Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Make A Match terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bima Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain Posttest Only Control Group Design. Populasi terdiri dari 3 kelas seluruhnya berjumlah 96 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara simple random sampling yang terpilih sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIIIB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Tehnik pengumpulan data hasil belajar menggunakan soal tes. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan dan hasil belajar siswa yang setelah mendapatkan perlakuan (thitung = 3,378 ttabel = 1,684). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Make A Match terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bima Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are one of the skills that are very necessary in the 21st century, so it is important to train students. This research aims to develop a guided inquiry-based physics learning tool that is suitable for practicing creative thinking skills on static fluid material in SMA/MA. This research is development research using a 4-D model with an experimental type of research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The learning tools developed include; (1) Learning Implementation Plan; (2) Student textbooks; and (3) Student Activity Sheet. Data collection techniques use tests, observation, and documentation using creative thinking skills test instruments, student activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. This research was conducted on 22 class XI students. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative descriptive to test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the data. The research findings are: 1) The learning tools developed are categorized as valid; 2) The practicality of learning tools can be seen from the implementation of the learning implementation plan and student activities carried out in accordance with the planned stages; 3) The effectiveness of learning tools is seen from (a) Students' creative thinking skills before being given treatment and after being given treatment, (b) Students' responses to the tools and implementation of learning. So it can be concluded that the guided inquiry-based physics learning tool developed is suitable for training students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using PhET Simulation on understanding Natural Science concepts in prospective teachers, with a focus on the material "Work and Energy." This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. This research involved two groups of prospective elementary school teachers, where one group used PhET Simulation-based learning while the other group used conventional learning methods. Data on understanding science concepts was collected through pretest and posttest, and analyzed using statistical tests. The results showed that there was a significant increase in understanding of science concepts in both groups, but a greater increase occurred in the group that used PhET Simulation. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integrating interactive technology in science learning to increase understanding and involvement of prospective teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Science Student Worksheet (LKPD) with a Cultural Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach through a Design Thinking Framework on elemental material. This research method uses Design and Development (DD) with the Design Thinking Framework which consists of five principles, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test Evaluate. The population of this study was class VIII students at one of the junior high schools in the city of Bandung using the Non-Parametric Kolmogorov Smirnov One Sample Test with a total of 31 students. This research instrument is in the form of a validation sheet. The data analysis technique used in this research is the validity test. The results of this research show that the validation data obtained a validity percentage of 3.24 which is included in the valid criteria. This shows that the LKPD with the CRT approach that has been developed is quite effective as a support in the learning process on elemental material.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using slidesgo-based power point learning media on the learning interest of class XI Science students at SMA Negeri 06 Bombana. This research is quantitative research using a quasi-experimental model. The total population in this study was 36 students of class XI Science at SMA Negeri 06 Bombana. The sample used in this research was 36 students consisting of two classes, namely: the experimental class consisting of 19 students and the control class consisting of 17 students. The variables in this research are the dependent variable, namely student interest in learning and the independent variable is slidesgo-based power point media. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Inferential analysis is independent sample T-Test. The research results showed that the experimental class obtained a percentage score of 87% in the high category, while the control class obtained a percentage score of 44% in the very low category. After calculating 36 experimental and control questionnaires, the independent sample T-Test test value was obtained with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on learning interest in the control class and experimental class

Abstract

Floods are a natural disaster that frequently occurs in Indonesia. Disaster prevention measures and flood simulation and guidance are still less applied in other cities except for major cities, resulting in a low level of human safety. From the data obtained, many casualties and significant material losses were suffered by flood victims. Floods usually occur during the rainy season, but no one knows when and where they will happen. This study applies data mining techniques with association rules using the apriori algorithm to understand the patterns and association rules of flood events in Indonesia. The data were taken from the official website of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) from 2014-2016 and analyzed using the R program. The association analysis results showed that "if there is flooding due to all survival factors, then there is a possibility of flooding in Cileunang" with support 38.7%, confidence 64.4%, and lift 1.0347319. Meanwhile, "if there is flooding in Cileunang, then there is a possibility of all surviving" with support 38.7%, confidence 64.4%, and lift 1.0347319.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a heterogeneous tropical climate and is also vulnerable to the impacts of regional and global climate change. Malaria is transmitted by the Anopheles sp mosquito, the clinical and pathological symptoms of malaria are almost exclusively caused by the asexual phase of plasmodium in erythrocytes. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, because the data used comes from descriptions of words, with the type of library research or literature review. Library research and library searches are not only carried out as initial steps in preparing a research framework but also serve as library sources that are used as sources of research data. Search for data via Google Scholar using the keywords "genetic engineering" and "malaria mosquito" then select and eliminate data sources that are appropriate to the topic, namely genetic engineering of mosquitoes that cause malaria. The results of the literature review found that: (1) Genetic engineering is a technology that involves the manipulation of DNA molecules, which is also known as recombinant DNA technology; (2) Various terms in gene molecular manipulation techniques, such as DNA recombination, gene cloning, and gene modification; (3) Genetic engineering using basic methods, such as DNA isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, hybridization techniques, and RFLP analysis; and (4) Genetic engineering of mosquitoes can be done in several ways, namely: the sterile male technique, the distribution of mosquitoes with dominantly lethal genes, and coding genes (Gen Drives).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kelayakan lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) siswa model Resource Based Learning; (2) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dan Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Siswa dengan menggunakan LKPD yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (RD) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Jenis penelitian pre-experimental dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Desain uji coba produk utama menggunakan LKPD model Resource Based Learning pada kelas VIII C yang berjumlah 40 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi LKPD IPA, lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar angket respon siswa terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan, dan tes tulis untuk menguji hasil belajar dan Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Siswa. Hasil pengembangan dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kriteria kelayakan lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) siswa model Resource Based Learning model Resource Based Learning layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA; (2) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai Rata-rata sebelum perlakuan 69,70 menjadi 75,93.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis validitas media smart box dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa setelah penerapan media pembelajaran smart box di kelas III sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis deskripsi kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian 2 guru dan 5 siswa. Tahap penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan studi pendahuluan dan validasi. Pada tahap validasi, dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui kelayakan media yang dibuat. Validasi ini dilakukan oleh 2 ahli media dan 5 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, angket, dan lembar validasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi oleh validator yaitu guru kelas III sekolah dasar, validator pertama memberikan skor validasi dengan rata-rata skor 4,5 sementara validator kedua memberikan rerata skor 4,0. Dari kedua rerata tersebut, maka didapatkan rerata skor 4,5 yang berarti media smart box layak untuk digunakan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Hasil angket dari 5 siswa memberikan skor validasi dengan rata-rata siswa 1 yaitu 5,0 siswa 2 yaitu memberikan skor 5,0 siswa 3 memberikan skor 4,4 siswa 4 memberikan rata-rata skor 4,6 sementara siswa 5 memberikan rata-rata skor 4,8. Dari 5 siswa tersebut, maka didapatkan rerata skor 4,76 yang berarti media smart box ini layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa media smart box dapat digunakan untuk menumbuhkan pemahaman siswa kelas III sekolah pada materi sumber energi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kecerdasan buatan sebagai sumber motivasi bagi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir skripsi. Dengan meningkatnya kompleksitas tugas akademik Dalam konteks peningkatan kompleksitas tugas akademik dan tingginya tekanan pada mahasiswa AI muncul sebagai salah satu alat untuk memberikan bantuan signifikannya dalam proses penelitian dan penulisan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara mahasiswa fakultas pertanian Untirta dari berbagai program studi dengan metode wawancara dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi peranan bagaimana motivasi dapat ditingkatkan dan proses penyelesaiannya tugas akhir semester dapat dipercepat. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang menggunakan alat berbasis AI merasa lebih terorganisir dan mudah mengakses informasi dan mendapatkan umpan balik yang konstruktif, yang semuanya membuatnya lebih berinstrinsik bersemangat dalam prosesnya. Temuan ini membuktikan pentingya teknologi AI dalam pendidikan tinggi dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk program AI lanjutan.
