Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka yang menempatkan guru sebagai perancang pembelajaran adaptif dalam konteks kelas yang heterogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penguasaan Kurikulum Merdeka dan self-efficacy guru dalam menghadapi perbedaan peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pasar Muara Bungo, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 35 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 17 Desember 2025 menggunakan angket penguasaan Kurikulum Merdeka dan self-efficacy guru. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dengan memanfaatkan SPPS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara penguasaan Kurikulum Merdeka dan self-efficacy guru dalam menghadapi perbedaan peserta didik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi penguasaan guru terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka, semakin kuat keyakinan guru dalam mengelola keragaman peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan penguasaan kurikulum perlu diintegrasikan dengan pengembangan aspek psikologis guru untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang berkeadilan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) in improving the quality of education at the elementary school level. The research employed a qualitative approach with an evaluative design using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The study was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Anom, Ambarawa District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province, involving the school principal, teachers, proctors, and technicians as research participants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using qualitative techniques of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings indicate that the implementation of ANBK is aligned with national policies; however, the understanding of the program’s objectives remains largely administrative and has not been fully utilized as a strategic tool for quality improvement. In terms of input, the school has prepared supporting resources, yet limitations remain in human resource competencies and information technology infrastructure. The process dimension shows that ANBK was implemented according to established procedures, although its effectiveness was constrained by technical issues and students’ readiness. Regarding the product dimension, ANBK has produced comprehensive educational quality mapping data, but the use of assessment results for decision-making and instructional improvement has not been optimal. The study concludes that strengthening policy understanding, improving resource readiness, and systematically utilizing assessment results are essential for ANBK to function effectively as an instrument for sustainable quality improvement..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ecosystemic Education in the Eco-Friendly School (Adiwiyata Program) at UPT SD Negeri 2 Margodadi using Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems theory, which includes the microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, and macrosystem levels. A qualitative case study design was employed, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed thematically following Saldana’s (2021) coding procedures. The findings reveal that the microsystem level is characterized by strong ecological habituation developed through direct teacher–student interactions, modeling, and daily environmental practices. Within the mesosystem, collaboration among the school, parents, and community reinforces consistent ecological values across settings. At the exosystem level, school policies, facilities, and external partnerships provide essential structural support. Meanwhile, the macrosystem demonstrates that cultural values, national environmental education policies, and religious norms strengthen the ecological orientation of the school. The study concludes that implementing Ecosystemic Education not only shapes students’ ecological behavior but also constructs a sustainable school culture. The implications call for strengthening collaborative networks, expanding external support systems, and integrating sustainability principles into school policies and curricula to ensure comprehensive ecological transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match telah digunakan agar memotivasi siswa belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Studi deskriptif ini mengacu pada berbagai karya yang telah diterbitkan, termasuk artikel ilmiah, buku, dan tesis, yang dipilih karena relevansinya dengan pertanyaan penelitian, tingkat ketelitian ilmiah, dan kesesuaian dengan kerangka teoretis. Minat, pemahaman, dan daya ingat siswa semuanya dipengaruhi secara positif oleh implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match di kelas. Dengan pendekatan ini, kami berharap dapat memperoleh informasi yang lebih bermanfaat terakit bagaimana menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Make a Match untuk menginspirasi lebih banyak siswa untuk belajar. Hasil dari studi pustaka menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa untuk belajar dipengaruhi secara positif oleh model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match.

Abstract

The principal's performance analysis is the ability of the school as a BOS fund management institution in optimizing the existing financial functions to achieve the purpose of using these resources. The principal has not fully adjusted the availability of funds to the needs of the school and the financial planning carried out by the principal is still not in accordance with the real needs of the school. Although this condition was not fully expected by the principal and a number of teachers, because so far the need for BOS funds has not been supported by school committee funds because school committee fees have been abolished. This research uses a qualitative model with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The subjects in this study were the BOS fund team, the principal, treasurer, committee, 1 teacher and student guardian were the samples of this study. The conclusion is: Analysis of the Principal's Work in Management of BOS Funds at SMPN SATAP 6 Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency is carried out based on the authority given by the principal so that BOS Management can be channeled in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. As for what the Principal does, by means of; first develop a plan based on the priority scale of school needs. Second Determine the work program and details of the school program. Third, calculate the rational budget for each work program. Fourth, allocate BOS funds for each activity program based on the BOS technical guidelines. Fifth, Management of BOS Funds is in accordance with the objectives of the existing BOS Funds in the technical guidelines. Sixth, carry out supervision in the management of BOS funds.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana lingkungan teman sebaya tersebut dapat memberikan dampak bagi psikologis anak. Salah satu lingkungan sosial yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam perkembangan anak adalah teman sebaya. Dalam kehidupan teman sebaya terjadi proses sosial dimana di dalamnya terjadi saling mempengaruhi dan dipengaruhi. Semua nilai serta pelajaran hidup didapat dan dimaknai dari lingkungan sosial itu sendiri seperti keluarga, sekolah, seman sebaya dan masyarakat. Tak heran rasanya sebagian dari lingkungan tersebut kadang terpengaruh oleh adanya perkembangan dan peradaban yang terjadi saat ini, selalu tercipta serta hadir sisi terang dan gelap, dan memberikan makna baik dan buruk. Di sinilah muncul masalah lingkungan sosial yang ikut berkembang memberikan dampak perkembangan psikologi khususnya anak-anak. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the learning difficulties of class V students at SDN 27 Kamang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The theory used is the factors of learning difficulties. Data was obtained through interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research show that there are internal and external factors that cause Class V students at SDN 27 Kamang to experience difficulty learning social studies. Internal factors include students' difficulties in understanding the material or themes being taught, students' lack of interest in social studies lessons, lack of self-confidence to express opinions or ask questions, few students have good study habits. External factors are the lack of the role of a father or mother figure due to death, lack of parental attention and supervision in social studies subjects, a home atmosphere that is less supportive for learning, a lack of teacher ability to deliver material, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Efforts made to overcome the difficulties of class V students at SDN 27 Kamang are by reprimanding students who are not focused, providing ice breakers in the middle of the lesson, providing learning motivation, giving rewards to students who dare to try and giving sanctions to students who commit violations.

Abstract

Educational philosophy is the result of deep thought and reflection on education. So education cannot be separated from the morals of students. Moral education is development in the formation of religious and social norms. This research aims to determine the role of educational philosophy in the formation of religious and social norms on the morals of elementary school students. Using several literature sources, totaling 15 articles. This research uses the SLR (systematic literature review) technique, literature sources were obtained from the Google Scholar database in 2018-2023. This research has the final result that educational philosophy plays a role in the formation of religious and social norms regarding morals.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between classroom management and student learning motivation at SD Negeri 137 Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between classroom management and student learning motivation at SD Negeri 137 Palembang. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation hypothesis test. Based on the questionnaire results, it can be seen that the average student questionnaire results are 76.3 and 75.7. Based on the results of the calculation of the overall correlation of variable X with variable Y, the rcount value is 0.701 with a good level of relationship, while the rtable value with a significant level of 0.05 and n = 24 obtained an rtable value of 0.404. It is known that the value of rcount ≥ rtable, so it can be stated that the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the coefficient of determination, the level of relationship between variable (x) and variable (y) is 50.86%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out an overview of the implementation of the Role Playing Method on students' self-confidence in SBdP learning at SD Negeri 1 Gajah Mati. Qualitative research is descriptive research that tends to use analysis. Qualitative research is exploratory in nature. This research discusses the results of data analysis carried out in the form of qualitative data. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 1 Gajah Mati District. Tripe Supat Kab. Musi Banyuasin which is located on Jl. Pelembang Jambi District. Tripe Supat, Kab. Musi Banyuasin Gajah Mati Village. In implementing the role playing method on student self-confidence there are 3 stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Gajah Mati District. Tripe Supat Kab. Musi Banyuasin, this research aims to find out the description of the implementation of the Role Playing Method on students' self-confidence in SBdP learning at SD Negeri 1 Gajah Mati on the topic of regional dance floor patterns. During the data collection process, researchers collected data by observing, interviewing, and taking notes. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers regarding the implementation of the role playing method on student self-confidence in SBdP learning at SD Negeri 1 Gajah Mati, it can be concluded that: In implementing the role playing method on student self-confidence there are 3 stages, namely planning, implementation stage and evaluation stage before implementing it. role playing method the teacher prepares or carries out planning in compiling learning tools, one of the learning tools prepared is the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) which is guided by the 2013 curriculum.
