penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran differentiated instruction (pembelajaran yang dibedakan) untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

When learning Mandarin, speaking is the main skill that must be mastered, because through speaking we can communicate and convey information directly to others. However, in order to speak Mandarin accurately, students must practice speaking in the right way. when practicing speaking Mandarin, students often face several difficulties, namely pronunciation must be clear and intonation must be correct because otherwise the meaning will be different. Mandarin vocabulary and grammar are also difficult to learn, so students need the right way to practice their speaking skills. Retelling is one of the oral expression skills. Students can retell what they have heard or read. Retelling exercises help develop students' ability to think directly in Mandarin, improve their language skills, and enhance their oral fluency and accuracy. This research aims to determine the ability to retell reading texts by students of the 2022 batch of the Mandarin Language Education Study Program, FKIP UNTAN. The subject of this study was 26 student. The research uses quantitative research methods. Data were collected using an oral retelling test. The results of the study stated that students' ability to retell reading texts was classified as good with an average score obtained by students reaching 82.38%, and of the seven aspect of retelling the aspect that students master the most is vocabulary and the least master is detail and fluency. After being analysis, the author found that students already have good abilities in retelling reading texts.

Abstract

This study examines the general problem of discussing and analyzing descriptive texts written by students in online learning. Specific problems in this study discussaspects of writing descriptive text, namely the title, structure and use of language. The research method used in this research is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. Sources of data in this study were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri23 Pontianak who wrote descriptive texts. The data collection technique used is thedocument technique. The data collection tool used is the researcher himself as the main instrument and data analyzer. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be seen that the resultsof students' assignments in writing descriptive texts on online learning are 6 students in thevery good category and 19 students in the goodcategory. The total score for the overall aspect is 334. Based on the results of the study,the suggestions for further researchers are:to addsomeassessment criteria from all aspects, such as writing correct sentences. This isbecause many errors are found in the descriptive text written by students.

Abstract

Language is a means of communivation between people one another. The language used will help humans communicate. Language is also found in novels in the form of speech in the form of conversations or dialog between characters. One of the novels that has a lot of speech is the novel Rasa by Tere Liye. Therefore, the researcher wants to know what illocutionary speech is contained in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye. This study adopted descriptive method and qualitative research form. The research data were obtained in the form of words, phrases and sentences of assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative illocutionary speech acts contained in Tere Liye"™s novel Rasa. The result of this research is 4 types of illocutionary speech acts, namely assertive as much as 50 data which includes stating 23 utterances, proposing 6 utterances, boasting 3 utterances, complaining 4 utterances, expressing opinions 8 utterances, and reporting 5 utterances; directive as much as 65 data includes ordering 19 utterances, commanding 29 utterances, begging 8 utterances, demanding 2 utterances, giving advice 6 utterances, and inviting 1 utterance; commissive as many as 7 data include promising 2 utterances and offering 5 utterances; expressive as many as 35 data include thanking 8 utterances, congratulating 5 utterances, apologizing 3 utterances, praising 10 utterances and accusing 9 utterances. The research plan is the design of a teahing module for novel texts in grade 12 of Senior High School (SMA).

Abstract

This research is research related to the development strategy oflthe micro industry in the Bakso Haji Dul business in Pontianak City. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies and obstacles influence the development process and running of the business, as well as find out the income figures for 2020-2022 in the Bakso Haji Dul micro industry. The author uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach model. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation involving the author with 2 informants, namely the business owner and employees in the Bakso Haji Dul production section. The research results show that the development strategy used is adding product variants, creating a business logo, implementing the latest sales concept and improving service quality. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the owner of2the Bakso Haji Dul business attempted to produce innovations and creative ideas which continued to be developed through the emergence of the newest products. This is what causes income figures to continue to increase every year. Bakso Haji Dul's business income in 2020 and 2021 increased by 64.78%, while in 2021 and 2022 it was 64.78%. Then followed in 2021 to 2022 there was an increase of 79.25%. Through this stage of development, the Bakso Haji Dul business often experiences obstacles in the form of pressure from business competition conditions and soaring raw material prices which result in business owners having to organize plans to avoid losses.

Abstract

Physics is a branch of science that investigates natural laws that are relevant to everyday life. The purpose of this research is to describe and to find out the causes of misconception in work and energy at students of SMA Sungai Kehidupan. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive method with a saturated sampling. The subject of the research was the entire population of class XA, XB and XI IPA which are 58 students. The data collection used was a diagnostic test with a multiple choice with closed reasons and interviews. The result of misconception in work and energy at students of SMA Sungai Kehidupan class XA, XB and XI IPA were a percentage of 75.86% regarding to work and energy. The profile of students"™ misconceptions found were five concepts, which are: understanding the definition of work and energy (57.47%); understanding "usaha pada bidang miring dan lingkaran (79.31%); identifying the relationship between work and kinetic energy (72.99%); identifying the kinetic energy of a moving object (71.84%); identifying the law of conservation of mechanical energy (78.16%). The cause of misconception of students are incomplete/wrong reasoning 60%; Students"™ learning interest 20%; Students"™ preconceptions 20%. These resuls are expected to be used as a material for consideration in choosing the appropriate treatment to overcome misconception of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Social Learning Theory in the process of attention, retention, production, and motivational in overcoming the indisciplinary behavior. The data source of this research is a sociology teacher and students of class XI IIS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. The research approach is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, documentation. Data collection tools are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes and archives, documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that informan AP as a sociology teacher has implemented Social Learning Theory based on the Attention, Retention, Production, and Motivation processes. This is evidenced in the Attention process, namely the teacher attracts students' attention when about to start learning, maintains students attention during learning and gives attention to indisciplinary students. In the Retention process the teacher repeats the learning of the previous meeting, provides tests and quizzes, presents material using interesting and relevant media. In the Production process, teachers invite students to discuss and ask about parts of the material they do not understand, and give assignments. In the motivation process the teacher provides encouragement and appreciation to students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Koperasi Jasa Menenun Mandiri (JMM) in assisting woven craftsmen in Sintang Dalam Regency improve economic status. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative research with the type of case study research. In decidingthe research sample used the snowball sampling technique, while the sample in take as informants are managers and woven craftsmen who are members JMM cooperative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, using observation guides and interviews as tools helpwith data collection. The data obtained were analyzed by reducing, presentation, and verification data. The research results show that in running its role, the cooperative creates jobs, a tourism center for woven textiles,increase members' income, increase sales of woven cloth, give training, holding RAT (Annual Member Meeting), and providing services savings and loans that benefit members. The role of the JMM Cooperative provides the impact is in the form of increasing member income so that the quality of life of members as well increased, in addition to an increase in the number of sales of woven fabrics and training given the JMM Cooperative also strengthens the member's economy, and in the management of the JMM Cooperative also plays a role based on kinship and democracy which can be seen from RAT activities and savings and loan services he gave

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's leadership in increasing teacher motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Sambas. This form of research uses qualitative methods. There were 4 research subjects, namely the 51-year-old male headmaster, 58-year-old female vice principal for curricula, 39-year-old female teacher, and 42-year-old female teacher. Methods of data collection by interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display and verification. Data validity checking techniques with triangulation tests and member checks. The result of this study is that the leadership of the head of SMP Negeri 2 Sambas in increasing teacher motivation is well implemented. It can be seen from the strategy implemented by the principal in an effort to increase the motivation of teachers at school. The conclusions from this study, namely: (1) the leadership of school principals in increasing teacher work motivation can be done through: formulating visions, building expectations, encouraging efficient use of time, utilizing various learning resources, monitoring student progress, and conducting evaluations, (2) the principal increases the teacher's work motivation in terms of: responsibility, considering risk, feedback, innovative creativity, and the desire to be the best, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors can come from internal and external factors. The implication of this research is that the leadership applied by the principal is successful in increasing teacher motivation.

Abstract

Misconceptions are students' understanding of a concept but this understanding is not in line with expert understanding. Misconceptions that occur in students can come from anywhere, including caused by textbooks and come from teachers who may also experience misconceptions without being aware of the teacher. The research method used is research and development using procedural examples. The procedural model is a descriptive model that explains the flow or procedural steps that must be followed to form a particular product. One of the products in the field of education is RD which can be in the form of an evaluation system, both process assessment and learning evaluation. This research produced a product in the form of reading material, Refutation text. In total, there was a decrease in the number of students who had misconceptions about the initial field test after being given Refutation text reading material by 76.18%. In total, there was a decrease in the number of students who experienced misconceptions about the main field trial after being given Refutation text reading material by 58.24%. and media at 79.95, the results of the quality test of reading material Refutation text on the content and presentation aspects of 0.74 are included in the high category. Meanwhile, the language aspect was 0.75 in the high category and the graphic aspect was 0.67 in the high category. Students' responses to the reading material of the Refutation text in the field test obtained an average percentage of 91.31%
