Abstract

This research discusses the literacy of the people of Cihideung Village towards sasapian art, a cultural heritage that has existed since 1910. Through the interview method, this study found that Sasapian art is not mere entertainment, but a tool in conveying philosophical values, such as togetherness, struggle, and respect for tradition. Despite challenges such as differences in religious views and the potential for misuse of the event, the community continues to preserve this art from time to time, even now aided by modern technology. The results of this study show that sasapian is a symbol of cultural identity that strengthens the social relations and spiritual values of the Cihideung Village community.

Abstract

Every interaction, every individual must present themselves as best as possible in front of others. The same applies to using Instagram social media. Apart from being used as a means of entertainment and finding information, Instagram can also be used as a means of self-presentation for its users. The self-presentation built by each individual on Instagram, especially by celebrities, is certainly diverse. However, in building self-presentation, there are differences between what is displayed on Instagram and the reality of the lives of these celebrities, so that it will cause the phenomenon of dramaturgy. This study aims to determine and analyze the self-presentation formed on Instagram. This research uses dramaturgy theory and also self-presentation theory. The subjects in this study are celebrities in Pekanbaru City who have at least 5000 followers and are still actively using Instagram. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained based on observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that the author managed to find and obtain were the self-presentation displayed by celebrities in terms of building personal branding, using captions, and also maintaining their existence on Instagram social media. In addition, in terms of dramaturgy, the author also found differences between the front stage and the back stage in terms of appearance and also the use of verbal language.

Abstract

The research aims to increase students' literacy interest at MI Al Hidayah by implementing interactive reading techniques. By using a qualitative descriptive approach and direct observation, this research identifies factors that influence low interest in literacy. The research results show that interactive reading techniques are effective in increasing students' interest and literacy skills. Oral interactions, parental involvement, and innovative learning technologies also contribute to increased literacy. Research concludes that interactive reading techniques can improve students' literacy abilities by developing interaction-based reading skills, preparing them to face the digital era. Implications include increased collaboration between teachers, students, and parents, as well as the use of technology to strengthen program literacy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of credit risk, liquidity risk and capital adequacy on financial performance in the conventional banking sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling. The population in this study was 42 companies and 38 companies met the requirements to be the sample. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods. Credit Risk is measured using Non Performing Loans. Liquidity Risk is measured using the Loan to Deposit Ratio. Capital Adequacy is measured using the Capital Adequacy. The financial performance of banking companies is measured using Return On Assets. The Classical Assumption Test states that the data in this study are normally distributed and produce a regression model that is free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Based on the partial test analysis, the results obtained are : (1) Credit Risk has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance. (2) Liquidity Risk has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance. (3) Capital Adequacy has no significant effect on Financial Performance. And the results of the F Test in this research show that Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk and Capital Adequacy simultaneously influence Financial Performance. The findings in this research have implications for banking companies to pay careful attention to financial management in order to obtain maximum profits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) melalui metode diskusi kelompok. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan di kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Palu dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yang masing-masing terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode diskusi kelompok berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dari 37,5% pada siklus I menjadi 90,6% pada siklus II. Selain itu, motivasi belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan, yang berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar mereka. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 72,3 pada siklus I menjadi 85,4 pada siklus II. Beberapa kendala, seperti dominasi siswa tertentu dan kurangnya keterampilan komunikasi pada beberapa siswa, dapat diatasi melalui pembagian peran yang jelas dan pendampingan aktif oleh guru.

Abstract

This study examines human resource management strategies at Favehotel Rungkut Surabaya, focusing on operational efficiency improvement through effective workforce optimization. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research analyzes how a budget hotel manages 31 contract employees across 8 departments while maintaining service quality. The findings reveal that implementing work rotation systems, multi-skill training programs, and lean organizational structures contributed to a 27% increase in operational efficiency over two years. Key challenges identified include workload optimization, cross-departmental coordination, and employee competency development. This research provides practical implications for budget hotels in designing effective HR strategies, particularly in resource allocation, competency development, and performance evaluation systems

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a pluralistic society, consisting of various ethnicities, religions and other social groups. In various studies, pluralistic societies have socio-cultural threats in social conflict, insurgency/separatism and even disintegration. This is related to the activation of primordial sentiment as social solidarity in competition for limited resources, as well as structural problems such as injustice and inequality in development. This is in line with the shift in defense and security threats which do not only have a military dimension, but also non-military and hybrid ones. For this reason, a socio-cultural intelligence perspective is important in responding to the dynamics of this shifting threat. Because, as happened in Indonesia during the colonial period, post-New Order democratization, as well as more recently such as the Arab Spring phenomenon, as well as conflicts in northern Russia and Ukraine. So, the pluralism of society accompanied by structural problems is often exploited to create security instability in a country. The approach to citizenship and national defense through the Development of National Defense Awareness (PKBN) as a massive effort as a non-military defense strategy is important to maintain the diversity that exists in Indonesia. PKBN can build a strong Indonesian identity on top of a primordial identity to prevent politicization and exploitation which could lead to instability in Indonesia's security.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of using audio-visual media through animated videos at SMP Negeri 12 Palu in increasing students' interest in learning Pancasila education. The results show that the application of media such as video, animation, images and sound has succeeded in increasing interest in learning, understanding of the material, student participation, as well as critical and collaborative thinking skills. Audio visual media presents learning material in an interesting and interactive way, superior to conventional methods, because it is able to stimulate more senses. These findings emphasize the importance of audio-visual media in creating a comprehensive and motivating learning process for students. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach which is a series of activities to obtain data that is as it is without being in certain conditions.

Abstract

This training was attended by 30 young people from Latimojong Village with diverse educational backgrounds and professions. The results achieved from this training include. Improvement in Digital Literacy: About 85% of the participants demonstrated a significant increase in their understanding of basic digital technology and its use. Young people who were previously unfamiliar with the internet are now able to search for information and use social media for productive purposes. (2). Development of Practical Skills: The training participants have mastered basic ICT skills, such as operating office software, creating digital content, and using other productivity applications. Some participants have even started developing local content to promote through social media and blogs. (3) Awareness of Digital Security: The training also successfully increased awareness of the importance of protecting personal data and ethics in internet use. Participants now understand digital security risks, such as online fraud, and have been trained to safeguard their personal data After the training, participants received support and mentoring from the facilitator team to ensure the application of the materials learned. The facilitator team provided guidance in developing small digital-based projects, such as creating a village blog or an application for promoting local products.

Abstract

Low learning outcomes are one of the biggest challenges faced by mathematics teachers at SMK Negeri 7 Palu. Therefore, a teacher needs to design an interesting and innovative learning activity so that it can improve students' learning outcomes. This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes through the application of the Teaching at the Right (TaRL) approach. This study uses a type of collaborative classroom action research involving 16 class X NKPI APHP students consisting of 11 male students and 5 female students. Based on the results of the classroom action research carried out for 2 cycles, information was obtained that mathematics learning outcomes through the application of the Teaching at the Right (TaRL) approach always increased. This is evidenced by the increase in the average learning outcomes of students from the pre-cycle of 58 (before applying the Teaching at the Right approach) to 79 in cycle 1 and increased again to 87 in cycle 2. This shows that the application of the Teaching at the Right (TaRL) approach in class X NKPI APHP SMK Negeri 7 Palu has succeeded in improving learning outcomes in mathematics subjects.
