Abstract

This community service aims to empower livelihoods in Siremen Village, Tanara District, Serang Regency, through the application of egg hatching technology to improve the community's economy. Preliminary studies are carried out to understand village conditions, identify potential, and determine needs that form the basis for planning economic empowerment programs. Collaboration through coordination meetings with related parties, such as the village government and local breeders, has proven to be a crucial factor in the success of the program. The implementation of training and workshops focuses on increasing the knowledge and skills of village communities regarding egg hatching technology and livestock management. Research findings show that training with the active participation of local farmers can increase the acceptance and implementation of new technologies. The implementation of egg hatching technology is supported by the provision of equipment and technical guidance, increasing efficiency and productivity in its application on chicken farms. Regular monitoring and evaluation of progress on the farm, including data collection on egg and chicken meat production, is the basis for assessing the program's economic impact. Extension and dissemination of activity results through seminars, reports and scientific publications are crucial steps in increasing awareness of new technologies in the agricultural and livestock sectors. Overall, this activity succeeded in empowering livelihoods in Siremen Village, with solid collaboration, effective training, technology implementation, and regular monitoring being the key points for its success

Abstract

Community Service is intended as a form of approach offered to overcome the problems that exist at SMKN 2 Takalar. The problem that is often faced by SMKN 2 Takalar is in the teaching process to students. The ability of teachers to teach using the beautiful.ai application based on Artificial Intelligence, especially regarding presentations, is currently still not used, especially by teachers at SMKN 2 Takalar, due to limited knowledge in managing it to teach students. AI (Artificial Intelligence) based learning media training as a means to transfer subjects by utilizing the beutiful.ai application. This learning media is an activity to optimize teaching and learning for students at SMKN 2 Takalar. With the current acceleration of technological developments, if a teacher still uses teaching techniques manually, it will be left behind and boring for a student. Without training activities that are constructive in nature for both personal and group interests, it will result in lagging behind in utilizing animation media as a means for teaching. As a result of the PKM training on AI-based learning media (beautiful.ai) at SMKN 2 Takalar, teachers received material on Introduction to Animation Media, Introduction to beautiful.ai and other tools. Meanwhile, for practical activities: Making learning materials for each participant according to their lesson, Determining the target students being taught so they can understand the lesson. All the activities trained have gone well and really helped the learning and teaching of SMKN 2 Takalar teachers

Abstract

The community service program aims to increase the capacity of goat farming in Toari District, Kolaka Regency, with a focus on increasing farmers' knowledge and skills in livestock management. Through a series of ongoing training and mentoring activities, breeders are equipped with knowledge about livestock management, selecting superior seeds, feed management, livestock health care, financial management and marketing. Program implementation was carried out in an interactive and participatory manner, followed by regular assistance, which resulted in significant improvements in understanding, skills and welfare of farmers, as well as goat livestock productivity. In addition to providing individual benefits, the program also strengthens cross-sector collaboration, creating the potential to improve the overall sustainability of the goat farming sector in the region

Abstract

The community service program in Toari District, Kolaka Regency aims to increase institutional capacity and management of goat livestock. By identifying the needs and challenges of breeders, a comprehensive training and mentoring program was developed. Training includes livestock management, selection of superior seeds, feed management, livestock health care, financial management and marketing. Regular mentoring provides continuous support to farmers after training is completed, so they can implement the skills and knowledge they have acquired into their daily farming practices. The results of implementing this program show a significant increase in farmers' understanding and skills regarding goat management. Farmers become better able to recognize and deal effectively with livestock health, nutrition and reproductive problems, which in turn improves livestock welfare and livestock business productivity. Apart from that, the increase in the welfare of farmers can also be seen from the increase in their income and ability to manage livestock businesses efficiently. This program has also succeeded in strengthening cross-sector collaboration between the government, educational institutions and other stakeholders. This collaboration is the basis for the sustainability of the goat farming sector in the region, because it allows for the exchange of knowledge, resources and support between various related parties

Abstract

Capacity building aims to enhance the capabilities of village institutions in Ceweng Village, Jombang Regency, through reporting training based on Microsoft Office. This training is designed to strengthen the administrative and reporting skills of village institutions, which are essential elements in supporting transparency and accountability in village governance. The method applied in this study is a participatory approach by conducting a series of workshops and intensive training sessions. The training materials include an introduction to Microsoft Office basics, data processing using Excel, and report creation with Word. The study results show a significant improvement in the ability of village institutions to use Microsoft Office to compile more systematic and professional reports. Additionally, this training also enhances the understanding of village institutions on the importance of accurate and effective reporting in supporting data-based decision-making. Thus, this training is expected to serve as a model for capacity-building programs for village institutions, particularly in Jombang Regency

Abstract

The aim of this PKM program is to increase the role and participation of Pamulang University PSDKU Serang City in providing suggestions and solutions based on problems faced by the community, namely the lack of knowledge about management and modern business management. The activity implementation method consists of direct face-to-face meetings through training with SME business actors, using learning methods: Lecture, Discussion and Interaction. It is hoped that in the future SMEs will be managed professionally and become the mainstay of the people's economy. The packaging is still very simple and cannot provide information regarding the products being sold so that the scope of marketing is only local consumers. The object of this activity is the MSMEs of Sasahan Village, Waringinkurung District, Serang Regency. The long-term goal of PKM activities is to prepare MSMEs in Waringinkurung Village, Serang Regency, to have human resources who have insight and knowledge in the potential for managing MSMEs, such as machete craftsmen, melinjo and durian produce. In achieving this goal, there are several stages/strategies that are followed, one of which is related to increasing the insight and capabilities of human resources. There are 3 factors that must be considered regarding the causes of failure, especially in this case for SME entrepreneurs, namely: (1). Forty-five percent of SMEs fail due to a lack of understanding of basic marketing techniques (actually including management, namely marketing management). (2). Thirty-five percent fail due to weak management capabilities. (3). Twenty percent fail due to limited funding sources. The results of this training are that MSME actors are able to improve the local economy, improve the quality of local products, provide positive social impacts, increase creativity and innovation, increase entrepreneurial awareness, and increase the economic independence of the community in forming superior human resource characters

Abstract

The existence of the high school level is increasingly being replaced by the presence of the vocational school level. This is because most people think that high school graduates are not ready to work and are not independent. So, one of the efforts made is through training in oyster mushroom cultivation. Oyster mushroom cultivation training was chosen because it does not require too much land, is easy to maintain, and is not too expensive. What is even more supportive is that the materials used to develop oyster mushroom cultivation are widely available in Beratkulon Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. In Beratkulon Village, many people work as builders, especially frame makers, so in Beratkulon Village there is a lot of wood sawdust that is not used by the residents. Wood is the main medium for growing oyster mushrooms in nature, so wood sawdust is very suitable as a cultivation medium. In Beratkulon Village there is also a huller (rice mill) so it is very easy to get bran which is an additional ingredient for making oyster mushroom baglog. The fine bran (rice bran) in the mushroom medium functions as a source of carbohydrates and minerals for the mushroom. The aim of Community Service is that it is hoped that Roudlotun Nasyiin Islamic High School students will be able to become entrepreneurs by opening their own business opportunities so that they are expected to be able to accommodate community needs, build abilities in increasing income, carry out business-scale businesses and develop participatory planning and implementation of activities. The training targets were students at Roudlotun Nasyiin Islamic High School, Beratkulon Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. The methods and approaches used in this training activity are discussion and practice. The result of the oyster mushroom cultivation training activity was an increase in students' understanding and skills in oyster mushroom cultivation. The conclusion that can be drawn is that creating your own job opportunities at Roudlotun Nasyiin Islamic High School can be done by developing entrepreneurship in the form of training in oyster mushroom cultivation by utilizing local potential in the form of sawdust and fine bran (rice bran) which so far have not been utilized by residents. Because this oyster mushroom cultivation training has a positive impact so that it can later be utilized as a business opportunity by students at Roudlotun Nasyiin Islamic High School, the oyster mushroom cultivation training needs to be continued and facilitated by the school in the context of developing entrepreneurship, so that students are expected to be entrepreneurial and independent. economically

This Community Service focuses on introducing and training MSMEs in utilizing digital marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase their competitiveness. Collaboration with local governments, MSME associations, digital marketing experts and communities ensures comprehensive and sustainable support. Abstract

The aim of this Community Service activity is to implement one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education. Apart from that, through this Community Service activity, it is hoped that the existence of universities can make a major contribution to the development and application of science in society. The method used in this Community Service is that the implementation team visits Nurul Huda Vocational School, Serang City. Providing training from 28-29 October 2023. This socialization aims to ensure that vocational school students, who are mostly teenagers, understand the importance of competence for themselves, the period of developing their personal potential is very important to prepare graduates ready for work in the future. The method for implementing this PKM is by: 1. Lecture / Presentation Method, 2. Javanese Questioning Method. 3. Sharing Session about developing personal competencies in choosing a career in the future. This sharing session was given to the participants to encourage the participants to take an active role in their environment to increase the development of their personal potential and career planning as well as understand and be able to implement how to manage their own potential optimally as a provision for being able to choose a career early on. The result of this Community Service activity is an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants at Nurul Huda Baros Serang Vocational School, especially in the field of developing personal potential and career planning in the future, namely competence becomes their provision, both now and in the future. It is hoped that the knowledge gained in this Community Service activity will be able to provide enthusiasm in conveying knowledge and provide motivation and contribute to the younger generation, both in the school, campus and community environments. So that PKM is right on target, it is necessary to pay attention to the method of implementing PKM

Abstract

The community service, which was carried out at the Bakti Bapak Emak Islamic Boarding School Jombang, completed the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI) activity for the highest number of durian (bido) seeds early grafting. Also Encourages sense of entreprenership for students at the Bakti Bapak Emak Islamic Boarding School, Jombang.so that early grafting of durian seeds can be developed into a business that not only aims to preserve local durian germplasm, but also becomes a business venture that is competitive, profitable and sustainable. To foster entrepreneurial motivation for the community and students at the Bakti Bapak Emak Islamic boarding school, it is carried out through extention activities about the importance of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship techniques, competitive strategies and modern marketing techniques with digital marketing. Assistance and direct demonstrations were also provided regarding Bido durian grafting techniques. The target of this activity is to increase the students' knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and mastery of durian grafting techniques, as well as the adoption of sustainable cultivation practices. The implementation of this community service applies community participation methods, namely the Participatory Rapid Rural Appraissal (PRRA) and Rapid and Rural Appraissal (RRA) methods, which provide an opportunity for the implementing team to work together to plan, organize, implement and control the implementation of this community service activity. The output targets of this community service activity are: 1) Early grafting technology for durian seeds can be implemented 2) the growth of entrepreneurial spirit in students and the community.
