Abstract

Technological developments and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic have accelerated the adoption of distance learning (PJJ) at various levels of education. However, the implementation of PJJ presents challenges in classroom management, such as limited interaction, low learning motivation, and technical barriers. This article aims to identify challenges and formulate strategic and applicable solutions in the management of PJJ classes. The research was conducted through a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that PJJ classroom management requires technological skills, adaptive pedagogical approaches, effective communication, and collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. Strategies such as the use of digital media, active learning, and humanist and empathic approaches are the keys to success. With the implementation of these strategies, PJJ can create an inclusive and meaningful learning environment even though it is conducted online.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategy of working capital cost management in educational institutions using a literature study approach. The working capital cost of education includes funds needed to fund the daily operational activities of educational institutions, such as salaries of educators, procurement of teaching materials, and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. This study identifies four important aspects in the management of working capital costs of education, namely planning, allocation, supervision, and sources of financing. The results of the study indicate that effective management of working capital costs can improve operational efficiency and the quality of educational services. This article provides important implications for leaders of educational institutions in making appropriate short-term financial decisions to support the continuity of educational activities. This study also reflects the real conditions at MDTA Sukma Illahi 3 Suku Canduang as an example of an educational institution facing similar challenges

Abstract

This article presents a comparative semiotic analysis of Ramadhan campaign advertisements from two Southeast Asian technology giants, Gojek (“#Mauramadhanfull”) and Grab (“#Grabinramadhan”). Employing Roland Barthes’ theoretical framework: denotation, connotation, and myth. This research dissects how both brands construct different meanings and ideologies within the unique cultural and commercial landscape of Ramadhan in Indonesia. The analysis finds that Gojek constructs a “Myth of Facilitated Piety,” positioning itself as an integral enabler for achieving a holistic and spiritually fulfilling Ramadan experience. Conversely, Grab constructs a “Myth of Instant Consumerist Fulfillment” through a meta-humorous narrative that deconstructs traditional advertising and promotes its platform as a magical solution for immediate desire fulfillment. This paper concludes that the competition between Gojek and Grab extends beyond service offerings. It is a semiotic battle to define the role of technology in contemporary religious practice, reflecting and actively shaping the intersection of tradition, consumerism, and digital life in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the innovation policy of the IT Movement Program (GENIT) in improving the quality of students in one of the elementary schools in Purwakarta Regency. The background of this research is the importance of integrating information technology in primary education to equip students with 21st century skills. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with teachers and closed questionnaires to students. The results show that technology development policies, including the provision of digital devices and teacher training, have improved interactivity and learning effectiveness. The GENIT program as an extracurricular activity has been proven to encourage the improvement of student achievement in the field of technology. Despite challenges such as lack of student participation in technology activities, parental involvement and school policy support play an important role in successful implementation. This study concludes that collaboration between schools, teachers, students, and parents, as well as structured policy planning, is key in creating an adaptive and competitive quality of education in the digital age.

Abstract

The development of the digital era has brought significant changes to the labor market dynamics, including the characteristics of unemployment in Indonesia. Digitization creates new opportunities as well as complex challenges, especially for individuals who do not yet possess adequate technological skills. This research aims to analyze the changing character of unemployment in the digital age, with a focus on the phenomenon of internships as a company strategy in reducing operational costs and its impact on labor welfare. Through a qualitative approach based on the literature study, it was found that modern apprenticeship systems often do not provide permanent employment guarantees, creating risks of precarity for the young workforce. Additionally, inequality of access to digital training and technology education widens the skills gap between workers. The study highlights the importance of formulating more adaptive and inclusive policies to respond to the challenges of the digital age, including protecting the rights of apprenticeship workers, strengthening digital literacy, and improving access to skills training. Thus, inclusive economic growth can be achieved.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran menuntut perencanaan yang matang dan sistematis untuk menjamin tumbuh kembang potensi kognitif dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Salah satu langkah penting dalam perencanaan pembelajaran adalah identifikasi kebutuhan belajar, yang berfungsi untuk menemukan kesenjangan antara kondisi faktual dan tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep kebutuhan dalam pembelajaran, jenis-jenis kebutuhan, serta langkah-langkah sistematis dalam proses identifikasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pembelajaran mencakup enam jenis utama, yaitu: kebutuhan normatif, komparatif, yang dirasa, ekspresif, antisipatif, dan insiden kritis. Proses identifikasi kebutuhan dilakukan melalui tujuh langkah berkelanjutan, dimulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga penetapan prioritas tujuan pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menekankan bahwa identifikasi kebutuhan pembelajaran merupakan fondasi penting dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan peserta didik dan perubahan kurikulum.

Abstract

The problem of lack of interest in learning and the suboptimal development of creativity and skills in children is a challenge in efforts to improve children’s social welfare. This study aims to analyze the factors causing these problems and evaluate appropriate social welfare interventions. Using a qualitative case study approach at the Child Welfare Institution (LKSA), this study found that environmental factors, lack of educational stimulation, and minimal access to training were the main causes. Through intervention programs in the form of tutoring, skills training, and creative approaches, an increase in children’s interest in learning and creative abilities was found. The results of this study also show that family environmental factors, past trauma, and minimal educational stimulation contribute to low child motivation. Collaboration is needed between social workers, caregivers, and external parties in supporting holistic child development

Abstract

The study analyzes the influence of Islamic politics on women’s participation in student leadership. This issue is crucial because, although Islam provides space for women to engage in leadership, social and cultural barriers still limit their involvement.This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing semi-structured interviews with students and literature analysis from various scholarly sources. The findings indicate that an inclusive interpretation of Islamic politics can encourage women’s participation in student organizations, whereas more conservative understandings tend to be obstacles. Other factors, such as gender stereotypes, social norms, and cultural expectations, also play a role in shaping the dynamics of women’s leadership in academic environments. These findings highlight the need for a fair and contextual approach to understanding women’s roles in leadership. Affirmative policies, academic support, and leadership training programs can help increase women’s involvement in student organizations, fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment.

Abstract

Mudharabah is a cooperation agreement between two parties where the first party (shahibul maal) provides the entire (100℅) capital, while the other party becomes the manager. The profits of the venture are mudharabahly shared according to the agreement put forward in the contract, whereas when the loss is borne by the capital owner so long as the loss is not due to the negligence of the manager. If the loss was caused by the fraud or negligence of the manager, then the manager should be liable for the loss. Thus the basic concept of the mudharabah akad is present in this article and will be the center of analysis in its practice on Shariah financial institutions. The research method uses Literature study i.e. data collection method by understanding and studying the theories from various literature related to the study. The result of this discussion is that the akad mudharabah is widely used in financing and investment products because it complies with the Shariah principles of avoiding usury and emphasizing fairness and partnership. The Akad mudharabah provides an alternative solution within the Islamic economic system by foregrounding the values of transparency, trust, and shared responsibility.

Abstract

Competitive anxiety is a negative psychological condition experienced by athletes when facing competitive situations, characterized by feelings of worry, nervousness, and uneasiness. One of the factors that influences this anxiety is family social support. Support from the family, including emotional, instrumental, informational, and companionship support, is believed to help calm athletes and enhance their self confidence during competitions. This study aims to examine the relationship between family social support and competitive anxiety among volleyball athletes in Bekasi Regency. The research used a quantitative correlational method. The sample consisted of 100 volleyball athletes aged 12 to 17 years, selected using a nonprobability sampling technique with an incidental sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with the assistance of JASP software version 0.18.3.0. The results showed a significant negative relationship between family social support and competitive anxiety among volleyball athletes with a correlation coefficient of r equals minus 0.734 and a significance level of p less than 0.001. This indicates that the higher the social support received from the family, the lower the level of competitive anxiety experienced by the athlete. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This study emphasizes the important role of the family in supporting the mental well being and performance of athletes. Future researchers are encouraged to further explore other psychological factors that may influence competitive anxiety.
