The background to this research is that although most students have followed the learning process, many are still unable to read the yellow book well. This indicates a gap between the methods used and the expected results, especially in mastering the skill of reading yellow books. The research problem is summarized in (1) What are the steps of teaching the book at the “Salafiyyah Hamidiyyah” Institute in Bolorejo-Dewek-Jombang? (2) How to improve reading skills at the “Salafiyyah Hamidiyyah” Institute in Bolorejo-Dewek-Jombang? The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the steps of teaching the book at the “Salafiyyah Hamidiyyah” Institute in Bolorejo-Dewek-Jombang, and (2) To know the improvement of reading skill in the "Salafiya Hamidiyya" Institute, Bolorijo-Dewik-Jombang. The research method used is the qualitative method of descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation.The research sample consisted of textbook teachers and first and second grade students. The research results showed that the process of learning the books takes place in stages, starting with introducing the letters of Hajj and dictation exercises, then introducing the basics of grammar and morphology through the “Yasarna” method, then moving on to learning the basic books such as Aqeedah al-Awam.The Ship of Success and the Forty Nuclear Hadiths. In the process of improving the ability to read books, two main methods are used: bandungan (reading and explanation by the teacher) and sorogan (direct reading by students in front of the teacher). In addition to the technical aspects, spiritual methods are also used.Such as reciting Surat Al-Fatihah and praying to the author of the book before beginning to study. Reading ability is assessed through three main aspects: reading fluency, the ability to analyze word forms (shaqawa), and understanding sentence structure (sentence).This teaching strategy has been proven to significantly improve students' reading skills, while promoting spiritual and moral values in the learning process

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana strategi platform digital untuk mengoptimalisasikan interaksi tatap muka dan daring dalam pembelajaran blended learning. Pembelajaran blended learning semakin populer karena kemampuannya menggabungkan interaksi tatap muka dan daring secara sinergis. Namun, tantangan utama terletak pada bagaimana memanfaatkan platform digital agar interaksi di kedua ranah tersebut tetap optimal. Artikel ini bertujuan menggali strategi pemanfaatan platform digital untuk mengoptimasi interaksi tatap muka dan daring melalui studi pustaka (library research). Teori Community of Inquiry (CoI) menjadi landasan analisis interaksi sosial, kognitif, dan pengajaran dalam lingkungan hibrida. Kajian metodologis dari Bliuc, Goodyear, dan Ellis (2007) menegaskan pentingnya desain penelitian yang memadukan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memahami pengalaman belajar blended learning. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa platform seperti Google Classroom dan Moodle, bila didukung fitur diskusi real‑time dan analitik aktivitas, dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan sosial dan refleksi kritis siswa. Selain itu, penerapan model flipped classroom pada platform digital mendorong kemandirian dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Maka dari itu, strategi yang efektif meliputi pemilihan platform dengan fitur komunikatif, penyusunan aktivitas kolaboratif daring, serta penggunaan data analitik untuk memandu intervensi pengajaran.

Sungai Ciliwung merupakan salah satu sungai utama yang melintas di wilayah Bogor, Depok dan Jakarta namun kini Sungai Ciliwung mengalami tekanan ekologis akibat pencemaran dan pembangunan di sekitarnya. Artikel ini membahas peran Saringan Sampah TB. Simatupang (SSTBS) sebagai benteng ekologis dalam menjaga kelestarian sungai. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data diperoleh dari observasi lapangan, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pengawas teknik, pengawas lapangan dan warga sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SSTBS berkontribusi signifikan dalam mengendalikan aliran sampah sungai ciliwung, dengan menangani sampah sebanyak 200-300 ton per minggu. Selain itu, pengelolaan yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat mencerminkan penerapan prinsip etika lingkungan, keberadaan SSTBS juga mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan aspek ekologis, sosial, dan ekonomi. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan, SSTBS menunjukkan potensi sebagai model pengelolaan lingkungan urban yang etis dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengelolaan sampah di kawasan sungai lainnya.

The influence of organizational culture on employee well-being in the workplace is the subject of this study. It is thought that the physical, mental and emotional well-being of employees is greatly influenced by organizational culture, which consists of the values, norms, beliefs and practices embraced by a company. A descriptive study was used as the research method. To improve retention and productivity, this study shows how important it is to build a corporate culture that supports employee wellness. This study emphasizes how important organizational culture is as an important factor that determines employee performance and contributes to previous research on human resource management.

This study explores the experiences of social studies students in using digital libraries, focusing on accessibility, user satisfaction, content relevance, and technical challenges. Through a mixed-method approach involving questionnaires, interviews, and observations with 50 participants, the research reveals that digital libraries significantly enhance students' academic engagement, information literacy, and research productivity. Most students reported positive experiences in terms of access and interface usability, especially in using Perpusnas (Indonesia’s National Digital Library). However, persistent challenges such as limited full-text availability, slow internet speeds, and the need for improved user guidance continue to hinder optimal usage. The study concludes that addressing technical issues and curating discipline-specific content are vital for improving the efficiency and inclusivity of digital libraries. These findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on digital transformation in education, emphasizing the need for strategic development in digital library services tailored to specific academic fields.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management (HRM) strategies in improving service quality at Politeknik Piksi Input Serang. In the context of vocational higher education institutions, excellent service is a key indicator of institutional performance, particularly in client-facing services such as academic publishing. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that HRM strategies are implemented through a combination of on-the-job training (such as job rotation, internal coaching, mentoring, and seminars) and off-the-job training (including case studies, external training, and formal education advancement). These strategies significantly contribute to enhancing employees’ competencies, professionalism, and service delivery. Furthermore, the study reveals that structured and continuous HR development programs improve client satisfaction, reduce complaints, and strengthen the institution's public image as a responsive and competent vocational institution. Therefore, effective HRM strategies serve as a vital foundation for building service excellence in higher education institutions.

English extracurricular activities are one of the school's strategies to improve students' English language skills, especially at the elementary level. This study aims to determine the effect of English extracurricular activities on students' English proficiency improvement. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of all students at SD Cinta Budaya Medan who participated in the English extracurricular program. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 30 active participants. Data were collected through English language proficiency tests administered before and after the extracurricular program and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The findings show a significant improvement in students’ English skills after participating in the program. This study presents a novelty by highlighting the effectiveness of extracurricular activities as a non-formal educational intervention that positively impacts language acquisition. The implication encourages schools to maximize extracurricular programs as an integral part of the learning process outside formal instructional hours.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis UMKM Ieumahfood yang bergerak di sektor kuliner dengan fokus pada aspek pasar, pemasaran, serta manajemen dan sumber daya manusia sebagai dasar pertimbangan pembukaan cabang baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ieumahfood memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang melalui inovasi produk seperti lebih dari 16 varian cireng isi, strategi harga yang kompetitif, promosi digital aktif melalui media sosial dan influencer, serta penempatan outlet di lokasi strategis yang dekat dengan pusat aktivitas masyarakat. Selain itu, Ieumahfood memiliki struktur organisasi sederhana namun efektif, sistem kerja yang terjadwal dan terintegrasi, serta pembagian tugas yang jelas pada lebih dari 50 tenaga kerja, yang menunjukkan kesiapan manajerial dalam mendukung ekspansi usaha. Penerapan segmentasi pasar secara geografis, demografis, psikografis, dan perilaku juga memperkuat daya saing usaha di tengah pasar monopolistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ieumahfood merupakan usaha yang layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui pembukaan cabang baru dalam rangka menjawab permintaan pasar dan memperkuat posisi merek di tengah persaingan kuliner yang semakin kompetitif.

The purpose of this research is to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of implementing the Inquiry-based learning model in Science Education (IPA) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4, Klaten Regency and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are the teachers. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The steps of the Inquiry model include orientation, formulating the problem, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses, and formulating conclusions; 2) The advantages of the Inquiry model include being a learning model that emphasizes the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in a balanced way, making learning through this model considered more meaningful. The Inquiry model provides space for students to learn according to their learning styles, and it is considered suitable for modern learning psychology, which views learning as a process of behavioral change through experience. This learning model can cater to students with above-average abilities; 3) The disadvantages of the Inquiry model include difficulty in controlling students' activities and success, challenges in planning lessons due to students' learning habits, requiring a long period of time, which makes it difficult for teachers to align it with the predetermined schedule, and the success of learning is determined by students' ability to master the subject matter. The conclusion of this study is that the Inquiry model can be applied in the learning process as an effort to enhance student understanding during the learning process at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah or Junior High School level."

Learning outcomes play an important role in the learning process. They serve as a measure of the level of success a student can achieve. One of the learning models used to improve learning outcomes is the DBL (Discussion Based Learning) model. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of implementing the DBL (Discussion Based Learning) model in Islamic Religious Education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 11 Boyolali. This study employed a qualitative approach. The research subjects were teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 11 Boyolali. The informants were Islamic Religious Education teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study are as follows:1) The steps of the DBL model include: the teacher communicates the learning objectives, directs the focus of the discussion by explaining the basic rules, monitors the discussion, concludes the discussion, and asks students to reflect on both the discussion process and their thinking;2) The advantages of the DBL model include: engaging all students directly in the learning process, assessing their level of knowledge and mastery of the subject matter, and fostering scientific thinking and attitudes; 3) The drawback of the DBL model is that discussions are often dominated by a few students who possess strong speaking skills.
