Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on public satisfaction in the issuance process of Police Certificate of Good Conduct (SKCK) at Jatiyoso Police Sector. The background of this research is the urgency of public service quality as a performance indicator of government institutions, particularly in the police sector. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 146 SKCK applicants at Jatiyoso Police Section. Service quality was measured using five Servqual dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The analysis revealed that all dimensions positively affected public satisfaction, with Assurance and Empathy being the most dominant. Public satisfaction was categorized as high, as reflected in their willingness to reuse and recommend the service. The study recommends enhancing human resources, strengthening infrastructure, and implementing a continuous service evaluation system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komptensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Woha Kabupaten Bima. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 109 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling sejumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Woha Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Return on Assets (ROA), baik secara parsial maupun simultan, pada PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk., selama periode 2015-2024. ROA digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan, TATO mencerminkan efisiensi pemanfaatan aset dalam menghasilkan penjualan, sedangkan CR menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda berdasarkan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa TATO berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA (Prob. 0,0001 < 0,05), sedangkan CR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA (Prob. 0,0105 < 0,05). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa TATO dan CR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA (Prob. 0,000023 < 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 95,25% menunjukkan bahwa model dapat menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam ROA. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan efisiensi aset dan pengelolaan likuiditas guna menunjang kinerja keuangan, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG), yang meliputi transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan tanggung jawab, terhadap tingkat kesehatan perusahaan pada PERUMDA Giri Nawa Tirta Kabupaten Pasuruan. Latar belakang penelitian didasari tantangan signifikan berupa penurunan debit air 25–50 persen akibat musim kemarau 2025, sehingga perusahaan perlu memperkuat tata kelola di samping inovasi teknis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah 91 pegawai tetap, dengan sampel 74 responden yang dipilih melalui rumus Slovin. Variabel independen terdiri dari transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan tanggung jawab, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah tingkat kesehatan perusahaan yang diukur melalui aspek keuangan, operasional, dan administrasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda berbantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga prinsip GCG berpengaruh positif signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kesehatan perusahaan (R² = 0,621). Transparansi meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, akuntabilitas memperkuat efisiensi dan disiplin organisasi, sedangkan tanggung jawab manajemen mendukung keberlanjutan operasional. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan GCG yang konsisten menjadi strategi penting bagi BUMD sektor air bersih untuk menjaga keberlanjutan layanan sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi terhadap pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode membaca berkelompok berbantuan media cerita bergambar dalam meningkatkan pemahaman literasi peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri Slembaran No.100 Serengan Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya minat dan pemahaman literasi peserta didik, yang ditunjukkan dengan kurangnya kemampuan dalam mengidentifikasi ide pokok, tokoh, maupun pesan moral dalam bacaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta diuji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode membaca berkelompok dengan dukungan media cerita bergambar mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik secara aktif, memperkuat pemahaman isi bacaan, serta menumbuhkan minat membaca. Media visual berupa cerita bergambar memberikan stimulus yang konkret sehingga memudahkan peserta didik memahami alur cerita, tokoh, dan pesan moral. Selain itu, interaksi dalam kelompok mendorong partisipasi aktif, keberanian berpendapat, serta kolaborasi antarpeserta didik. Dengan demikian, metode membaca berkelompok berbantuan media cerita bergambar terbukti relevan dan efektif untuk memperkuat literasi pada jenjang sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis realisasi anggaran belanja, mengukur tingkat efektivitas penyerapan anggaran belanja dan mengukur tingkat efisiensi penggunaan anggaran belanja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang (PUTR) Kota Gunungsitoli tahun anggaran 2019–2022. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa Kinerja anggaran Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang (PUTR) Kota Gunungsitoli periode 2019–2022 mengalami dinamika yang signifikan. Tahun 2019 menunjukkan kinerja sangat rendah dengan efektivitas penyerapan hanya 46,19% (kategori "Tidak Efektif"). Namun, pada 2020–2021 terjadi perbaikan besar dengan efektivitas di atas 98% (kategori "Efektif"), sekaligus mencerminkan peningkatan kualitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program. Dari sisi efisiensi, capaian tertinggi terjadi pada 2021 sebesar 78,23%. Tahun 2022 terjadi penurunan Realisasi Anggaran menjadi 85,99% dan efisiensi 64,42%, meskipun masih tergolong baik. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja dinas menunjukkan perbaikan masif pasca-2019, tetapi diperlukan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mengantisipasi tantangan baru dalam pengelolaan anggaran.

Abstract

This study explores the role of performance-based management (PBM) in public administration and its implications for economic growth and service delivery. Performance-based management has emerged as a strategic approach to enhance efficiency, accountability, and transparency in government institutions by linking organizational goals with measurable outcomes. Through a systematic review of relevant literature and comparative case studies from various countries, this research highlights how PBM fosters improved resource allocation, promotes evidence-based policymaking, and strengthens institutional capacity. The findings indicate that PBM contributes to economic growth by ensuring more effective public expenditure management, stimulating investment confidence, and fostering innovation in the public sector. Furthermore, PBM positively impacts service delivery by improving responsiveness, citizen satisfaction, and the quality of public services. However, challenges such as limited institutional readiness, inadequate performance measurement systems, and resistance to cultural change remain significant barriers to its full implementation. This study concludes that integrating PBM into public administration can play a pivotal role in driving sustainable economic development and enhancing governance, provided that robust monitoring mechanisms and capacity-building initiatives are prioritized.

Abstract

The implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) in community health centers provides high flexibility, accelerates response time to meet community needs in the field of health services, and becomes an institution that best understands these dynamics. This study aims to analyze the development of community health center management, especially in the aspects of financial governance and human resources. Financial analysis is carried out based on Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability indicators, while the HR aspect is analyzed through productivity and the number of HR at the Mantup Community Health Center, Lamongan Regency, East Java Province, using financial and HR data from 2015 to 2024. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of BLUD Financial Management (PPK) has increased in trend, while from the HR side, Mantup Community Health Center does not require a significant increase in the number of HR for BLUD. Overall, there is a simultaneous influence between the PPK BLUD financial and HR perspectives on technical efficiency at the Mantup Community Health Center, except in terms of productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) in strengthening corporate accountability for the protection and promotion of human rights. The UNGPs as a global normative framework affirms the state's obligation to protect, corporate responsibility to respect, and access to recovery for victims of human rights violations. Through a normative juridical approach, this study examines the relevance of these principles in international legal practice and their implementation in national law, and identifies the extent to which these instruments are able to encourage corporations to act ethically, transparently, and accountably. The results of the analysis show that although UNGPs have significant normative power, their soft law characteristics pose challenges in consistent application across jurisdictions. Nevertheless, the UNGPs have contributed to the establishment of global standards that encourage companies to integrate human rights principles in business governance, as well as providing an important reference for policymakers and judicial institutions in handling cases of abuse. This study emphasizes that to strengthen the effectiveness of UNGPs, it is necessary to harmonize regulations, more stringent law enforcement mechanisms, and increase corporate awareness of their social responsibilities in the international and national legal systems

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work facilities on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Ulp Duri and used data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 54 permanent employees as respondents.The sampling method in this study used saturated or census sampling, because in this study all members of the population were used as samples. This study used a statistical data analysis method using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work disciplin has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding confirms the importane of management attention to motivation, discipline, and work facilities to increase employee productivity.
