Abstract

Technology's integration in education has transformed pedagogical approaches, particularly in the field of language acquisition. This research explores the use of Liveworksheets as an interactive educational resource for teaching Grade X students in descriptive texts. The aim is to create an effective and engaging learning tool to improve student understanding and motivation, while overcoming the limitations of conventional teaching approaches. This study uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation), excluding the Implementation phase. Experts in materials, media, and pedagogy evaluated the final product's quality to confirm its appropriateness. The validation results indicated that Liveworksheets is a highly valid educational tool, obtaining an average expert validation score of 3.5 and classified as “Highly Valid.” The results indicate that the integration of technology in educational settings enhances interactive learning and sustains student engagement. Moreover, the fully online format of Liveworksheets supports environmental sustainability by minimizing paper usage. This technology provides educators with an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional worksheets and fosters student-centered digital learning. Further study is required to investigate the implementation phase and measure its efficacy in educational contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive educational website called “Anti Judi Online” (Anti Online Gambling) as a medium to improve public moral reasoning regarding the negative impacts of online gambling. The research method used is the waterfall development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Expert validation of the content and media indicates that the product is suitable for use as an educational tool, with content aligned with moral principles and legal regulations, and meeting usability and user experience (UX) standards. Testing on small and large groups demonstrated improvements in users' moral reasoning, legal awareness, and critical attitudes toward the dangers of online gambling. The website has proven effective in enhancing moral reasoning and changing users' attitudes. This study recommends the use of the product by the public as a digital educational medium, and encourages the government and educational institutions to integrate similar media into technology-based prevention programs. Further development through mobile platforms and expansion of social issues are important agendas for future research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the 15-Minute Literacy Movement Before Learning in improving the reading skills of fourth-grade students at Lemahabang 1 Elementary School. The background of the study is the low reading ability of students, such as weak comprehension of reading content, slow reading speed, and difficulty in conveying information from the text. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. The research sample consisted of 40 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires,observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used normality tests, linearity, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 22. The results showed that the data were normally distributed, the relationship between linear variables, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, t count 33.216 > t table 2.021, and F count 1103.280 > F table 4.10. This proves that the 15-Minute Literacy Movement has a significant influence on students' reading skills. In conclusion, this literacy activity is effectively implemented routinely in elementary schools to form sustainable reading habits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at Damarguna 1 Public Elementary School. The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile is an important part of the Independent Curriculum as an effort to strengthen students' character through six main dimensions. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were teachers and fourth-grade students. The results showed that supporting factors came from internal students such as enthusiasm and discipline, as well as external factors such as teacher role models and support for school policies. Inhibiting factors included limited teacher understanding, minimal project support facilities, and lack of parental involvement. These findings illustrate the importance of collaboration between schools, teachers, students, and parents in the successful implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Jamblang are the main reason for this research. This research uses a classroom action research (CAR) method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The aim is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving learning outcomes. The PBL model was chosen because it is able to encourage students to be more active, critical, and directly involved in problem solving. The results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes at each stage. In the pre-cycle, only 5 students (15.15%) achieved the Minimum Competency (KKM) of 75. After the PBL model was implemented in cycle I, learning mastery increased to 21 students (63.63%). This increase continued in cycle II, where 30 students (90.90%) successfully achieved mastery. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model has proven effective in improving the activeness and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students, so this model is suitable for use as an alternative in efforts to improve the quality of learning in the classroom.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of learning styles in the teaching and learning process. Generally, learning styles are divided into three types: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. However, among these, usually only one learning style tends to dominate in each individual. This study focuses on the kinesthetic learning style, which is characterized by physical activity and movement. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of kinesthetic learning style on students’ motivation and interest in learning at SMPN 16 Bengkulu City. This research is a field study using a quantitative associative approach. The sample consisted of 68 respondents, and data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested using simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence of kinesthetic learning style on students’ motivation and interest in learning Islamic Religious Education at SMPN 16 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study addresses the low level of students’ critical thinking skills in chemistry learning, particularly in the context of thermochemistry, which is an abstract and complex concept to visualize. To overcome this challenge, Project-Based Learning (PBL) was integrated with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach. The research aimed to examine the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills and to explore their responses toward the PjBL-STEM model. A quantitative experimental method was employed with purposive sampling of 11th-grade senior high school students. Research instruments included a critical thinking test based on Facione’s indicators, observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The findings revealed a significant improvement, with the average score increasing from 47% in the pre-test to 74% in the post-test. Students showed better performance in interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, explanation, and self-regulation. Furthermore, responses toward the PjBL-STEM model were highly positive, with 67% of students agreeing and 21% strongly agreeing with its implementation. These results suggest that PjBL-STEM provides a practical, interactive, and contextual learning experience, thereby enhancing students’ critical thinking skills in chemistry education.

Abstract

This study produced a Student Worksheet (LKPD) developed using the Jigsaw learning model for fifth-grade mathematics in elementary schools. The product went through a validation stage, showing results in the very valid category, meaning that the LKPD is suitable for use in learning activities. Practicality tests were conducted involving both teachers and students, and the findings indicated that the worksheet is easy to understand, simple to use, and relevant to the learning objectives. In addition, the effectiveness of the LKPD was assessed by comparing student outcomes before and after implementation. The results showed a significant improvement, with the percentage of students achieving mastery increasing from 35% in the pretest to 80% in the posttest. This indicates that the LKPD successfully supports student engagement and comprehension in mathematics. Overall, the Jigsaw-based worksheet can serve as an effective learning medium that not only facilitates collaboration but also enhances student achievement in mathematics learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The integration of didactic games in chemistry learning has gained increasing scholarly attention as an innovative pedagogical approach to enhance student engagement and conceptual understanding. Despite its growing relevance, systematic mapping of research trends in this area remains limited. This study aims to analyze the development and thematic structure of scientific publications on didactic games in chemistry education through a bibliometric approach. Data were extracted from the Google scholar database and visualized using VOSviewer to generate network, overlay, and density maps of keywords. The analysis reveals that the core terms such as “game,” “chemistry,” and “student” dominate the research landscape, highlighting their role as conceptual anchors. More recent trends indicate a shift toward “gamification,” “learner,” and broader didactic strategies, signaling the expansion of focus beyond classroom implementation. Furthermore, density visualization shows strong clustering around chemistry content and didactic tools, with opportunities for further exploration in personalized learning and the application of games in complex chemical concepts. In conclusion, this study provides a comprehensive overview of the intellectual structure and emerging directions in didactic games research within chemistry learning, offering insights for both theoretical development and practical innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Wordwall educational game media in improving motivation and learning outcomes for grade VII students in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MTsN 1 Bengkulu City. Employing an evaluation research design with a comparative approach, the study utilized a simple combination method. Data were gathered through observation, learning motivation questionnaires, learning outcome tests, and documentation. Data analysis compared motivation and learning outcomes before and after the use of Wordwall media. The findings indicated a significant increase in both student motivation and learning outcomes. The planning stage achieved an effectiveness level of 86.36%, showing that the integration of Wordwall educational game media into lesson planning was well-executed. During the implementation phase, the effectiveness reached 91.09%, with pre-motivation scores at 83.79% and post-motivation at 88.97%, reflecting a 5.18% improvement. Pretest learning outcomes were at 57.79% (classified as "quite effective"), while posttest results were 89.85% ("very effective"), marking a 32.06% increase. The study recommends that teachers and educational institutions incorporate Wordwall media as an effective strategy to enhance learning experiences and outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith education.
