Abstract

Peneliti melakukan observasi awal untuk mengetahui kinerja dari petugas unit transfer desk terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan kepada penumpang yang mana peneliti menemukan petugas yang masih belum bisa melayani penumpang dengan baik seperti contohnya petugas kurang memberikan informasi arahkan kepada penumpang yang transfer sehingga penumpang mengalami kendala untuk mengetahui ruang tunggu mana yang sesuai dengan rute penerbangan yang selanjutnya. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan judul “Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Pada Unlearshing Potential Unit Transfer Desk dalam Pelayanan Yang Diberikan Kepada Penumpang Transit Maskapai Garuda Indonesia Di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta”. Metode penelitian kualitatif sering disebut metode penilitian naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan pada kondisi yang alamiah (natural setting). Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat post positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrument kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Dalam hal ini, metode riset ini lebih bersifat memeberikan gambaran secara jelas suatu permaslahan sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan.

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. This design was chosen because the students who are the subjects of the study could not be randomly assigned to either the control or experimental group. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of the Advance Organizer learning model on students' interest in learning Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep Boarding School; (2) To determine the effect of the Advance Organizer learning model on students' learning outcomes in Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep Boarding School; and (3) To determine the effect of the Advance Organizer learning model on both students' interest and learning outcomes in Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep Boarding School. In this study, data was collected through questionnaires, documentation, and observations, with instruments including surveys and documentation. The population of this study consists of the students in the Economics specialization class at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep. The results of the study indicate the following findings: (1). The test results partially show that the use of the Advance Organizer learning model positively affects students' interest in learning Economics in the class XI Economics specialization at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep, with better learning outcomes in the experimental group compared to the control group. (2). The test results also partially show that the use of the Advance Organizer learning model positively affects students' learning outcomes in Economics in class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep, with higher interest in learning Economics in the experimental group compared to the control group. (3). Simultaneously, the test results indicate that the use of the Advance Organizer learning model positively affects students' learning outcomes, where both interest and learning outcomes in Economics are better in the experimental group than in the control group.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi CSR, praktik CSR, dan dampak dari praktik CSR di Hotel Horison Samarinda pada Yayasan Pelita Bunda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Motivasi Hotel Horison Samarinda dalam melaksanakan CSR pada Yayasan Pelita Bunda; 2) Jenis-jenis praktik CSR yang dilakukan Hotel Horison Samarinda pada Yayasan Pelita Bunda; 3) Dampak kegiatan CSR terhadap Hotel Horison Samarinda dan Yayasan Pelita Bunda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Konsumen dan Iklan terhadap Niat Beli melalui Kepercayaan Konsumen pada e-Commerce Sociolla  di Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru yang mengetahui e-Commerce Sociolla. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Hair, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 responden. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen memilki pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, iklan memilki pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, persepsi konsumen memilki pengaruh terhadap niat beli, iklan memilki pengaruh terhadap niat beli, kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat beli, persepsi konsumen memilki pengaruh terhadap niat beli melalui kepercayaan konsumen, iklan memilki pengaruh terhadap niat beli melalui kepercayaan konsumen pada e-Commerce Sociolla di Kota Pekanbaru. Temuan ini memberikan imlikasi penting bagi e-Commerce dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif, terutama dalam merancang iklan yang tepat dan menarik agar persepsi konsumen baik terhadap e-Commerce tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa persepsi konsumen dan iklan terhadap niat beli tidak dapat diabaikan, dan kepercayaan konsumen memilki peran penting dalam meningkatkan niat beli terhadap e-Commerce. Oleh karena itu, suatu iklan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai strategi pemasaran yang terintegrasi untuk memperkuat hubungan ini dan dapat menciptakan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap e-Commerce tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan komitmen terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Seputih Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru di beberapa Sekolah Dasar di wilayah tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sementara komitmen juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya peningkatan pengalaman profesional dan penguatan komitmen untuk mendukung kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership of school principals in improving the academic achievement of IPAS at SD Inpres Parangrea, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are coaching supervisors, school principals, two low-grade teachers and 2 high-grade teachers. The data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observations, and documentation while the data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification.  The results of the study show that 1) The leadership of the principal at SD Inpres Parangrea has a very important role in improving the academic achievement of IPAS. The principal has carried out various strategies, ranging from the formulation of vision and mission, management of educational programs, teacher competency development, to innovation in learning. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, such as increasing teacher involvement in competency development programs, optimizing learning facilities, and more effective motivation strategies for students. The overall results of this study show that although the leadership of the principal has shown good development, there are still several areas that need to be improved so that the results achieved are more optimal, 2) The leadership of the principal at SD Inpres Parangrea has a diverse impact on the improvement of IPAS academic achievement. Several aspects such as a conducive academic culture, student learning discipline, and learning motivation have shown a positive impact, although there is still room for improvement in aspects of learning facilities and learning innovation. A comfortable learning environment has also been successfully created, although more attention needs to be paid to physical elements such as classrooms and green areas. Evaluation and learning outcomes show that the principal's efforts in supervising learning are good enough, but there is still a need for improvement in analyzing the evaluation results for more comprehensive improvement.

Abstract

Pancasila is a basic philosophy of the Indonesian nation that still exists today to answer personal problems that disrupt national stability. Speaking of the leadership of young figures, there needs to be a reflection that bridges in answering the needs of the nation and state at this time. Leadership that boils down to Pancasila will form a tough character of young figures in facing turbulent problems both from within and from outside. Pancasila will not be obsolete because Pancasila's determination is so strong that it is useful for young leaders in leading the nation and state in the future. This article uses a literature study method consisting of searching for articles from various sources that support theoretically through SAGE Journals, Google Scholar, and books that support to perfect the results of writing this article. The results of this study will describe holistically the leadership style of young figures based on Pancasila to look forward to a golden Indonesian future. The position of youth is very sacred in order to answer the challenges of the current digital era so that decadence does not occur due to complex changes in the times.

Abstract

Mendeskripsikan terkait bagaimana peran lingkungkan keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter, faktor-fakor dalam lingkungan keluarga yang mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter dan bagaimana hubungan antara keluarga dalam perkembangan peserta didik di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode studi literature, yakni dengan mengumpulkan data yang diambil dari sejumlah literatur baik dari buku, jurnal, ataupun karya ilmiah lain yang mendukung dan berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis data yang penulis gunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, yaitu menganalisis semua sumber yang diperoleh terkait artikel ini.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran lingkungkan keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter, faktor-fakor dalam lingkungan keluarga yang menpengaruhi pembentukan karakter dan bagaimana hubungan antara keluarga dalam perkembangan peserta didik di sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Peran lingkungan keluarga sanglah strategis dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik sekolah. Keluarga adalah tempat pertama anak menerima pendidikan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan. Orang tua beperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai moral,etika, kebiasaan positif seperti nilai jujur, bertangung jawab,kerja keras dan komunikasi yang baik akan membentuk sikap dan perilaku anak disekolah dan dimasyarakat. Sebaliknya, Lingkungan keluarga yang tidak harmonis atau kurang perhatian dapat menghambat pembentukan karakter dan berdampak pada prestasi anak di sekolah (2) Faktor-faktor dalam keluarga yang mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter siswa seperti pola asu, perhatian emosional, pendidikan, kondisi ekonomi,dan budaya keluarga. (3) Hubungan antara keluarga dan sekolah sangat penting untuk kerberhasilan pendidikan karakter. Kerja sama yang baik antar orang tua dan sekolah dapat memperkuat proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan karakter anak secara optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of problem posing method on critical thinking of X social studies class students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. In this research new experimental quantitative research methods. The source of data taken was class X IPS 3 as the experimental class and class X IPS 4 as the control class. The used data gathering procedures include observation, test questions, and documentation. The data analysis procedures used include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, homogeneity testing, hypothesis testing, and effect size testing. The results showing that: (1). For the experimental group, the average results of the pre- and post-tests were 57.60 and 79.40, respectively. For the control group, the average results of the pre- and post-tests were 64.60 and 66.90, respectively. We may reject the null hypothesis since the t-test result of 8.36 is greater than the significance level of 2.00. The impact size calculation also came out at 0.45, which is considered medium. Class X social studies students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak's critical thinking abilities are impacted by the problem posing learning approach, according to the t-test results and effect size analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal's strategy in improving teacher professionalism and the quality of social studies learning at SMAN 24 Pangkep. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are the principal, supervisor, deputy principal and 3 science and technology maple teachers. The data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observations, and documentation while the data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification.  The results of the study show that the strategy of the principal of SMAN 24 Pangkep in improving teacher professionalism has shown positive results, especially in curriculum development and teacher training. However, there is a need to improve teacher performance evaluation as well as monitoring and evaluating programs so that the results achieved are more optimal and sustainable. In terms of the quality of IPAS learning, learning planning and media facilitation as well as learning resources at SMAN 24 Pangkep have been going well. However, learning supervision and evaluation and follow-up on programs need to be improved to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of learning development. The improvement of teacher professionalism and the quality of science and technology learning at SMAN 24 Pangkep faces several obstacles, such as limited teacher competence in mastering innovative methods, lack of support for learning facilities, and lack of teacher training. In addition, obstacles in external cooperation also reduce the effectiveness of teaching and teacher competency development. To overcome these obstacles, solutions that can be implemented include the development of relevant teacher training programs, the provision of adequate learning facilities, and the optimization of school resources. Increased collaboration with external parties also needs to be done to support innovation and sustainability of educational development at SMAN 24 Pangkep.
