Abstract

The TUKS 60 Cilacap Port area is facing significant challenges due to sedimentation that causes the approach channel to silt up, thereby disrupting navigation and ship operations. This study identifies the depth distribution, assesses the quality of the bathymetric survey, and calculates the volume of dredged material needed to maintain a channel depth of 8 meters below the chart datum. The method used is a bathymetric survey using the Odom Hidrotrac II Singlebeam Echosounder (SBES), geodetic data from CORS-based GPS, and tidal correction from Low Water Spring. (LWS). Data processing was carried out using Hypack 2015 software and the average end area method for volume calculation. Survey data were validated using the criteria from the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) S-44 Edition 6.1.0 standard. (2020). The results show a depth ranging from -1.2 meters to 10 meters, with 95.8% meeting the exclusive and special order criteria. The volume of dredging required to reach the design depth is 159,991 m³. These findings support dredging planning while ensuring navigational safety and operational sustainability of the port, demonstrating the reliability of SBES technology, Hypack 2015, and compliance with IHO validation for the dredging plan.

Abstract

Rising global inflation in 2024-2025 poses significant challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with literature analysis to explore government policies in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market. The results of the study show that a comprehensive government strategy has had a positive impact on MSMEs in entering the international market. Cooperation between the government, MSME actors, and other stakeholders is urgently needed to create an ecosystem that supports the growth of MSMEs. The government needs to increase access to financing by providing credit programs that are affordable and easily accessible to MSMEs. In addition, support for the adoption of digital technologies, such as e-commerce and digital marketing, is crucial in expanding market reach. Training and skill development programs for MSME employees are also needed to improve the quality of human resources. Coordination between institutions must be improved to minimize inflation risks, as well as increase the transparency of inflation data to provide accurate information to the public. Sustainable and targeted policy implementation will maintain economic stability and encourage MSMEs to compete globally. Thus, the right government policies can strengthen the position of Indonesian MSMEs in the international market despite rising inflation.

Abstract

Hypertension may be a major wellbeing issue that contributes to cardiovascular infection and other complications. Hypertension or tall blood weight is when the systolic weight is ≥140 mmHg, and the diastolic weight is ≥90 mmHg. Components that impact the event of hypertension are isolated into two expansive bunches, specifically variables that cannot be controlled such as sexual orientation, age, hereditary qualities, race and variables that can be controlled such as count calories, work out propensities, utilization of salt, coffee, liquor and stretch. The point of this article is to decide the variables related with the frequency of hypertension. In this writing, it was found that an increment in blood weight that endures for a long time, in case not identified and gotten satisfactory treatment, will cause harm to the kidneys, heart, brain and others. So to control hypertension it is necessary to require activities such as wellbeing advancement in arrange to preserve, progress and ensure individual wellbeing and environmental conditions. There are two chance components for hypertension, specifically chance components that cannot be changed, counting age, sex, hereditary qualities and hazard components that can be changed, counting smoking, moo fiber count calories, dyslipidemia, intemperate salt utilization, need of physical action, stretch, overabundance body weight/ corpulence and liquor utilization. A few variables that impact the frequency of hypertension incorporate components (age, sex), weight from drugs (steroids, painkillers), and comorbid characteristics.
