Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to defermine application of the Wafa method in learning the introduction of the Qur?an in group A children in the integrated Islamic Kindergarten Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with the type of phenomenological research. The subject of this research is the homeroom teacher A and the children of class A. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this research are the application of the Wafa (Tilawah and Tahfidz) method in learning the introduction of the Qur?an to group A children in the Al-Mumtaz Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Pontianak using the 5P method (opening, introduction, learning, assessment, and closing). In the application of the 5P method there are still teachers who skip parts such as not repeating learning delivered at the time of closing. Specifically for Tahfidz the application is also carried out in the morning before starting the activity and during the day after the midday prayer. As a result of the application of Wafa, there is an increase in each phase. The implication is that the teacher has applied Wafa learning well, but there are still teachers who have not fully implemented the parts of their learning.Keywords: Application of Wafa Method,  Learning Introductin of Al-Qur?an

Abstract

AbstractThis research was backgrounded based on the observation that the 8th-grade students of SMPN 5 Seluas have low skills in writing news text. This is influenced by internal factors such as having low motivation, having difficulties in expressing ideas, as well as external factors such as classroom tended to be teacher-centered, and the tendency to neglect affective and psychomotor aspects in the learning process. Therefore, these results in writings that lack variation for the students only write based on the result of memorizing a set of facts instead of finding their own experience in class. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, of which each comprised planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The method used in this research was descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data were analyzed qualitatively to determine the level of completeness by using a simple statistical method that was presented quantitatively. The findings showed that the planning in cycle I and II was in accordance with the process skill approach, however, the selected approach was not included in the lesson plan and thus revised in cycle II. The acting in cycle I was conducted well based on the APKG II assessment and was improved in cycle II. The learning outcomes resulted in improvement as seen on the test result in cycles I and II from 71,4 to 77,56. Therefore, the selected learning approach improved the students? learning outcomes in writing news texts. Keywords: Writing News Text, Process Skill Approach.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to find out the number of students? sense of fraction material assessed from the level of conceptual understanding. The research method used is descriptive method with a case study form. The research subjects were 29 students. Tools of collecting data in research show that students with high, medium and low levels of conceptual understanding tend to have a moderate category number sense. In general, it can be concluded that number sense of class VII A Students of Junior High School 1 Beduai varies for each level of conceptual understanding. Students with a high level of conceptual understanding have a high number sense category, students with a moderate conceptual level of understanding have a moderate number sense category, and students with a low level of conceptual understanding have a low number sense category. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the quality of Civic Education Multiple-Choice items of the first semester final test of tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 2 MempawahHilirin the academic year of 2018/2019 based on the difficulties, differentiation, validity,reliability, and the effectiveness of distractors.This research used a descriptive quantitative method. The research samplewas taken randomly,comprising 67 tenth-grade students.The object was the first-semester final test items,answer keys, and students’answer sheets. The technique of data collection was done through the interview and documentation method. The analyze dataused the ITEMAN version 3,00. The results show 17 hard questions items (42.5%), 16 medium items (40%), and seven easy items (17.5%). Based on the ability of the differentiating question, there are 10 items categorized as poor items (25%), 24 fine items (60%), and 6 good items (15%). Based on validity,there are 20 valid items (50%), and 20 invalid items (50%). Based on reliability,the test items are reliable with a fine category by the alpha value of 0.548. Based on the effectiveness of distractor,there are 21 excellent items (52.5%), 10 good items (25%), seven fine items (17.5%), and two poor items of distractor (5%). Abstract

AbstractThe pupose of this research is to describe the relationship between: 1) self efficacy with study result mathematics, 2) achievement motivation with study result 3) independence with study result mathematics, 4) self efficacy and achievement motivation together with study result mathematics, 5) self efficacy and independence together with study result mathematics, 6) achievement motivation and independence together with study result mathematics, 7) self efficacy, achievement motivation, independence together with mathematics 5th Grade of 06 Public Elementary School, South Pontianak. This research which was conducted a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Theresearch type is correlational study. This research was conducted in the A5thandB5thof 06 Public Elementary School, South Pontianak. The subject of this population research with total number 50 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis techniques were performed with descriptive statistical analysis, while to determine the relationship between the three variables, namely self efficacy, achievement motivation and independence with mathematics study resultused through calculations with simple correlations and multiple correlations. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between: 1) self efficacy with study result mathematics of 0.450, 2) achievement motivation with study result mathematics of 0.573, 3) independence with study result mathematics of 0.543, 4) self efficacy and achievement motivation together with study result mathematics of 0.595, 5) self efficacy and independence together with study result mathematics of 0.600, 6) achievement motivation and independence together with study result mathematics of 0.640, 7) self efficacy, achievement motivation, independence together with mathematics of 0.651. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation, Independence, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this thesis is "The role of the Council of Ta'lim Al-Hidayah in the application of religious values in teenagers in Nanga Embaloh village, Kapuas Hulu District. The purpose of this research to describe the role of the Council of Ta'lim in the form of the development of religious values, the role of the Council of Ta'lim in the form of religious values, the role of the Council of Ta'lim in the form of religious values and the role of the Council Ta'lim In the form of conveying the idea of tilapia-religious values in teenagers. The study was conducted by a descriptive research method using qualitative forms. The research techniques used are observation techniques, and documentation techniques with data collection tools in the form of observation and interview guidelines. The results showed that in general, the Ta'lim assembly Al-Hidayah has performed its role as prescribed, although there are still shortcomings in which teenagers are still not able to follow or apply all that has been taught. In doing his role the Council of Ta'lim made several attempts, such as; 1. Provide coaching 2. Give the discussion container 3. Give a positive boost. The role of the Council of  Ta'lim Al-Hidayah is: 1. Fostering and developing the religion of Islam in forming a community that fear Allah to Allah SWT 2. Doing spiritual recreation 3. Tighten the ropes of Silaturrahmi 4. As a media the delivery of ideas is beneficial for the development of Ummah and nation. The role of Ta'lim assembly in applying religious values in adolescent members of the Ta'lim Council has been well done but there are still teenagers who have not been able to apply the religious values that have been taught.Keywords: Religious Values.Ta'lim Council, Youth

Abstract

AbstractThis research has purpose of this  study  was to determine and describe  the level of  writing ability in terms of structural aspects which include titlle, orientation, events, and re orientation. Linguistic aspects conjunction, reference word, adverb of time and verbs. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative research. The technic of the tests. Choosing sample is randomly The measurement of data collected is the ovestions of writing biographical text with the topic determined in advance. The research result of the ability of biographical text by students  class X SMA Negeri 8 in Pontianak that as follow: 1. The ability of writing the titlle of biographical text with percentage 96% are classifred good. 2. The ability in using orientation with percentage 100% are classified very good. 3. The ability in using events, with percentage 100%  are classified very good. 4. The ability in using re orientation with percentage 100%  are classified very good. 5. The ability in using conjunction with percentage 51% are classifred good. 6. The ability in using reference word  with percentage 13% are classifred good. 7. The ability in using adverb of time with percentage 5% are classifred good  8. The ability in using verbs with percentage 59% are classifred good. Based on the research has  done, specially ability in writing the content of biographical text with the percentage 67%, it is expceted that the teachers as educators can be more fokus to improving the ability of students to be able to give better performance.Keywords: Biographical Text, The Ability, Write,

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the existence of Tari Jepin Tammbong Enam in Karimunting village. The problem of this research is related to the existence of Tari Jepin Tammbong Enam and the factors that affect the development of Tari Jepin Tammbong Enam. This study uses descriptive method with a qualitative form and ethnographic approach.  The data source of this study is approach colleted from the interview, the observation draft and the documentation of interviews with Suratmi, Mat’ani and Ruslan. The validity of data in tested by using triangulation techniques of the sources which compiled and analyzed systematically. The result of this study indicates: (1) Tari Jepin Tammbong Enam is still preserved by Sanggar Rukun Bersama since 1995. (2) The support systems of the existence of Tari Tammbong Enam are Sanggar Rukun Bersama, society, and government. (3) The obstacle factors of the existence of Tari Jepin Tammbong Enam is not interested to learn and nowadays young people assume that this kind of dance is outdated. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe how the Group Investigation technique affects the class dynamic learning of English Speaking practice and how the Group Investigation technique affects the students’ cooperative learning in English Speaking practice by Year-10 students of SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak in Academic Year 2013/2014. This study is a case study. The subject in this study is the students of class 10F which consist of 35 students. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation technique. Data is analyzed using a formula to find out the percentage of class dynamic learning. The result of analysis shows the percentage of class dynamic learning 77.97% with criteria good learning. This result indicates that group investigation technique affect the students’ English speaking practice which is shown from the students’ positive response on every aspect being observed during the learning process. The result of interview indicates that Group investigation makes students work cooperatively in group and they can build a new relationship with people who culture and tradition are different from them Key Words: Group Investigation, Speaking Skill, Cooperative Learning

Abstract

                                                           AbstractThe Purpose of the research is to get information about ?Pembiasaan membaca hadis dan artinya dalam pengembangan nilai agama islam pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Al-Kautsar Pontianak?. Here, I used Descriptive Research Method with qualitative approach. The Media used by teacher is visual media that shaped illustrated story books, picture, and sometimes using video. The steps carried out by the teacher is with greetings, pray, and start question and answer. After that, the teachers prepare the book or materials for students reading hadith then students are invited to read the hadith together and that has been memorized at the point to become a leader in the group. Repeated alternately so that everything became familiar with the hadith that teach. The constraints of the students is some students won?t issue the voice so the teacher is difficult to know whether the students are already memorized or just don?t want to take their voice. The efforts made in habitual reading and the meaning of the hadith in the development of the value of Islam is the teacher invites other students to participate in the invited students who do not make a sound for reading hadith taught by the teacher.Keywords: Habituation, Hadis, The Development of Islamic Religious Values
