Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada materi gelombang di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII A SMPN 10 Pontianak tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes uraian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada materi gelombang telah terlaksana sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang ditetapkan; (2) aktivitas belajar siswa yang berkategori sangat aktif dan aktif pada siklus I adalah 86%. Pada siklus II aktivitas belajar siswa yang berkategori sangat aktif dan aktif meningkat menjadi 92% (terjadi peningkatan sebesar 6%); (3) hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan pada siklus I sebesar 72%. Pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 83% (terjadi peningkatan sebesar 11%). Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, Hasil Belajar, Numbered Head Together Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop the activity and the study result of the student by applying cooperative learning model numbered head together type in the material of wave in class VIII SMPN 10 Pontianak. This research is classroom action research. The subject on this research is the student of VIII A SMPN 10 Pontianak in school year of 2014/2015 which total 36 students. The tools of data collection used in this research is the observation paper and test description. According to the result of the data analysis concluded as follow: (1) the applying of cooperative learning model numbered head together type in the material of wave has been carried out appropriately with the appointed steps; (2) the student’s learning acitivity which category were very active and active on the first cycle is 86%. On the second cycle, the student’s learning acitivity which category were very active and active increased into 92% (improvement occurred is 6%); (3) the stydy result of the student which succeeded in the firts cycle was 72%. In the second cycle, the study result of the student which succeeded increased into 83% (improvement occured is 11%). Keywords:  Activities, Learning Outcomes, Numbered Head Together

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi Permen 58 Tahun 2009 tentang Standar Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini mencakup lima aspek perkembangan salah satunya adalah aspek nilai kognitif anak usia 4 – 5 tahun yang memiliki Tingkatan Pencapaian Perkembangan (TPP) diantaranya adalah mengetahui konsep banyak dan sedikit, membilang banyak benda satu sampai sepuluh, mengenal konsep bilangan, mengenal lambang bilangan dan mengenal lambang huruf. PAUD Siratul Jannah telah mencoba memberikan suatu pembelajaran kepada anak, tetapi anak tidak memahami konsep angka, lambang bilangan, banyak sedikit, sebab akibat, bentuk, warna dan jenis. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang berjumlah 14 orang anak. Lokasi yang digunakan sebagai tempat penelitian adalah PAUD Siratul Jannah Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan hasil analisis data, maka secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui permainan angka dapat meningkatkan pengenalan konsep bilangan pada anak usia 4 – 5 Tahun di PAUD Siratul Jannah Kata Kunci : Konsep bilangan, permainan angka  Abstract : The background of this research Sweets 58 Year 2009 on Early Childhood Education Standards covers five aspects of the development of one of which is the value of the cognitive aspects of children aged 4-5 years who have Achievement Level Development  of which is knowing the concept a lot and a little, many objects to count from one to ten, familiar concept of numbers,  familiar symbol of numbers and letters familiar emblem. PAUD Siratul Jannah has tried to give a lesson to the children, but the child does not understand the concept of numbers, symbols, numbers, much less, cause and effect, shapes, colors and types. This study uses action research. Subjects in this study were children who totaled 14 children. The location was used as a place of study is early childhood Siratul Jannah Kubu Raya District. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi objektif pemerolehan kemampuan membaca dini, implementasi pendekatan pengalaman berbahasa dan pemerolehan kemampuan membaca dini dengan mengoptimalkan Pendekatan Pengalaman Berbahasa. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif terhadap anak Taman Kanak-kanak. Laboratorium Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran bahasa untuk pemerolehan kemampuan membaca dini anak dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengalaman berbahasa meningkat lebih baik, dikarenakan melibatkan anak aktif berbicara, materi membaca tersedia dari pengalaman anak, anak lebih mudah mengingat. Pendekatan pengalaman berbahasa merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat dioptimalkan guru dalam pembelajaran membaca dini di Taman Kanak-kanak, karena dapat memotivasi anak dalam mengungkapkan pengalamannya serta menarik minat anak dalam pembelajaran membaca.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Pengalaman Berbahasa, Kemampuan Membaca Dini.Abstract: Learning at kindergarten level will be fun on the pupils if we are able to apply playfully learning. Through playing, children are able to explore, discover and use the surrounding objects so they can gain a meaningful learning. The goal of this reasearch is to describe the objective conditions of early reading skill acquistion, the implementation of language experience approach to and acquisition early reading skills by optimizing the language experience approach. The research was conducted using descriptive-qualitative method to Muhammadiyah University Laboratorium Model Kindergarten Pontianak.. Early reading skills were focused on retelling what the pupils have been experienced such as picture observavation and writing the syllables based on the picture being observed. Language Experience Approach is one the methods, which is able to be optimized by the teacher in early reading skills learning at kindergarten, because it would be the best way to motivate the pupils in expressing by them selves and able to attract their interests in reading learning processes. Abstract

This research is a from of action research with descriptive methods. Subjects were children of 20 children. Based on the research that has been done and through the results obtained after the analysis of the data held that : 1) Planning learning to increase self-sufficiency through method demonstration on children can be categorized as excellent, while the planning has been done teachers include: Formulating learning objectives, choose a theme, choose the main ingredient , determine methods pembelajran, making assessment of learning outcomes. 2) Implementation of learning to increase self-sufficiency through demonstration method in children aged 5-6 years can be categorized as "excellent", while the implementation of the teachers that have been done include: teachers' pre- learning activity, the teacher opened the lesson, the teacher core activities of learning, close teacher learning. 3) Evaluation of learning to increase self-sufficiency through demonstration method in children aged 5-6 years can be categorized as "developing very well" with the increased independence of children aged 5-6 years. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan melalui hasil yang di peroleh setelah diadakan analisis data bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemandirian melalui metode demonstrasi pada anak dapat dikategorikan baik sekali, adapun perencanaan yang telah dilakukan guru antara lain: Merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, memilih tema, memilih bahan main, menentukan metode pembelajran, membuat penilaian hasil belajar. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemandirian melalui metode demonstrasi pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dapat dikategorikan baik sekali, adapun pelaksanaan yang telah di lakukan guru antara lain: guru melakukan kegiatan pra pembelajaran, guru membuka pelajaran, guru melakukan kegiatan inti pembelajaran, guru menutup pembelajaran. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemandirian melalui metode demonstrasi pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dapat dikategorikan berkembang sangat baik dengan adanya peningkatan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. Abstract

AbstractTeacher work performance is the level of success of a teacher in completing tasks or work entrusted by the leadership. Teacher work performance has the potential to be influenced by the principal's ability to communicate, and is influenced by good work attitudes and (cultural) behavior by teachers. Because in completing the work of an organization requires effective communication from the principal and is inseparable from the nature of cultural values such as discipline, motivation and competition that will form the norms, attitudes, habits and behavior of individuals who become the cultural identity of the organization. The ability of principals to communicate with teachers in their school organizations is one of the factors increasing teacher work performance and the culture of school organizations is a decisive factor for the success or failure of the organization in the coming decades and makes teachers wiser in their behavior and improve work performance. In order for the Sambar sub-district 1 vocational high school teachers to have good work performance, several things are needed to motivate their work performance, namely: 1) School principals give teachers broader trust and opportunities to perform their main tasks and functions professionally, build joint work commitments, and open attitude. 2) The culture of school organizations needs to be built and familiarized so that it becomes a unique identity in carrying out learning activities, especially the culture of individual or team initiatives in taking work actions, carrying out innovations and initiatives, building communication and competition patterns, and tolerance for risk and conflict. Therefore, principals and vocational teachers in sub-district 1 of Sambas Regency need to pay attention and improve aspects of communication skills and culture of school organizations, because both of them have been proven to be empirically influential on teachers' work performance. The greater the value of the communication skills of the principal and organizational culture, the greater the value of teacher work performance. Abstract

Absrak: Penelitian dengan  model discovery learning bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Kunyit pada materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan,  observasi, dan refleksi. Alat pengumpul data meliputi lembar observasi pembelajaran dan soal tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning pada siklus 1 dengan persentase 87,50% dan pada siklus II dengan persentase 97,50%. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan  model discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 sebesar 70,58% dan pada siklus II sebesar 88,24%. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Model  Discovery. Absract: Research by discovery learning model aiming to know about learning process and improving student learning outcomes in VIII grade of SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Kunyit with material of structure and function of plant tissue. This research is a class action research (PTK) conducted in two cycles with II meetings. Each cycles consist of four phases planning, action, observation and reflection. Data instruments sheets of observation learning and questions of learning outcomes. The research result showed that learning process which used discovery learning model at first cycles with percentages about 87,50%. And at second cycles with percentages about 97,50%. It showed, there were enhancement about 10%. Learning by using discovery learning model could incresed the student learning result. At first cycles with completeness percentages about 70,58% and at second cycles with completeness percentages about 88,24%. Keyword : learning Result, , Discovery Methods

Abstract

Abstrak: Pteridophyta merupakan kelompok tumbuhan perintis yang mampu bertahan pada lahan kritis bekas PETI seperti yang terdapat di danau Biru Kota Singkawang Kalimantan Barat. Tidak semua Pteridophyta dapat hidup di lahan bekas PETI. Oleh karena itu menarik untuk diketahui jenis Pteridophyta yang dapat tumbuh di lahan tersebut. Adapun implementasinya dapat dijadiikan media pembelajaran sub materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas X SMA. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode jelajah. Masing-masing jenis yang dikoleksi untuk identifikasi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil inventarisasi ditemukan 6 jenis tumbuhan paku yaitu Lycopodium cernuum, Nephrolepis biserrata, Stenochlaena palustris, Blechnum orientale, Histiopteris incisa dan Gleichenia linearis. Flipbook yang dibuat divalidasi oleh 5 validator. Hasil validasi media flipbook diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,57 dan termasuk ke dalam kategori valid atau dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Inventarisasi, Pteridophyta, Flipbook. Abstract: Pteridophyta is a group of pioneer plants that can survive on critical land . Not all Pteridophyta can be found at such a critical environment like PETI. The Research was to invent the types of Pteridophyta that grow in the former PETI in Blue Lake Singkawang City. The results of this research can be used as teaching materials especially for the topic such as environmental pollution of SMA grade X. The samples in this study were all Pteridophyta that were found in the research site. Research design used is descriptive study. Sampling method was exploratory purposive sampling technique . Validation is done by 5 media validators. The data revealed 6 types of nail plants namely Lycopodium cernuum, Nephrolepis biserrata, Stenochlaena palustris, Blechnum orientale, Histiopteris incisa and Gleichenia linearis . The validation results showed the value of 3.57 and it means it is valid. Therefore, the flipbook can be used as teaching-learning material. Key Words:Inventory, Pteridophyta, Flipbook.

Abstract

AbstractIn general, the purpose of this study is to describe learning techniques folding origami to improve the development of fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Tunas Bangsa  Pontianak Timur. research uses real action and capacity building processes in detecting and solving problems. Based on the results of data analysis and research questions in general can be concluded that learning using origami folding techniques can improve fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 years in Paud Tunas Bangsa Pontianak. This is based on the results of the planning of origami folding technique learning to improve the development of fine motor skills of children reached the "Good" category with a score of 3.57. The practice of folding origami techniques to improve the development of fine motor skills reaches the category of "Good" with a score of 3.74. The origami folding technique applied by the teacher and the learning can improve the fine motor of the child. This is demonstrated by 90% of children developing very well as expected. Keywords:  Fine Motor Skills, Folding Origami.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi segi empat di kelas VII MTs. Darul Amin Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian Control Group Only Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 siswa. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.006 <  0.05, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis antara siswa yang diberi pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan  alternative solutions worksheet (ASW) dan pembelajaran langsung berbantuan ASW. Hasil perhitungan normalized gain, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,59 yang artinya terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sesudah diterapkan pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan ASW tergolong sedang. Hasil perhitungan Effect Size, diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,89 yang artinya menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan ASW memberikan kontribusi tinggi terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Kata kunci : Pembelajaran kooperatif, ASW, pemecahan masalah Abstract: This study aims to increase mathematical problem solving  ability of students in rectangular of matter in class VII MTs. Darul Amin Pontianak. The method used is Quasi-Experimental Design with the study design Posttest Only Control Group Design. The study sample is 44 students. The result of the t test obtained value the Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.006 <α = 0.05 which means that on average there is a difference between the mathematical problem solving ability of students who were given a cooperative learning aided alternative solutions worksheet (ASW) and students who were given a direct learning aided ASW. The result of normalized gain calculations, obtained a value of 0,59, which means there is an increased problem solving ability of student after application cooperative learning aided ASW . The result of Size Effect calculations, obtained a value of  2,89, which means using the cooperative learning aided ASW provide the highest contribution to the mathematical problem solving ability of student. Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to find out the effectiveness of animated video in teaching writing descriptive text to the eighth grade students of SMPN 14 Pontianak in academic year 2018/2019. The population of this research was the eighth grade students of SMPN 14 Pontianak in academic year 2018/2019. The researcher took the sample by using cluster random sampling technique. The sample of this research was the students of class VIII B which consisted of 24 students. The data were collected through measurement technique and written test. The data showed that the effect size of the treatment was 0.85, and it was categorized as moderate effect. The findings of the research obviously showed that the used of animated video was significantly effective to teach writing descriptive text to the eighth grade students of SMPN 14 Pontianak in academic year 2018/2019.
