Abstract

This research aims to find out what prayer coaching strategies are carried out for children at the An-Nubuwwah Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA). The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research informant was one of the ustadz or supervisors at An-Nubuwwah TPA. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the research show that the prayer coaching carried out by the ustadz consists of several methods, namely: 1) learning activities are carried out with question and answer sessions, so that children are involved during the coaching. 2) show a disciplined attitude such as being solemn and calm, in order to be a good example for children. 3) carry out a demonstration of prayer practice in an interesting and exciting way. 4) provide motivation by appreciating the various efforts that children have made in learning to pray. And 5) carrying out evaluation sessions by correcting and providing additional assignments. In addition, this research identified various obstacles experienced when coaching prayer services, including environmental factors, limited time for coaching, and the lack of parents' role in providing motivation and support. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pembinaan ibadah shalat yang dilakukan terhadap anak-anak di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) An-Nubuwwah. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah salah satu ustadz atau pembina di TPA An-Nubuwwah. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan ibadah shalat yang dilakukan oleh ustadz terdiri dari beberapa metode yaitu: 1) aktivitas pembelajaran dilakukan dengan sesi tanya jawab, sehingga anak ikut terlibat selama pembinaan berlangsung. 2) menunjukkan sikap disiplin seperti khusyuk dan tenang, agar menjadi contoh yang baik bagi anak-anak. 3) melakukan demonstrasi praktik shalat dengan cara yang menarik dan seru. 4) memberikan motivasi dengan mengapresiasi berbagai usaha yang telah dilakukan anak-anak dalam mempelajari shalat. Serta 5) melaksanakan sesi evaluasi dengan mengoreksi dan memberikan tugas tambahan. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala yang dialami saat pembinaan ibadah shalat, termasuk faktor lingkungan, keterbatasan waktu pembinaan, serta kurangnya peran orang tua dalam memberikan motivasi dan dukungan.

Abstract

PISA research in 2022 announced that Indonesia was ranked 68th out of 81 country participation, reflecting the low Indonesian Literacy Interest Index, one of the main causes is limited access to quality reading materials and lack of reading habits that worsen literacy conditions. This study aims to find out how the quality of service and productivity of the mobile library program in fostering a literacy culture in the people of West Lampung Regency. This type of research is qualitative in nature which is carried out by determining the location of the researcher, selecting respondents, and collecting information from informants, this research is carried out to collect descriptive data and then compiled in the form of reports and descriptions. Primary data sources are obtained through direct interviews with sources and secondary data sources are obtained through various references, such as literature, books, articles, and available websites. The results of the study show the positive impact of the mobile library program. Abstrak Penelitian PISA pada tahun 2022 mengumumkan Indonesia berada di peringkat 68 dari 81 partisipasi negara mencerminkan rendahnya Indeks Minat Literasi Indonesia, salah satu penyebab utamanya adalah keterbatasan akses terhadap bahan bacaan berkualitas dan kurangnya kebiasaan membaca yang memperburuk kondisi literasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas layanan dan produktivitas dari program perpustakaan keliling dalam menumbuhkan budaya literasi pada masyarakat Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan menetapkan lokasi penelitian, memilih responden, serta mengumpulkan informasi dari informan, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data deskriptif kemudian disusun dalam bentuk laporan dan uraian. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan narasumber dan sumber data sekunder diperoleh melalui berbagai referensi, seperti literatur buku, artikel serta situs web yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak positif dari program perpustakaan keliling.

Abstract

Teacher creativity is an important factor in improving the quality of learning. However, there are still obstacles in developing teacher creativity, especially in terms of planning and implementing innovative learning. One of the efforts that can be done to overcome this problem is through periodic guidance by the principal. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of periodic guidance in improving teacher creativity at Citra Madani Cibinong High School. This study used a qualitative method with a School Action Research (SAI) approach. The research was conducted in two cycles consisting of preparation, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that periodic guidance by the principal contributed positively to the improvement of teacher creativity. Indicators of this improvement can be seen from the better attendance rate of teachers, the ability of teachers to develop lesson plans independently, and the results of principal supervision that show improved teacher performance. Findings from the first and second cycles show that teachers' creativity continues to improve along with the implementation of continuous periodic guidance. Abstrak Kreativitas guru merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam pengembangan kreativitas guru, terutama dalam hal perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah melalui bimbingan periodik oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas bimbingan periodik dalam meningkatkan kreativitas guru di SMA Citra Madani Cibinong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan periodik oleh kepala sekolah berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas guru. Indikator peningkatan ini terlihat dari tingkat kehadiran guru yang lebih baik, kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) secara mandiri, serta hasil supervisi kepala sekolah yang menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja guru. Temuan dari siklus pertama dan kedua menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru terus meningkat seiring dengan pelaksanaan bimbingan periodik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research will discuss the role of the family in shaping the Islamic character of grade 9 students at SMP IT Nurul Iman Pesawaran. Against the background of the adolescent moral crisis in the era of globalization, this research aims to understand family efforts in educating children's Islamic values. Using qualitative methods includes observation, interviews and documentation. The research results indicate that the family has an important role through example, habitual worship, and open communication. Congregational prayer activities, reciting the Koran, and moral learning must also be implemented regularly. The obstacles for parents in educating their children's character are limited time, the influence of technology, and an unsupportive environment. The solution that can be taken is collaboration between families, schools and religious communities to create a good environment for the formation of children's Islamic character. This research provides insight for parents and educational institutions to form a young generation with Islamic character who is ready to face changing times. Abstrak Penelitian ini akan membahas peran keluarga dalam membentuk karakter keislaman siswa kelas 9 di SMP IT Nurul Iman Pesawaran. Yang dilatar belakangi krisis akhlak remaja di era globalisasi, Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami upaya keluarga dalam mendidik nilai-nilai islami anak. Menggunakan metode kualitatif mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan keluarga memiliki peran yang penting melalui teladan, pembiasaan ibadah, dan komunikasi terbuka. Kegiatan shalat berjamaah, mengaji, dan pembelajaran akhlak juga harus di terapkan secara rutin. Kendala orang tua dalam mendidik karakter anak adalah keterbatasan waktu, pengaruh teknologi, dan lingkungan yang kurang mendukung. Solusi yang bisa di ambil ialah kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan komunitas keagamaan guna menciptakan lingkungan yang baik untuk pembentukan karakter islami anak. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi orang tua dan Lembaga pendidikan guna membentuk generasi muda yang berkarakter islami yang siap menghadapi perubahan zaman.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze teacher strategies in increasing students' active learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Active learning is very important to ensure students not only understand concepts but are also able to instill Islamic values in everyday life. Student learning activity is also an important part in achieving learning goals, which includes students' physical and mental involvement during the teaching and learning process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the strategies implemented by teachers include active learning methods, the use of interesting learning media, group discussions, and personal approaches to students. Teachers also act as motivators, facilitators and mentors who are able to create a conducive classroom atmosphere. This strategy succeeded in increasing student involvement, both in terms of asking, answering, discussing and completing assignments. It is hoped that this research can serve as a guide for teachers in developing effective learning methods to increase student learning activity. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Keaktifan belajar sangat penting untuk memastikan siswa tidak hanya memahami konsep tetapi juga mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Keaktifan belajar siswa juga merupakan bagian penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, yang mencakup keterlibatan fisik dan mental siswa selama proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru meliputi metode pembelajaran aktif, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik, diskusi kelompok, serta pendekatan personal kepada siswa. Guru juga berperan sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dan pembimbing yang mampu menciptakan suasana kelas kondusif. Strategi ini berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, baik dalam hal bertanya, menjawab, berdiskusi, maupun menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman bagi guru dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to develop spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence through religious activity programs at SDIT AL-YASMIN 2, to find out what factors inhibit and support the development of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence through religious activity programs at SDIT AL-YASMIN 2 This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that religious activities carried out, such as congregational prayers, reading and writing the Qur'an, tahfizh Al-Qur'an, religious studies, and social religious activities, support the application of indicators of spiritual intelligence according to Dadang Hawari, faith and devotion to Allah. , maintaining trust and not lying, respecting time, having compassion for others and emotional intelligence according to Daniel Goleman, such as recognizing one's own emotions, managing emotions, motivating oneself, increasing empathy, and building harmonious relationships with the environment. By integrating religious education into daily activities, the school has succeeded in creating an atmosphere that supports the development of students' spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence through religious activities. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional melalui program kegiatan keagamaan di SDIT AL- YASMIN 2, untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung dari pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional melalui program kegiatan keagamaan di SDIT AL- YASMIN 2. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan keagamaan yang dilaksanakan, seperti shalat berjamaah, baca tulis Al-Qur’an, tahfizh Al-Qur’an, kajian keagamaan, dan kegiatan sosial agama, mendukung penerapan indikator kecerdasan spiritual menurut Dadang Hawari, beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah, menjaga amanah dan tidak berdusta, menghargai waktu, memiliki rasa kasih sayang antar sesama serta kecerdasan emosional menurut Daniel Goleman, seperti mengenali emosi sendiri, mengelola emosi, memotivasi diri, meningkatkan empati, serta membangun hubungan yang harmonis dengan lingkungan. Dengan integrasi pendidikan agama dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, sekolah berhasil menciptakan suasana yang mendukung pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional siswa melalui kegiatan keagamaan.

Abstract

The current educational curriculum in Indonesia pays great attention to fostering the character of students, especially through the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. However, the reality in the field shows that the character of students is declining, so PAI teachers are often the ones to blame for the failure. This study aims to determine the efforts made by PAI teachers in fostering the character of class X students at SMAN 10 Bogor, as well as the foundation used in the coaching process. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of character building is done through three approaches, namely prevention, development, and healing efforts. PAI teachers are active in providing guidance, creating a conducive environment, and providing motivation and further coaching for problematic students. The main foundation in the character building process is Merdeka Curriculum, which allows strengthening of character values and habituation through more flexible learning. In conclusion, PAI teachers play an important role in fostering students' character, but require support from various parties for optimal results.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the keys to success, both in any case. Discipline is an action that reflects orderly behavior and compliance with various existing regulations. In the context of learners, discipline includes teaching, guidance, or encouragement given by their teachers. The purpose of applying discipline to students is for them to learn as moral beings and achieve optimal academic growth and development. This study aims to analyze the role of Tilawati teachers in shaping the discipline of grade XI students at SMA IT Anugerah Insani. Meanwhile, this study uses a field research method with a qualitative approach, by relying on the main data sources from interviews with Tilawati teachers and grade XI students and secondary data sources from various study sources, as well as applying descriptive analysis methods in data processing and presentation. The results of the paper show that Guru Tilawati's approach model in shaping student discipline includes four main strategies: authoritative, role model, emotional, and reward and punishment, which complement each other to create a strong discipline character. He enforces the rules firmly but lovingly, explains the benefits of discipline, and engages parents for consistency. Through exemplary examples and learning methods that emphasize responsibility, as well as warm communication, Guru Tilawati creates a bond of mutual trust that encourages active student participation. The reward and punishment system is used to reward good behavior and consequences for violations, while religious activities teach order and moral values. This holistic approach not only educates students in the academic aspect, but also prepares them to face future challenges with a disciplined character. Abstrak Kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan, baik dalam hal apa pun. Disiplin merupakan tindakan yang mencerminkan perilaku tertib dan kepatuhan terhadap berbagai ketentuan yang ada. Dalam konteks pelajar, disiplin mencakup pengajaran, bimbingan, atau dorongan yang diberikan oleh gurunya. Tujuan dari penerapan disiplin pada pelajar adalah agar mereka belajar sebagai makhluk bermoral serta mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan akademik yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru Tilawati dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI di SMA IT Anugerah Insani. Adapun, penelitian ini menggunakan metode field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengandalkan sumber data utama dari wawancara kepada para guru Tilawati dan siswa kelas XI dan sumber data sekunder dari berbagai sumber kajian, serta menerapkan metode analisis deskriptif dalam pengolahan dan penyajian data.  Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa model pendekatan Guru Tilawati dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa mencakup empat strategi utama: autoritatif, role model, emosional, dan reward and punishment, yang saling melengkapi untuk menciptakan karakter disiplin yang kuat. Ia menegakkan aturan dengan tegas namun penuh kasih, menjelaskan manfaat disiplin, dan melibatkan orang tua untuk konsistensi. Melalui contoh teladan dan metode pembelajaran yang menekankan tanggung jawab, serta komunikasi yang hangat, Guru Tilawati menciptakan ikatan saling percaya yang mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa. Sistem reward dan punishment digunakan untuk memberikan penghargaan bagi perilaku baik dan konsekuensi bagi pelanggaran, sementara kegiatan keagamaan mengajarkan tata tertib dan nilai moral. Pendekatan holistik ini tidak hanya mendidik siswa dalam aspek akademis, tetapi juga mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan dengan karakter yang disiplin.

Abstract

This article reviews the quality system and standards for ensuring educational quality with the aim of providing a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms for evaluating and controlling quality in educational institutions. The educational quality system plays a role in regulating and assessing the implementation of education to ensure that the educational process and outcomes are in line with established standards. Quality assurance standards are used as a reference to ensure the achievement of quality and sustainable educational goals. The research method used is library research, which involves collecting and analyzing various relevant literature sources as the basis for discussion. This article is expected to serve as a scientific reference for researchers, educators, and educational institution managers in understanding the importance of quality systems and quality assurance in enhancing global competitiveness and educational quality. Abstrak Artikel ini mengulas sistem kualitas dan standar penjaminan mutu pendidikan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai mekanisme evaluasi dan pengendalian mutu di lembaga pendidikan. Sistem kualitas pendidikan berperan dalam mengatur dan menilai pelaksanaan pendidikan guna memastikan bahwa proses dan hasil pendidikan sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Standar penjaminan mutu digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menjamin pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research), yaitu dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan sebagai dasar pembahasan. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi ilmiah bagi para peneliti, pendidik, dan pengelola lembaga pendidikan dalam memahami pentingnya sistem kualitas dan penjaminan mutu dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas pendidikan secara global.

Abstract

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Dwiwarna Boarding School, specifically in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject for 12th-grade students. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving the principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, and a PAI teacher as key informants. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum has been systematically implemented through student-centered lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile. The results of students' PAI learning show an increase in both report card grades and achievements. Supporting factors for implementation include teacher readiness, adequate learning facilities, and school management support. Inhibiting factors include initial limited understanding of the new curriculum by teachers and time constraints in adapting teaching materials. This study contributes to the discourse on curriculum implementation and provides practical insights into its application in a boarding school setting. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Dwiwarna Boarding School, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada peserta didik kelas XII. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Dwiwarna telah dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui perencanaan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, serta penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Hasil belajar PAI peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan baik dari nilai rapor maupun prestasi. Faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi kesiapan guru, fasilitas pembelajaran, serta dukungan manajemen sekolah. Adapun faktor penghambatnya meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman awal guru terhadap kurikulum baru serta keterbatasan waktu dalam menyesuaikan perangkat ajar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian implementasi kurikulum serta memberikan gambaran nyata penerapannya di lingkungan sekolah berbasis boarding.
