Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis triangulatif terhadap lanskap inklusi keuangan digital Indonesia, dengan membandingkannya terhadap negara-negara tetangga di ASEAN. Dengan memanfaatkan basis data Global Findex 2025 dari Bank Dunia yang baru dirilisyang mencakup indikator-indikator baru terkait konektivitas dan keamanan digitalpenelitian ini memetakan posisi Indonesia dalam hal adopsi pembayaran digital dan kesenjangan gender. Temuan dari survei sisi permintaan (demand-side) ini kemudian dianalisis secara kontekstual dengan kerangka kebijakan regional ASEAN, seperti inisiatif Konektivitas Pembayaran Regional (Regional Payment Connectivity) dan toolkit kebijakan untuk UMKM digital. Sebagai pilar ketiga triangulasi, data survei global ini disandingkan dengan data pasar dan regulasi domestik sisi penawaran (supply-side) pasca-2024 dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Indonesia, yang mencakup pertumbuhan layanan keuangan digital seperti Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) dan penguatan kerangka perlindungan konsumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Indonesia menunjukkan kemajuan pesat dalam adopsi pembayaran digital yang didorong oleh kebijakan, keberhasilan ini menutupi tantangan mendasar dalam hal ketahanan keuangan dan kesenjangan gender yang lebih bernuansa. Kesenjangan ini menjadi lebih jelas ketika data persepsi dari survei global dikontraskan dengan realitas transaksional pasar domestik. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa metode triangulasi ini menawarkan model yang lebih kokoh untuk analisis kebijakan, mengungkap area-area kritis untuk intervensi yang tidak akan terlihat dari analisis sumber tunggal, dan menggarisbawahi pergeseran penting dari sekadar mengukur akses keuangan menuju evaluasi kualitas dan keberlanjutan inklusi.

Abstract

This research, titled "DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED CLINIC INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM APPLICATION USING PHP AND MySQL" aims to optimize efficiency and service quality at Atlantic Clinic through the implementation of a web-based information system. Analysis and testing indicate that the current conventional service method is no longer adequate, leading to inefficiencies in service processes. The newly designed system enhances administrative efficiency by accelerating patient data recording and retrieval. Additionally, the queue system provides better time estimates for patients, while the medical record system ensures the security and accuracy of patient data. The integrated cashier system improves payment transaction efficiency, reducing billing errors. Master data management, which includes medication, medical procedures, doctors, and users, becomes more structured and accurate. The implementation of this system is expected to bring significant improvements to the quality of service at Atlantic Clinic, making it more modern, effective, and efficient.

Abstract

Science learning is essential for developing students critical thinking and conceptual understanding; however, conventional lecture-based approaches often fail to address abstract scientific concepts. The advancement of educational technology offers opportunities through interactive media, which provides engaging and participatory experiences that can transform abstract phenomena into more concrete and accessible forms. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of interactive media in enhancing students understanding of science concepts. A qualitative literature study design was employed, focusing on peer-reviewed publications between 2015 and 2023 obtained from international and national databases. Content analysis was applied to synthesize findings across studies. The results indicate that interactive media significantly improves students conceptual understanding by enabling them to visualize abstract processes such as molecular structures, energy transformations, and ecological interactions. It also enhances motivation and engagement, as students find learning activities more enjoyable, meaningful, and interactive. Moreover, interactive tools support differentiated learning, accommodating diverse student abilities and learning styles, thus promoting inclusive education. Evidence from both international and Indonesian contexts demonstrates that interactive media is effective even in resource-constrained settings when appropriately designed. Overall, this study concludes that integrating interactive media into science classrooms is not only a technological enhancement but also a pedagogical necessity. While most existing research highlights cognitive outcomes, further exploration of affective and psychomotor impacts is required. The findings reinforce the potential of interactive media to align with 21st-century education goals, particularly the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes project-based, student-centered, and experiential learning.

Abstract

The focus of this research was to find out if eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 15 Palu could improve reading comprehension by using the Jumbled Summary Strategy. Two groups participated in the study's quasi-experimental design: one was taught the Jumbled Summary Strategy, while the other was taught conventional methods. Pre- and post-tests were administered to both groups to determine their reading comprehension development, particularly at the literal comprehension level with narrative texts. Statistical tests such as the t-test, homogeneity test, and normality test were used to assess the data.With the mean score rising from 28.72 on the pre-test to 56.70 on the post-test, the experimental group's reading comprehension scores shown a significant improvement, according to the data. The mean score for the control group, however, dropped from 31.48 to 26.32. The experimental group's pre-test and post-test scores differed in a statistically significant way (p 0.05), according to the paired sample t-test, while the control group did not significantly improve. These results show how well the Jumbled Summary Strategy improves students' ability to identify main ideas, recall details, and arrange data rationally. In conclusion, the use of the Jumbled Summary Strategy has a positive effect on students reading comprehension. It encourages active learning, critical thinking, and better engagement with the text. Therefore, this strategy is recommended as an effective alternative for English teachers to improve students reading comprehension skills, particularly in understanding narrative texts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas perlindungan hukum terhadap investor pasar modal berdasarkan perspektif law and economics. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif yang diperkaya dengan pendekatan empiris, perundang-undangan, konseptual, kasus, dan perbandingan. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerangka regulasi pasar modal di Indonesia telah memadai secara normatif melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1995 dan peraturan OJK serta BEI. Namun, efektivitas perlindungan hukum terhadap investor belum optimal karena lemahnya implementasi dan pengawasan, sehingga menimbulkan asimetri informasi dan tingginya transaction cost yang merugikan investor. Perlindungan preventif seperti keterbukaan informasi dan literasi keuangan belum berjalan maksimal, sementara perlindungan represif melalui sanksi belum memberikan efek jera. Maka diperlukan upaya perbaikan melalui penguatan pengawasan, peningkatan literasi keuangan, reformasi mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa, transparansi informasi, dan pemberian insentif positif bagi perusahaan patuh guna menciptakan pasar modal yang sehat, efisien, dan terpercaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Pekerja atau Buruh di Usaha Mikro dan Kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif yang diperkaya dengan pendekatan empiris, perundang-undangan, konseptual, kasus, dan perbandingan. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja atau buruh di usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) secara normatif telah diatur dengan cukup jelas dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, antara lain Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah, serta Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja. Regulasi tersebut menjamin hak-hak dasar pekerja, seperti hak atas upah layak, jaminan sosial, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, serta perlakuan yang adil dalam hubungan kerja. Dalam praktiknya, penerapan perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja di sektor usaha mikro dan kecil masih sangat lemah. Banyak hubungan kerja yang berlangsung secara informal tanpa perjanjian tertulis, tidak adanya kepesertaan dalam program jaminan sosial tenaga kerja, serta tidak diterapkannya standar upah minimum. Kondisi ini terjadi karena keterbatasan kemampuan ekonomi pelaku UMK, rendahnya pemahaman hukum ketenagakerjaan, dan lemahnya pengawasan pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy between police law and customary law in resolving social conflicts in West Papua. The approach used is juridical-sociological, with a descriptive-analytical method, combining interviews, observations, and legal document studies, including Perpol No. 8 of 2021 concerning restorative justice and the Papua Special Autonomy Law No. 21 of 2001/Law No. 2 of 2021. The research locations include Manokwari, Sorong, and Fakfak districts, with informants consisting of police officers, traditional leaders, and affected communities. The results of the study show that social conflicts in West Papua, especially between indigenous communities, can be resolved more effectively through the synergy of police law and customary law. The police act as facilitators of restorative deliberations, while customary courts emphasize deliberation, consensus, and the restoration of social relations. The integration of these two legal systems results in community-accepted conflict resolution, increases compliance of perpetrators, and maintains social stability. This multi-dimensional approach is in accordance with the theory of restorative justice and living law, which emphasizes the restoration of social relations as well as the recognition of the legal norms that live in society. This study concludes that the harmonization of formal law and customary law in West Papua is an important strategy in realizing substantive justice, reducing the burden of cases in formal courts, and maintaining social harmony between communities. These findings can be a reference for police officers, local governments, and traditional leaders in developing standard operational procedures for restorative-based conflict resolution in accordance with local wisdom.

Abstract

Supply chain sustainability in the palm oil industry is an important aspect in maintaining the efficiency and competitiveness of the company. This study aims to analyze the strategy of improving the performance of palm oil suppliers in PT. Nusantara III Plantation, especially in the Hapesong PKS. The research method used is SWOT analysis with the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE) approaches. The results of the study show that the main strength factor of Hapesong PKS is the ownership of sustainability certifications (ISPO and RSPO) and a good occupational safety management system. However, there are obstacles in the quality of raw materials from partner suppliers as well as price competition with competitors. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended strategies include facilitating ISPO certification for suppliers, developing cooperation with new suppliers, collaborating with the government in sustainability socialization, and implementing a reward and punishment system for suppliers. The implementation of this strategy is expected to improve supplier performance and strengthen the sustainability of the supply chain at the Hapesong PKS.

Abstract

Digital Rupiah, initiated under Bank Indonesia's Project Garuda, represent a pivotal advancement in the development of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). This financial innovation has the potential to strengthen regional economic growth by improving payment systems, enhancing the effectiveness of monetary policy, and fostering economic integration, which are essential for provincial development. However, empirical studies examining the regional impacts of CBDCs remain limited. This research addresses this gap by analyzing the potential effects of Digital Rupiah implementation on the economic growth of Sumatras provinces. Using quarterly data from Q2 2020 to Q1 2024, the study investigates how these three factors influence economic growth of ten provinces in Sumatra. The results, based on Ordinary Least Squares estimation, indicate that North Sumatra demonstrates the highest potential for economic advancement, with all three variables exerting significant positive effects. These findings provide valuable insights for policy design and strategies to support post-pandemic recovery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor dominan yang memengaruhi penetapan dan perubahan putusan pengadilan dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia, dengan meninjau peran jaksa, hakim, pengadilan tinggi, dan pengacara pembela. Melalui pendekatan literature review dengan analisis yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menelaah hubungan antara norma hukum dan praktik peradilan sebagaimana tercermin dalam putusan, peraturan, serta hasil-hasil studi akademik nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakim merupakan aktor paling dominan dalam memengaruhi arah dan hasil akhir putusan, terutama pada tingkat pertama dan banding. Namun demikian, dominasi tersebut tidak terlepas dari pengaruh jaksa sebagai dominus litis yang menentukan arah kasus melalui penyusunan dakwaan dan kebijakan penuntutan, serta peran pengacara pembela dalam menyeimbangkan kekuasaan negara melalui strategi pembelaan hukum. Dominasi dalam perubahan putusan bersifat bertahap dan kontekstual jaksa dominan di tahap awal (penuntutan), hakim dominan di tahap putusan, dan pengadilan tinggi dominan di tahap akhir (banding dan kasasi), dengan pengacara pembela berperan sebagai penyeimbang sepanjang proses.
