Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan, Struktur Modal, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dengan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2024. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya nilai perusahaan sebagai indikator kepercayaan investor serta perlunya pemahaman faktor-faktor internal yang dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan manufaktur yang secara konsisten masuk dalam indeks LQ 45 selama lima tahun berturut-turut. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan auditan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Teknik analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, serta Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan peran moderasi GCG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, yang berarti profitabilitas yang baik serta pembagian dividen yang konsisten mampu meningkatkan persepsi pasar. Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat leverage perusahaan LQ 45 relatif stabil. Selain itu, Good Corporate Governance tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, maupun kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen mempunyai peran dominan dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, sedangkan tata kelola tidak memberikan pengaruh moderasi yang signifikan dalam konteks penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies used by students to improve their basic technical skills in Bulu Tangkis at Universitas Negeri Medan. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. The subjects of this study were students who actively participated in badminton activities on campus. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that students applied several strategies to improve their basic badminton techniques, including regular practice individually or with peers, utilizing digital media to learn game techniques, participating in campus sports activities, and evaluating their playing performance. In addition, motivation, social support, and the availability of sports facilities also played an important role in improving students' basic badminton skills. Therefore, consistent training strategies and a supportive environment can help students improve their badminton playing skills effectively. Abstract

Character education in Indonesia currently faces serious challenges in the form of moral degradation and the negative influence of globalization, which is eroding national identity. This study aims to analyze strategies for implementing Pancasila values ​​in the national education system as an effort to strengthen students' character. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a library research approach, which examined various current educational policies, including the Pancasila Student Profile program in the Independent Curriculum. The results indicate that internalization of Pancasila values ​​cannot be achieved solely through cognitive transformation in the classroom but must be integrated through school culture, teacher role models, and project-based co-curricular activities. The research findings indicate that consistent implementation of the values ​​of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice can increase social cohesion and tolerance in students amidst diversity. The conclusions of this study emphasize that successful Pancasila-based character development requires collective synergy between educational institutions, the family environment, and government policies that are adaptive to changing times. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan status perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT) terhadap motivasi pada Perusahaan freight forwading di PT Dian Mega Kurnia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan angket skala likert dari 1-5 terhadap 21 responden karyawan PKWT di kantor pusat PT Dian Mega Kurnia. Studi ini mengukur indicator berdasarkan teori Herzberg yang mencakup faktor hygiene (gaji,tunjangan,kondisi kerja), motivator (pengembangan, reward), serta dampak pada motivasi kerja. Hasil dari responden menunjukkan rata rata kepuasan 3.69 dari skala likert 1-5 dengan 52% responden puas dan sisanya yaitu 48% merasa tidak puas. Indikator terkuat adalah pengakuan kerja dengan rata rata (3.86), Sementara gaji,tunjangan (3.44) dan beban kerja sendiri menjadi lemah karena keterlambatan pembayaran serta ketidakseimbangan beban. Uji validitas menggunakan SPSS untuk mengkonfirmasi data valid. Penelitian ini juga relevan ditengah regulasi UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13/2003 dan dampak pandemi COVID-19. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut bisa dari standarisasi pembayaran gaji, program Employe Assistance Program, dan angket per 6 bulan sekali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of access to capital, the use of financial technology, and financial literacy on the business sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Shelter Manahan, Surakarta City. Business sustainability is a crucial factor in supporting regional economic growth and improving the welfare of MSME actors. This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners at Shelter Manahan. The sample consists of 100 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that access to capital has a positive and significant effect on MSME business sustainability. Furthermore, the use of financial technology also has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability. Financial literacy is proven to have a positive and significant impact on the sustainability of MSMEs. These findings suggest that easier access to capital, effective utilization of financial technology, and good financial knowledge and management capabilities can enhance the ability of MSMEs to maintain and develop their businesses sustainably. Therefore, support from the government and financial institutions is needed to improve access to capital, promote the use of financial technology, and enhance financial literacy among MSME actors.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed organizational management practices, particularly in Human Resource Management (HRM). Technology-driven HR systems such as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and People Analytics platforms have shifted HR functions from administrative roles toward strategic decision-making. This study aims to examine the role of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the transformation of HRM by reviewing its applications in recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This research employs a qualitative literature review approach by analyzing academic journals, books, and relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that AI enhances efficiency, enables predictive workforce analytics, supports personalized learning, and strengthens evidence-based HR decisions. However, AI implementation also presents challenges such as algorithmic bias, data privacy risks, transparency issues, and the potential reduction of human interaction in HR processes. Therefore, organizations must implement ethic governance, transparency mechanisms, and human oversight in AI-driven HR systems. This study contributes to academic discourse by providing a structured conceptual framework of AI adoption in HRM and offering managerial implications for responsible implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM), budgetary participation, and reward systems on managerial performance at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Surakarta. This study is an empirical study employing a quantitative approach. The population consisted of all employees at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Surakarta, with a total sample of 77 respondents determined through a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Total Quality Management (TQM) and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. Conversely, budgetary participation does not have a significant impact on managerial performance at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Surakarta. However, limited access and the relatively specific sample size within a single organizational sector mean that the findings cannot be widely generalized to other industries or business sectors with different organizational cultures and bureaucratic structures.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research seeks to investigate the impact of implementing Google Sites - based instructional media on national income topics toward enhancing students' learning motivation. The study employs a quantitative approach utilizing a quasi- experimental design. Participants consist of students from the Economics Education program at Medan State University. Data were gathered via learning interest questionnaires, achievement tests, and classroom observations throughout the instructional sessions. Findings reveal that Google Sites media significantly boosts student learning interest, as evidenced by heightened student engagement, attentiveness, and enthusiasm during lessons. Consequently, Google Sites-based media serves as an effective alternative for elevating student motivation in national income content. Penelitian memiliki Tujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis Google Sites pada pembelajaran materi pendapatan nasional dalam meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi-eksperimental. Subjek penelitian merupakan mahasiswa dari Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner minat belajar, tes hasil belajar, serta observasi selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa Penggunaan Google Sites dapat meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa, yang tercermin dari peningkatan keaktifan, perhatian, dan ketertarikan mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis Google Sites dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa pada materi pendapatan nasional. Abstract

Kegiatan Pemberdayaan dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPPM) yang dilaksanakan di Desa Legoksari, Kecamatan Darangdan, Kabupaten Purwakarta, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Salah satu fokus utama dalam program ini adalah pelatihan pembuatan media tanam yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan para petani dan masyarakat lokal dalam memproduksi media tanam secara mandiri. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh warga desa, terutama para penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), dengan materi yang mencakup teknik sederhana dalam pembuatan media tanam menggunakan bahan lokal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 80% peserta menyatakan siap untuk menerapkan teknik yang diajarkan di rumah mereka masing-masing. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan keterampilan praktis, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya ketahanan pangan dan pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dengan menciptakan produk tanam yang berkualitas dan meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Dengan demikian, pelatihan pembuatan media tanam merupakan langkah strategis dalam memberdayakan masyarakat desa dan memperkuat ekonomi lokal di Desa Legoksari.
