Abstract

This study examined the relationship between digital literacy competencies and learning outcomes through the implementation of blended learning models in Indonesian higher education institutions during the post-pandemic period. Employing a qualitative research methodology, this investigation utilized semi-structured interviews were conducted with 25 university students and 15 faculty members across five Indonesian universities, complemented by a document analysis of institutional policies and learning management system data. Through thematic analysis, following Braun and Clarke's six-phase approach, four primary themes emerged: (1) Digital Competency Development, (2) Pedagogical Transformation, (3) Learning Engagement Adaptation, and (4) Institutional Infrastructure Challenges. The findings revealed that students with higher digital literacy levels demonstrated enhanced learning outcomes in blended environments, characterized by improved critical thinking skills, increased collaborative engagement, and greater autonomous learning capabilities. However, significant disparities exist in digital access and competency levels, creating educational inequities that require institutional interventions. The study concludes that successful blended learning implementation necessitates comprehensive digital literacy development programs, robust technological infrastructure, and adaptive pedagogical strategies that bridge the digital divide, while enhancing educational quality in post-pandemic higher education contexts

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review focusing on learning models, strategies, and the design of digital teaching materials in the context of education in the digital era. Drawing from 38 peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2023, the research explores how digital technology has transformed pedagogical practices. The analysis reveals a strong emphasis on student-centered learning models, where students actively construct knowledge and develop problem-solving skills, rather than passively receiving information. Learning strategies such as problem-based, project-based, and research-based learning are widely promoted to foster critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. A key finding is the increasing adoption of blended learning, which combines face-to-face instruction with online platforms, thereby supporting more flexible and interactive educational experiences. However, the success of these strategies heavily depends on educators’ digital literacy, especially their competence in integrating technology with pedagogy and content. The design of digital teaching materials must also be aligned with learning objectives and students' needs. Effective materials incorporate diverse formats, such as infographics, videos, podcasts, and virtual labs, and are grounded in principles of relevance, consistency, and adequacy. The study concludes that digital pedagogy is becoming more widely implemented in Indonesia’s educational landscape. To ensure its effectiveness, educators must be equipped with adequate ICT skills, supported by proper infrastructure, and encouraged to collaborate with students for continuous improvement. With the right approach, digital technology can enhance educational outcomes, promote lifelong learning, and respond to the evolving needs of students in a technology-driven society

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between digital governance implementation and administrative corruption reduction in Southeast Asia, focusing on how e-government services influence citizen trust and mitigate corrupt practices. Through qualitative analysis of eight Southeast Asian countries, this research explores the mechanisms through which digital transformation enhances transparency, accountability, and public participation in governance processes. The study employs in-depth interviews with government officials, civil society representatives, and citizens to understand the multifaceted impact of e-government initiatives on corruption reduction. Findings reveal that countries with higher E-Government Development Index (EGDI) scores demonstrate significantly lower corruption levels and enhanced citizen trust, with Singapore leading the region in both digital governance maturity and corruption perception scores. The research identifies key success factors including robust ICT infrastructure, comprehensive digital literacy programs, and strong institutional frameworks that support transparent governance practices. However, challenges persist in bridging the digital divide and ensuring equitable access to digital services across socioeconomic groups. The study concludes that while e-government services demonstrate substantial potential for reducing administrative corruption, their effectiveness depends critically on contextual factors including political commitment, technological readiness, and citizen engagement levels. These findings contribute to the growing body of literature on digital governance and provide practical insights for policymakers seeking to leverage technology for anti-corruption efforts in developing nations

Abstract

During the learning process that makes students a little less interested in learning, and has not been developed the use of media and learning media can be described as media that contain information or instructional messages and can be used in the learning process. Learning media is a medium that conveys messages or information that contain the intent or purpose of learning. Learning media is very important in helping students acquire new concepts, skills, and competencies; therefore, researchers can understand that media is very important in learning. Many types of media can be used by teachers in the teaching and learning process, but teachers must be selective in choosing the type of media. In the digital era, teachers must be able to use not only classical learning media but also modern learning media. Several research findings also show the positive impact of media used as an integral part of classroom learning or as the main way learning takes place, and that learning media is one of the tools used by teachers so that learning activities take place effectively. Media is anything that can be used to channel messages from the sender to the recipient so that it can stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention, and interest of students in such a way that the learning process occurs

Abstract

The vocabulary learning strategy used, analysis repetition strategy implementation, examined effectiveness on vocabulary retention, and formulated an adaptive model for local contexts. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected from one primary informant and three supporting informants through interviews, observations, document analysis, and stimulated recall sessions. The analysis revealed that the primary informant developed a sophisticated multi – modal repetition system with four techniques: temporal spacing, multi – modal reinforcement, contextual variation, and self-testing. Development factors included prior learning experience, parental influence, teacher methodology, and assessment patterns. This research gaps in the literature by examining vocabulary learning in rural coastal schools, adaption of repetition strategies to local contexts, and integration of traditional strategies with innovative elements under limited technological resources. These findings contribute to the development of more inclusive vocabulary learning models for diverse educational contexts in Indonesia

Abstract

Teachers who still teach in a monotonous and lecture way, make students feel confused and their learning results decrease. In grade VI students, it is still found that students have not understood the core of the text, and have not been able to compile the core of the reading into a summary.  The summaries and explanatory texts made by students are also less than optimal. Aims: This study aims to examine the use of mind mapping techniques in improving the learning outcomes of explanatory text material in elementary schools. Method: Descriptive approaches and qualitative methods are used in this study. The sources of information came from interviews, observations, and explanatory text tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to describe students' ability to understand explanatory text material. Result: The results of the study showed that the learning outcomes of explanatory text material increased with the mind mapping technique in grade VI students in elementary schools. There was an increase in completeness from 2 students to 21 students and only 4 students did not complete. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that mind mapping techniques are more efficient and applicable in improving student learning outcomes in elementary school

Abstract

This quantitative study examined the implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Indonesian educational settings, focusing on teachers' pedagogical readiness and its impact on student learning autonomy. A cross-sectional survey design involving 384 teachers from various educational institutions across Indonesia was employed. Data were collected using validated instruments measuring AI-TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) competency and student learning autonomy. Results revealed that teachers demonstrated moderate levels of AI integration readiness (M = 3.29, SD = 0.95), with significant variations based on teaching experience and geographic location. Multiple regression analysis indicated that AI-TPACK integration was the strongest predictor of student learning autonomy (β = 0.425, p < 0.001), explaining 61.2% of the variance. Key challenges included infrastructure limitations (75.3%), lack of training (69.5%), and limited technical support (63.8%). The study concludes that successful AI implementation requires comprehensive teacher development programs, improved digital infrastructure, and systematic institutional support. Findings contribute to understanding AI integration dynamics in developing educational contexts and provide evidence for policy development in Indonesian education transformation.
