Abstract

Implementasi  nilai kearifan lokal  melalui cerita  rakyat telah banyak dilakukan, seperti identifikasi dan dokumentasi, ataupun penelitian sastra murni. Upaya tersebut hanya sampai  pada tahap bidang keilmuan sastra, pendidikan bahasa dan sastra ataupun  kajian histori.  Padahal, era saat ini agar cerita rakyat tetap eksis harus bertransformasi  ke arah  digital. Untuk dapat bertransformasi  dengan baik,  cerita  rakyat Pulo Kemaro perlu dibuat dalam bentuk komik digital. Dengan pemanfaatan IPTEK saat ini, cerita rakyat Pulo Kemaro dapat diadaptasikan ke dalam komik digital sehingga dapat lebih mudah diakses, biaya lebih terjangkau, dan wawasan yang berkembang lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data melalui nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan pendekatan perancangan komik digital. Dasar perancangan mengacu pada data berupa desain karakter tokoh  dan unsur storytelling melalui komik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama,  nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terdapat pada karakter dalam cerita rakyat Pulo Kemaro  ialah nilai sosial, nilai estetika,  nilai ekonomi, nilai budaya, dan  nilai politik. Komik Pulo Kemaro mengedepankan nilai sosial dan politik dalam penceritaan. Kedua, perancangan komik digital dapat meningkatkan pendekatan aspek storytelling dalam pembuatan naskah komik yang dapat menghadirkan pesan-pesan yang terkandung dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Ketiga, komik ini dikembangkan dalam perancangan di media digital instagram dan youtube sehingga dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda.

Abstract

Literature, encompassing poetry, prose, and drama, nurtures literary literacy, fostering the understanding and analysis of cultural emotions and thoughts. Language and literature are closely tied to instilling local wisdom, requiring an exploration of Indonesia's national history and dynamics. In the digital era, adeptly packaging local wisdom values globally is imperative for preserving cultural diversity. Integrating local wisdom into education facilitates students' comprehension of their cultural identity, encouraging appreciation for diversity and broadening their global awareness.Writing proficiency involves organizing ideas, developing effective arguments, and composing coherent texts, essential for effective communication in education and various professions. Research focuses on examining how incorporating local wisdom in literature education enhances students' literary literacy and writing prowess. Despite being undervalued in higher education, literature holds significant cultural heritage. The study underscores the impact of integrating local wisdom in literature teaching, fostering students' engagement and inspiring their own literary creations. It emphasizes the pivotal role of local culture in enriching higher education curricula and equipping students with pertinent skills for the future.

Abstract

This research aims to describe 1) the aesthetic structural patterns found in the wangsalan; 2) describe the meaning contained in the wangsalan; 3) describe the noble values contained in the wangsalan. Qualitative descriptive is the method of choice for expressing this meaning. The data required is in the form of speech that appears in wangsalan forms with data sources from texts in books, articles and sources (teachers, lecturers and Javanese culture activists). This data was collected by literature study and interviews. The data validity carried out was triangulation of sources and methods. The data was analyzed using content analysis techniques and applying semiotic structural theory. The end of this research resulted in several things. First, the wangsalan structure pattern that appears in daily Javanese conversations is the DM (Described Explained) pattern; second, the results of the semiotic analysis of the meaning of wangsalan are very closely related to communication between speakers and speakers indirectly to avoid conflict; third, the noble values of Javanese society which are reflected in the wangsalan are a reflection of Javanese society in everyday life, prioritizing balance and harmony in social life, being polite and humble in speaking, avoiding the use of words that are seen as harsh in order to hurt feelings, and prioritize harmony in life.

Abstract

This research will analyze the cultural values and local wisdom of the Minang ethnic group contained in the short story "Tsunami" by Ismalinar. This research uses an interpretive qualitative descriptive method with a literary anthropology approach. The focus of the analysis rests on local cultural values, both expressed and implied, by looking at the principle of benefit in the lives of Minang people and its impact as an enricher of national culture as a common property. The analysis data comes from literature studies, namely in the form of narrative text and dialogue between characters in the short story. The data analysis technique uses narrative analysis techniques. The findings from this research show that first, the language system in this short story contains several Minang vocabulary words that are synonymous with Indonesian; second, the knowledge system is knowledge of oneself, knowledge of people, knowledge of nature, and knowledge of God; third, the religious system is obedience in worship; fourth, the art system and livelihood system are not depicted in the short story; fifth, the technological system is the form of a gadang house; seventh, the social organization system is matrilineal and customary in consensus. All of this is certainly useful and can be a positive intake for students or the younger generation in strengthening the character of the nation's children.

Abstract

The objective is to: (1) describes the relevance of literature language to the nation's character, (2) describe the contribution of literature language in character education of the nation. The study used descriptive qualitative method with inductive logic. The object of this research is literature language as an alternative to character education in the nation. The research data in the form of soft data that is words, phrases, sentences, and discourse that contain elements of character education in Indonesian literature. Data collected with libraries technique, see and record. Data analysis was performed with contens methods of analysis and reading of the semiotic model which consists of reading heuristics and hermeneutics. The results of this study are: (1) literature with a variety of genre has a strong relevance to the human character, (2) works of literature language have an important contribution in the nation of character education. Literature can be used as an alternative in a nation of character education. Through the appreciation of literature, the reader will be able to find the moral values and ideas about human existence that are useful to enrich the human mind. Moral values, among others: the willingness to accept the guilty, the importance of the struggle of life, humanity and social sensitivity, moral in the art, the importance of morals in life, religion and religiosity, willingness to accept differences, and gender perspectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menakar pembelajaran sastra daerah di sekolah. Sampel diambil dari 1500 responden mahasiswa semester awal. Penetapan mahasiswa sebagai sampel guna mengetahui pengetahuan  sastra daerah mahasiswa sebagai luaran sekolah tingkat SMA se Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling, sejumlah 1215 mahasiswa yang memberi respon, dan sebanyak 25 responden guru. Uji validitas angket responden mahasiswa diperoleh r hitung r tabel (0,24) dan alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,93 0,75, sedangkan uji validitas angket guru menghasilkan r-hitung r-tabel (0,95) dan alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,74 0,65. Hasil pengumpulan data untuk responden mahasiswa menunjukkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang sastra daerah masih sangat rendah (≦21%), pernah mendapatkan materi tentang sastra daerah Bugis Makassar hanya (≤18%  dan yang mendapatkan sastra daerah melalui lingkungan keluarga dan sosial (≤25%), melalui media online (27%). Responden guru bahasa Indonesia yang menyampaikan materi tentang sastra daerah masih sangat kurang (≤32%). Pengetahuan guru tentang sastra daerah Bugis Makassar masih sangat rendah (≤33%). Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan tentang pengajaran sastra daerah belum terlaksana dengan baik terbukti dari pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang sastra daerah masih sangat kurang yang berkorelasi dengan pengetahuan guru tentang sastra daerah juga yang masih sangat kurang. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa realitas pengetahuan sastra daerah Bugis Makassar bagi responden wanita lebih tinggi daripada responden laki-laki, pada umumnya responden wanita lebih tinggi pemerolehan sastra daerah melalui media online.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) describe discourse as a form of Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk (RDP) stylistics and (2) reveal the function and purpose of using discourse style as an author's expression in expressing ideas about the local wisdom of Java, Banyumas. The research method is descriptive qualitative which prioritizes nuanced interpretations. The data is in the form of words, sentences and discourse in the RDP novel which contains local Javanese wisdom. The data source is the RDP novel. Data collection was carried out by literature study. Data analysis was carried out by applying the Semiotic model reading method, namely heuristics and hermeneutics and the inductive thinking method. The results of the RDP stylistic study show: (1) the discourse style in RDP is unique and distinctive, namely the code-switching discourse style in Javanese and at the same time proves Tohari's competence in empowering all language potential; (2) the code-switching discourse style in Javanese is used to display traditional Javanese mantras and songs (songs) that are rich in variations in order to expose the local wisdom of Java, Banyumas.

Abstract

Cerita rakyat merupakan salah satu bentuk kearifan lokal. Bentuk kearifan lokal ini perlu dijaga agar nilai-nilai yang terkadung di dalamnya dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam berkehidupan. Sumatera Selatan memiliki banyak cerita rakyat. Terdapat pesan moral dan nilai edukasi dalam cerita rakyat tersebut.  Nilai-nilai moral itu  diharapkan    dapat membentuk penanaman   karakter. Melalui cerita rakyat penanaman kakrakter seperti ketaqwaaan,  kedisiplinan, kepahlawanan, kegotongroyongan, kerelaaan berkorban, kepatuhan dapat ditumbuhkembangkan. Cerpen salah satu materi yang disukai siswa dapat dikembangkan menjadi alternatif pembelajaran penanaman  karakter. Apalagi  pembelajarannya  menggunakan media digital tentulah sangatlah menarik. Selain itu juga, pembelajaran dengan media digital diharapkan dapat  meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar. E-modul sebagai pembelajaran digital diharapkan menjadi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Dengan dikemas melalui pembelajaran e-modul  materi teks cerpen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan  menulis  siswa. Dengan pembelajaran e-modul  ternyata siswa dapat belajar mandiri, menyenangkan, waktu yang sering menjadi kendala dapat diatasiKata Kunci: kearifan lokal, pembelajaran karakter

Abstract

Perolehan  pendidikan yang layak sangat erat kaitannya dengan kegiatan pembelajaran. Tenaga pendidik inovatif dan kurikulum yang memadai menjadi penentu keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran. Kegiatan pembelajaran bertujuan meningkatkan cara berpikir peserta didik secara kritis  dan perubahahan perilaku ke arah yang lebih baik. Era Society 5.0 lebih berfokus pada upaya menempatkan manusia sebagai pusat inovasi (human centered) yang berbasis teknologi (technology based).  Jenjang capaian society 5.0 memerlukan terobosan-terobosan yang kreatif dan inovatif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Pemanfaatan teknologi yang semakin modern akan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang menghasilkan peserta didik yang cerdas untuk menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode study literature. Makalah ini disusun berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber seperti: buku,  jurnal, prosiding, dan laporan dalam bentuk digital, khususnya  yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran pada era society 5.0.   Era society 5.0 muncul sebagai pengembangan dari revolusi industri 4.0 yang dinilai berpotensi mendegradasi peranan manusia dalam proses pembelajaran termasuk pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. Untuk menghadapi kondisi kehidupan masyarakat pada era Society 5.0, peserta didik tidak cukup dibekali dengan kemampuan membaca, menulis dan berhitung atau Tree R (reading, writing, arithmetic), tetapi juga perlu dibekali kompetensi masyarakat global yang menitikberatkan pada kemampuan berkomunikasi, berpikir kritis, berkepribadian yang baik, mandiri, dan bertanggung jawab. Secara krusial seluruh perangkat pembelajaran terdokumentasi pula secara  digital.

Abstract

This article describes the major power persuation in the wayang puppet show showed by dalang 'puppeteer'. It also shows the dalang's attitude in his janturan 'adoring song'. The janturan contains persuasive naration for the audience to be obidient toward the rule of the nation. And this requires creativity of the dalang. The theory that underlies this article is that persuasion is an invitation to someone with soft and convincing reason. The result od the discussion explains that wayang puppet show in general has two parts, they are talu 'the beginning part' and jejer 'the real show begins'. The talu is usually interesting. The music for talu is called ayak-ayak and sampak. Soon talu is followed by the first jejer. This is the sacral trilogy. At the beginning of the show, dalang performs the janturan to adore and praise the country. In this part the dalang persuades the audience to obey the rule. The persuasion in the first part is good time because the audience is still in fresh and sacral condition.
