Abstract

This research describes the application of collaborative learning in Indonesian language courses at universities, identifies its benefits, and identifies the challenges faced in its implementation. This research also aims to formulate solutions that can overcome these challenges, thereby strengthening the effectiveness and success of collaborative learning in the context of teaching Indonesian in higher education. Based on the results and discussion, the conclusion that can be drawn is that collaborative learning has a strong theoretical basis from social constructivism, constructivism, social learning, and cooperative theory (Vygotsky, Piaget, Bandura, Johnson & Johnson). The implementation of collaborative learning provides significant benefits for students and lecturers, including increased motivation, material knowledge, engagement, and better interpersonal relationships. Effective implementation strategies include clarifying learning objectives, forming effective groups, providing structured assignments, facilitating interaction, and providing fair assessments. Further training and provision is needed for students and lecturers in implementing collaborative learning effectively. The development of assessment instruments that are more detailed and sensitive to individual contributions in the group can increase the objectivity of the assessment. Further research is needed to identify more efficient strategies for overcoming challenges in collaborative learning. Stronger support from universities in providing the training and resources needed to optimize the implementation of collaborative learning models

Abstract

This research aims to develop project-based learning LKPD teaching materials on packaging design. This research method is the development of the ADDIE model with three stages, namely analysis, design, development. The instrument used is a validation sheet by material experts and media experts. The data obtained was then calculated using the percentage formula which was then described in descriptive sentences. The results showed that the project-based learning LKPD based on packaging design material that had been validated by the material got a percentage value of 84% which was in the feasible category. While the results of validation by media experts received a percentage value of 81% which is in the feasible category. The conclusion of this study is that the feasibility results of developing project-based learning-based LKPD on packaging design material are in the feasible category.

Abstract

This research examines the need for correspondence management training for administrative staff through a literature review from various related literature sources. Correspondence management is an important activity in office administration, but often does not receive adequate attention. This can cause problems such as mail flow jams, loss of important documents, and slow administration processes. To overcome this problem, appropriate training is needed for administrative staff so that they can manage correspondence effectively and efficiently. Through searching various journals, books and other literary sources, information was obtained about the importance of correspondence management, the obstacles faced by administrative staff, as well as best practices in managing correspondence. From the literature review, relevant training needs for administrative staff were identified, such as digital archiving, handling confidential letters, and the use of information technology-based correspondence management information systems. The results of this literature research provide a comprehensive picture of the needs for correspondence management training for administrative staff. These findings are the basis for designing training programs that suit the real needs of administrative staff, so that they can optimize correspondence management and support the smooth running of administrative processes in the organization.

Abstract

Proteolytic bacteria are bacteria that can degrade proteins by producing extracellular protease enzymes. Proteolytic bacteria can be found in mangrove soil. This is because the dry weight of mangrove leaf litter contains 61% protein. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of proteolytic bacterial isolates from mangrove soil in Pandaratan Beach, Sarudik District, Central Tapanuli Regency and to characterize them. This study used a laboratory experimental method which was analyzed descriptively. Soil sampling was carried out at two location points I (sandy) and location II (muddy) which were isolated using SMA media with the streak plate method. Characterization includes macroscopic and microscopic observations as well as biochemical tests. The results of the study found that there were 15 isolates of proteolytic bacteria isolated from the mangrove soil of Pandaratan Beach, Central Tapanuli. The highest activity test of the proteolytic index (IP) was obtained 0.82 mm by the Micrococcus (L1) and 0.09 mm lowest by Brevibacillus (L2). A total of 11 genera of proteolytic bacteria were found, including Curtobacterium (P1 and L7), Bacillus (P2, P4, and P7), Enterococcus (P3), Brevibacillus (P5 and L2), Carnobacterium (P6), Paenibacillus (P8), Micrococcus (L1), Vagococcus (L3), Marinococcus (L4), Halobacillus (L5), Sporosarcina (L6).

Abstract

Every child needs activities that are beneficial for their health. One of the activities that can be done is rhythmic gymnastics. This study uses the literature review method. A literature review is an approach in a traditionally conducted literature review with the aim of collecting and critically evaluating various reference sources related to the topic being discussed. Every child needs physical activity for their physical development later on, the factors that affect physical development in children are gross motor physical development where children are not yet able to perform body movement activities in coordination, lack of body flexibility and balance in the strength of the child's leg muscles. Children's motor development can be said to be mature if children have body skills and a healthy way of life, with this can support strong, healthy and skillful physical growth. The form of activities that can develop gross motor skills in children is to invite children to exercise one of them with this rhythmic gymnastics, with this the child can freely move all his limbs.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the New Learner Admission Program (PPDB) in Trenggalek Regency, especially the zoning system, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model. The research method used is qualitative research with the research subject as the Head of the Subdivision of Program Planning and Evaluation of the Education, Youth and Sports Office of Trenggalek Regency. Data were analyzed descriptively analytically through interviews and PPDB implementation reports. The evaluation results show that the context of PPDB in Trenggalek Regency includes the determination of zoning areas, the percentage of capacity, and the issuance of technical guidelines. The input evaluation includes the online PPDB application and socialization to stakeholders. The PPDB process involves announcement, registration, selection, and announcement of the determination of students. Meanwhile, product evaluation includes the re-registration process, integration of PPDB data in Dapodik, and reporting on the implementation of PPDB. Comprehensively, the evaluation using the CIPP model provides a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness, efficiency, and fairness of the zoning system implementation in PPDB. Abstract

Every human being has the right to shape himself into a healthy human being so that he can move well. Of course, being healthy must be familiarized from a young age. Elementary school age is an important period because at this age children are very vulnerable to various diseases and health problems. Diseases and health problems that often affect elementary school children are generally related to clean and healthy living habits, such as toothache, diarrhea, worms, skin diseases, dengue fever, and many others. This research uses the literature method obtained from scientific journal sources to provide an overview of how physical education and sports help elementary school children to improve clean and healthy living behavior. The results obtained are that there are components that support a clean and healthy lifestyle. Then internal and external factors must be considered because they can affect the increase in clean and healthy lifestyles.
