Abstract

Field surveys were used in this Community Service initiative to gain further understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and areas of improvement needed by their companies. The devotion team managed to obtain important information from customers and business owners during the initial interviews to analyze the problems faced. A number of solutions were created to improve Angkringan's business performance once the problems were identified. Improvements in finance, marketing, promotion, expansion of premises and facilities, better sales strategies, product innovation, better customer service, and customer relationship maintenance are some examples of such actions. It is expected that these activities will improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction, and increase market share. This will help the business stay relevant and compete in a competitive market while enhancing customer relationships and improving overall business performance.

Abstract

The design and implementation of Edu-Futurism brand guidelines for Kampung Industri Tempe Sanan represent a strategic step to enhance the image and competitiveness of local tempe products in the international market. This project involves a deep analysis of the cultural values and unique features of Sanan tempe, which are then translated into comprehensive brand guidelines. These guidelines encompass visual elements, brand messaging, and consistent communication strategies. The implementation results show increased brand awareness and global consumer interest in Sanan tempe products. This initiative is expected to support international branding efforts and strengthen Kampung Industri Tempe Sanan's position in the global market.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of Oriented-Project Planning (OPP) in the development of cultural assets through a writing residency infrastructure for cultural stories in the Pacitan Cerdas Community. This community service program aims to enhance the appreciation and understanding of local culture and develop writing skills for cultural stories. The methodology includes result-oriented project planning, writing training, and intensive mentoring. The results indicate that the application of OPP significantly improves participants' writing skills and produces written works that reflect the richness of local culture. Additionally, this program strengthens community networks and promotes Pacitan culture to a broader audience. In conclusion, the implementation of OPP in cultural asset development provides a positive contribution to the preservation and promotion of local culture through the writing residency infrastructure.

Abstract

The development of an interactive comic book based on Augmented Reality (AR) as a learning medium for art history for early childhood aims to enhance children's interest and understanding of art history material. This program combines AR technology with educational content in comic form, allowing children to interact with visual and audio elements that support the art history narrative. The methods used include designing and developing comic content, implementing AR technology, and evaluating effectiveness through observation and user feedback. The results indicate a significant increase in children's learning interest and understanding of art history. The implementation of this learning medium is expected to support the cognitive and creative development of early childhood.

Abstract

The implementation of generative asset platform management for optimizing social media branding assets in the Pacitan Cerdas Community aims to enhance the effectiveness of branding strategies and community engagement on social media. This program integrates generative asset technology with good governance to produce consistent, engaging, and relevant social media content. Methods include technical training for community members, development and implementation of the generative asset platform, and performance evaluation through social media metrics analysis. The results show a significant increase in interaction and user engagement. The implementation of this management system is expected to support the development of a strong digital identity and expand the community's reach on social media.

Abstract

Increasing community awareness of the calculation of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for tape production in Banjarsari through the development of a dynamic guidebook aims to enhance local producers' understanding and skills in accurately calculating COGS. This program involves creating an interactive and easy-to-understand guidebook, which includes steps for calculating COGS and the influencing factors. Methods include the preparation of guidebook materials, technical training for producers, and evaluation of the guidebook's effectiveness through user feedback. Results show a significant improvement in producers' ability to calculate COGS and manage production costs. The implementation of this program is expected to support the development of a more efficient and competitive tape industry in Banjarsari Village.

Abstract

The acceleration of the competitive edge of the tape industry in Banjarsari Village through training and product diversification of income-generating Tape Smoothies aims to enhance local producers' skills and knowledge in creating innovative products. This program involves technical training in the production of Tape Smoothies, combining tape with smoothie ingredients to create a healthy and delicious beverage. Methods include workshops, live demonstrations, and production outcome evaluations. Results show a significant improvement in production skills and innovation capabilities of local producers. The implementation of this program is expected to support product diversification, increase competitiveness, and expand the market for tape products in Banjarsari Village.

Abstract

In this community service activity there is a problem, namely the lack of competent human resources in utilizing qualified natural products. Therefore, the existence of UMKM is a business developed by individuals in Sumber Village which aims to increase people's purchasing power for a product. The product is kopt. Where coffe is a micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) in the Desa Sumber, Parwantoro, Wonogiri. The Gunung Beojo coffee business was pioneered by Deddy Kusuma Endranto, a resident of Galih dem Sumber, which is the hallmark of the Stumber Village kops, namely zobusta, which was later named Kopi Gummg Brojo the method the author chose is to use the ABCD method which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around the service and damlik areas by one of the communities. The community in question is the people in Sumber Village who have micro, small and medium enterprises specifically for the owners of UMKM Guming Brojo Coffee. conduct training for local residents on how to properly map coffee, procedures for making ground coffee and how to properly taste coffee. The aim is not to develop individuals, in terms of increasing the knowledge, skills possessed, and attitudes of these individuals

Abstract

Ngunut Village is one of the villages located in Parang District which is a place for group 21 community service courses (KPM). Ngunut Village has several resources that can be developed, either in the form of Natural Resources or Human Resources. Several strengths or assets in Ngunut Village have been found, one of which is regarding the village's natural potential which can be utilized to the fullest by making the community the main actor and determinant of Development Efforts. Therefore, with this community service activity the author tries to develop a marketing strategy to increase MSME income. So that MSME actors can be more creative and innovative in planning successful marketing strategies. Now it is a must to have a presence on social media considering its significant influence, an MSMEs can develop faster by having social media for promotion and sales compared to not using it. The purpose of this study was to measure the role of social media as a promotional tool in increasing product marketing from MSMEs that focus on the cake and frozen food business in Ngunut Village, Parang District, Magetan Regency. The method used in this research is the ABCD (Assets Based Community Development) approach, namely identifying the assets owned by the surrounding community. The results of the study show that according to the informants involved, the use of social media as a promotional tool has a very important role in increasing product marketing from MSMEs engaged in the culinary field, especially for small businesses.

Abstract

The BSA Babussalam Mosque is a new mosque endowed in Dukuh Gampeng, Kedungbondo Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. In Shop Drawing, the mosque architect approached the direction of the Qibla and the area of the land using Google Earth, so that during implementation it was necessary to make adjustments, especially to the condition of the existing land according to the direction of the Qibla in accordance with the applicable provisions, also the Shop Drawing had a lack of details. With this, this community service aims to assist in determining the axle of the foundation and working drawings of the mosque according to the direction of the Qibla. The method used is divided into 2 stages, namely the Preparation Stage and the Implementation Stage. Meanwhile, the implementation stage will be divided into several parts, starting from the Determining the Qibla Direction of the Mosque, the Topographical Measurement Stage, the Data Processing Stage, the Stake Out Stage of the Foundation Axis, the Mosque Design Delineation Stage . The results of this Community Service are the Foundation Points which can be used as a reference for the Bowplank/building profile and working drawings to be used as a reference for the implementation of the BSA Babussalam Mosque construction work.
