Abstract

This research was motivated by elementary school teachers generally teaching using the lecture method and rarely using learning media so that students only focus on listening to the teacher's explanation. This research aims to produce the development of learning media for quadrangular material using the Smart Apps Creator application for grade IV elementary school students that is valid, practical and effective. This type of research is research and development based on Smart Apps Creator using the ADDIE model with stages of analysis, design, development, application and evaluation. The data collection instruments in this study are validation instruments, practicality and effectiveness instruments. The steps of analyzing data are data analysis of validity, practicality and effectiveness. The development of the results of this research with the ADDIE development model using the Smart Apps Creator Application for Grade IV Elementary School students obtained an average result from three expert validators of 95.66% with a very valid category. The Smart Apps Creator application is very practical to use by obtaining teacher response results of 97.5% with a very practical category and student response results with a percentage of 91.55% with a very practical category. The Smart Apps Creator application is effectively used in the learning process with the results of the effectiveness test at the first meeting obtained a percentage of learning outcomes of 91.36%. Then at the second meeting, the percentage of learning outcomes increased by 96.13%.

Abstract

Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are frequently encountered in everyday life, especially among school-age children to adolescents. This condition necessitates special education or services to meet their needs in optimizing individual potential and abilities. The presence of children with ADHD often poses a challenge in the context of the learning process. Understanding the characteristics of students with ADHD is key to planning more effective learning strategies. This study aims to outline the characteristics of students with ADHD in inclusive school environments. The method used is a literature review or literature study. The research results indicate that the main characteristics of students with ADHD include difficulty in focusing attention (inattention), difficulty in controlling impulses (impulsivity), and difficulty in controlling movement (hyperactivity). The conclusion of this research is that teachers in inclusive schools can gain a better understanding of the characteristics of students with ADHD, and from there can design more effective learning strategies.

Abstract

Management of learning for children with special needs is carried out to ensure that all students receive appropriate and quality education so that they can develop optimally according to their potential. This research aims to describe the learning management carried out in inclusion classes. The design used in this research is a literature study. The research results show that learning management uses an individualization approach, a collaborative approach, behavior modification, use of media and the provision of friendly learning, as well as collaboration teacher and parent. Conclusions from this research: Teachers in inclusion classes need to adapt learning management to the needs, abilities and characteristics of students who have special needs.

Abstract

Inclusive education is very important in this era of globalization, where it is hoped that all children, including children with special needs (ABK), have the same right to receive education. This research aims to understand teachers' abilities in recognizing ABK and effective strategies for assessing their abilities, as well as helping facilitate learning that suits the needs and abilities of ABK. This research uses a literature review approach by analyzing various literature sources, articles and related research that have been published previously. The research results show that there are many strategies that have been used to improve teachers' abilities in recognizing and assessing students with special needs in inclusive schools. This strategy includes training and workshops, preparation of an inclusive curriculum, mentoring by experts, and the use of educational technology. The results of this research also show that these approaches can improve teachers' professional abilities, support learning tailored to the needs of students with special needs, and reduce exclusion in the educational context. Therefore, it is hoped that these strategies can become a reference in improving the quality of inclusive education in inclusive schools.

Abstract

Learning outcomes assessment is a process that involves measuring and assessing students' knowledge, skills and attitudes towards established standards. Assessment of learning outcomes for children with special needs (ABK) must be carried out with adjustments to the student's abilities, such as vision, hearing, intellectual and physical abilities. This research aims to describe the assessment of learning outcomes for ABK in inclusion classes. The research method used is a literature review. The results of this research are that there are several types of assessment that can be used for inclusive education, namely formative assessment, summative assessment, diagnostic assessment, affective assessment, and fortopolio assessment. Inclusive education assessment is the process of measuring and assessing the achievements of children with special needs (ABK) in learning. The aim of assessment in inclusive education is to obtain information about students. This information can be used to help schools and teachers make decisions about instruction, learning outcomes, diagnosis, and educational improvement for each student.

Abstract

People who lack life skills in the form of skills need instructors to be able to improve and have expertise by providing life skills training in the field of craft making. This research aims to (1) describe the role of instructors in improving life skills through rattan craft training, (2) describe the instructors supporting factors students studying at the Samarinda Cooperative Training UPTD. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Data validity uses source and technical triangulation techniques. The results of this research show that the Instructor’s Role in Improving Life Skills Through Rattan Craft Training fulfills his role as informator, facilitator, motivator and evaluator well. Apart from that, it shows that there are instructor supporting factors that influence the succes of the training implementation, namely instructors who are competent in the field of rattan crafts and have national certification and adequate facilities to support the smooth process of training activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical condition of football players from various aspects including strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and agility. This research is descriptive in nature with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study are the 20 players of Kresna Unesa FC using total sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, literature review, and direct measurement tests involving amateur football players competing at the national level. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with percentage point calculations for the physical condition categories of football players with value conversion used for analysis. The results of this study show that the physical condition of the players of the Kresna Unesa FC team during the 2023 East Java Liga 3 competition in each test item are as follows: in the first test of 30-meter sprint, 45% of players have good speed and 55% have average speed. The second test of endurance shows that 5% of players have very good endurance, 30% have good endurance, 60% have average endurance, and 1% have poor endurance. The flexibility test shows that 100% of players have good flexibility. In the fourth test of lower limb muscle power, 5% of players are in the good category, 45% are in the average category, 45% are in the poor category, and 5% are in the very poor category. The agility test shows that 35% of players are in the good category, 45% are in the average category, and 20% are in the poor category. The sit-up test shows that 5% of players are in the poor category and 95% are in the very poor category. The push-up test shows that 20% of players are in the good category, 15% are in the average category, 40% are in the poor category, and 25% are in the very poor category. This study highlights the importance of proper physical conditioning in football players to enhance their performance on the field. The practical implications of this research can assist coaches and fitness staff in designing training programs tailored to the individual needs and positions of players.

Abstract

The level of poverty in Indonesia is quite high and extreme, one of which is located in East Java Province, especially Magetan Regency, East Java. It is hoped that through this community empowerment program it can increase income. This study aims to describe the implementation of community empowerment through batik Pring Sedapur in KUBE Mukti Rahayu, the achievement of the results obtained, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the empowerment process. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. For data analysis methods using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results obtained from the community empowerment process through batik Pring Sedapur go through several stages, namely the awareness stage, the transformation stage, and the intellectual capacity building stage. The achievement of the results obtained from empowerment is through the economic, social, and cultural fields that have been well established. Supporting factors for empowerment include beneficiaries playing an active role, flexible time, and support from the local government. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in empowerment is that elderly beneficiaries are difficult to develop and only think about their personal interests.

Abstract

Abstract: Interactive learning of fairy tale videos through technology adaptation is a strategy to cultivate interest in literacy by utilizing technology. The rapid advancement of technology is used as one of the instruments for literacy acceleration efforts. This research is a form of implementation of technology utilization innovation to create interesting learning methods. The focus of this research explains how students will be able to make literacy a positive habit in their daily lives. Literacy education is the basic key to exploring science presented through viewing fairy tale videos. Activities are structured based on the theoretical framework regarding the stages in realizing an accelerated education program. The research method used was qualitative by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and observation. The research data was obtained from 3 elementary schools in Arjasa-Sukowono village. The results showed that using technology as learning has a positive impact on students. With digital learning innovation, students become more interactive, can awaken the ability to analyze the essence of values, and awaken imaginative power. This activity can be used as one of the references for the literacy curriculum in the future and carried out on an ongoing basis for educators in related institutions. Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi digunakan sebagai salah satu instrumen untuk akselerasi literasi. Penelitian ini sebagai bentuk implementasi inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi untuk menciptakan metode pembelajaran yang menarik. Fokus penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana siswa/i nantinya dapat menjadikan literasi sebagai sebuah kebiasaan positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendidikan literasi menjadi kunci dasar untuk mengeksplorasi ilmu pengetahuan disajikan melalui penayangan video dongeng. Kegiatan disusun berdasarkan kerangka teori mengenai tahapan dalam mewujudkan program akselerasi pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan observasi. Data penelitian didapat dari 3 sekolah tingkat dasar di Desa Arjasa-Sukowono. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai pembelajaran berdampak positif bagi siswa/i. Dengan adanya inovasi pembelajaran digital siswa menjadi lebih interaktif, dapat membangkitkan kemampuan analisis terhadap esensi nilai dan membangkitkan daya imajinatif. Kegiatan ini bisa dijadikan salah satu acuan kurikulum literasi kedepannya serta dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan bagi pada pendidik di instansi terkait.
