Abstract

Sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kemampuan akademik peserta didik, yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas manajemen kurikulum. Dalam konteks ini, guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran, tetapi juga sebagai aktor kunci dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Meskipun berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan guru dalam manajemen kurikulum berkontribusi signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik siswa, kajian yang secara sistematis mensintesis bukti empiris mengenai hubungan tersebut masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam manajemen kurikulum serta implikasinya terhadap prestasi akademik siswa melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan penelusuran literatur pada basis data Scopus terhadap artikel yang diterbitkan pada periode 2020–2026. Dari proses seleksi bertahap berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, diperoleh tujuh artikel yang dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam manajemen kurikulum bersifat multidimensional, mencakup keterlibatan dalam perencanaan dan pengorganisasian kurikulum, kompetensi profesional dalam implementasi pembelajaran, serta kemampuan guru dalam menafsirkan kurikulum dan tujuan pembelajaran. Selain itu, efektivitas peran guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan sistem pendidikan, kepemimpinan sekolah, dan kebijakan kurikulum. Secara konsisten, temuan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum yang dijalankan secara efektif oleh guru berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterlibatan belajar, motivasi akademik, dan prestasi akademik siswa. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan peran guru dalam manajemen kurikulum sebagai strategi kunci peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

The Qur'an represents a fundamental miracle in Islamic doctrine, revealed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW through the intermediary of Angel Gabriel. This study aims to reconstruct the history of the Qur'an's codification, which transformed from scattered manuscript fragments into a comprehensive and systematic mushaf structure. This writing uses a qualitative methodology with a library research approach. Data is collected through documentation techniques and critical analysis of various literature, scientific articles, and journals relevant to the discourse of Jam’ul Qur’an. Through the examination of these sources, this study seeks to dissect the dynamics of preserving the holy text from historical and administrative perspectives. Research findings indicate that the process of unifying and compiling the Qur'an took place in two crucial periods. The first phase occurred during the prophetic era, where revelations were documented partially on simple media. The second phase was the era of standardization carried out by the Rightly Guided Caliphs. This included the initiation of manuscript collection during the time of Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, prompted by the urgent need due to the loss of many memorizers, the standardization of the script during the time of Uthman ibn Affan to prevent dialectical division, and ongoing maintenance during the time of Ali ibn Abi Talib. In conclusion, the transition from separate sheets to a single mushaf was a strategic effort to preserve the authenticity and integrity of the revelation from the risk of historical distortion and significant differences in reading among Muslims.

Abstract

The traditional K-Means algorithm has a significant weakness in its reliance on random cluster center initialization, which often results in unstable and suboptimal segmentation. This study aims to improve the quality of potential physician segmentation by proposing the integration of a dynamic clustering algorithm into the K-Means framework. The applied method is K-Means augmented with a dynamic clustering algorithm, using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) attributes derived from physician profile data. Cluster quality is evaluated using the Davies- Bouldin Index (DBI) and Purity. The proposed approach successfully improved segmentation accuracy by 25.15% compared to traditional K-Means. Quantitative analysis shows a significant improvement in cluster quality, indicated by a decrease in the DBI value from 0.846 to 0.411. Furthermore, the Purity value increased from 0.5294 to 0.7647, indicating improved cluster homogeneity. These results demonstrate that the dynamic clustering algorithm effectively addresses initialization sensitivity by iteratively adjusting cluster configurations based on inter- cluster and intra-cluster similarity. The final segmentation yielded four clusters of potential physicians with distinct RFM characteristics, enabling more targeted marketing strategies. The implementation of this model provides strategic benefits for pharmaceutical companies, including the ability to allocate promotional and sponsorship resources more efficiently based on a more accurate and reliable mapping of potential physicians.

Abstract

Teacher competence plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education and schools. Therefore, a supportive work environment is essential for its development, leading to improved performance and quality. Teacher competence development is influenced by the organizational psychology of the workplace, which requires optimal implementation and cooperation from all school members. Organizational psychology significantly impacts teacher performance and maximizes results. This study employed qualitative methods with non-test instruments, including in-depth interviews and observations, to understand teachers' perspectives and experiences regarding organizational psychology-based competency development in improving performance in early childhood education (PAUD). The results indicate that a conducive work environment that pays attention to organizational psychology provides a strong foundation for teacher competency development, thereby improving performance, loyalty, and optimizing all aspects of teacher competency.

Abstract

This study analyzes Amin Abdullah's paradigm of integration-interconnection of Islamic knowledge as a post-reformation Islamic reform that bridges the dichotomy of religious knowledge and science through a holistic and contextual approach. The study uses qualitative methods with a philosophical-hermeneutic approach through analysis of texts, academic documents, and interviews with academics to examine its implementation in educational practice. The results show that this paradigm is not only theoretical, but has been manifested in the curriculum, academic culture, and development direction of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Philosophically and epistemologically, this paradigm transforms Islamic education to be more inclusive, dialogical, and applicable by combining Islamic values, scientific rationality, and empirical experience, and viewing Islamic education as an open system that is responsive to social realities and the development of modern science. The study concludes that the integrative-interconnective paradigm is an important foundation for Islamic educational philosophy that is relevant to global challenges and in harmony with various schools of educational philosophy in shaping the whole person.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership of school principals in managing education at SDN 007 Pulau Lawas. School leadership plays a strategic role in determining the success of educational management, particularly in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating school programs. This study employed a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the principal has implemented leadership functions in school management; however, several aspects still require improvement, particularly teacher involvement in planning, sustainable academic supervision, and the utilization of evaluation results for decision-making. Strengthening participatory and effective leadership is expected to enhance the quality of educational management in elementary schools.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that views companies not merely as profit-seeking business players, but also as legal entities with social responsibilities and a strong commitment to the environment. This research aims to find ways to implement CSR, define the various social responsibilities that companies must undertake, and discuss the legal regulations in Indonesia that govern CSR. The method used is normative legal research, which involves analyzing existing regulations and employing a conceptual approach. The results show that CSR implementation in companies occurs through three interrelated main stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. All stages are directly integrated into company policy. Furthermore, this form of corporate social responsibility encompasses three main aspects: social, economic, and environmental. The provisions regarding these three aspects are clearly explained in various laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan pondok pesantren modern yang beroperasi dalam struktur yayasan pesantren tradisional. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur terhadap tiga informan kunci (kyai yayasan sebagai atasan, guru sebagai bawahan, dan kepala MTs tradisional sebagai rekan sejajar), kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ustadz H mempraktikkan keteladanan ganda spiritual–profesional (idealized influence), mengartikulasikan visi bermakna religius melalui reframing dan komunikasi simbolis (inspirational motivation), mendorong inovasi berbasis rasionalitas efisiensi serta menciptakan iklim aman untuk eksperimen dan advokasi ide baru (intellectual stimulation), serta mengembangkan SDM melalui pendekatan Murabbi, mentoring, dan penempatan tugas berbasis kekuatan individu (individualized consideration). Temuan utama mengidentifikasi translation work sebagai mekanisme kunci efektivitas kepemimpinan, yaitu kemampuan menerjemahkan praktik manajerial modern ke dalam bahasa nilai tradisional sehingga perubahan dipahami sebagai sarana memperkuat tujuan spiritual dan menjaga legitimasi di hadapan struktur organisasi yang konservatif.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital melalui implementasi Augmented Reality (AR) berbasis Assemblr Edu. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menghadirkan media pembelajaran interaktif abad ke-21. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan pembuatan media, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru mengenai konsep AR dan kemampuan teknis dalam memproduksi media pembelajaran mandiri, seperti visualisasi objek IPA dan Matematika. Respon guru sangat positif karena aplikasi ini dinilai mudah digunakan (user-friendly) dan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap materi yang bersifat abstrak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini melalui kegiatan mengolah botol bekas menjadi tempat pensil. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus yang terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah anak-anak kelompok A dan B di TK Darul Azizi, yang berusia 4–6 tahun. Kreativitas anak diukur melalui tiga indikator utama: orisinalitas, kelancaran ide, dan kemampuan eksplorasi bahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas secara signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Persentase orisinalitas meningkat dari 40% menjadi 75%, kelancaran ide dari 50% menjadi 80%, dan kemampuan eksplorasi bahan dari 45% menjadi 83%. Peningkatan ini terjadi setelah guru mengubah pendekatan dari yang instruktif menjadi fasilitatif, memberi ruang kepada anak untuk berekspresi dan bereksperimen secara mandiri. Penelitian ini memperkuat teori bahwa kreativitas anak dapat tumbuh dalam lingkungan belajar yang memberi kebebasan, stimulasi, dan dukungan emosional. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menanamkan nilai pendidikan lingkungan dengan memperkenalkan konsep daur ulang secara praktis dan menyenangkan. Implikasi dari hasil ini mendorong guru PAUD untuk memanfaatkan bahan bekas sebagai media pembelajaran yang kreatif, murah, dan ramah lingkungan, serta mengembangkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada karakter dan keberlanjutan.
