Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the learning process at Taman Siswa Junior High School has not yet utilized technology-based media in teaching. The findings from observations reveal that the learning media currently used do not meet the needs of Generation Z. The purpose of this research is to produce instructional video media to facilitate the learning process of seventh-grade students at Taman Siswa Junior High School on Procedure Texts. This type of research is development research or research and development (R&D) using the Sadiman development model. The researcher chose the Sadiman model because it is designed to develop learning media in the form of audio, video, and film. The steps taken include (1) Needs analysis, (2) Formulating objectives, (3) Formulating materials, (4) Developing measurement tools, (5) Scriptwriting, (6) Media production, (7) Validation, (8) Revision, and (9) Final product. Abstract

Abstract The challenge of mastering technology in the learning process in the era of Society 5.0 has implications for efforts to increase teacher capacity to provide active and innovative learning. The principal as a supervisor is needed to provide direction and motivation for teachers. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing collaborative educational supervision in building teacher capacity in the era of society 5.0. Using a systematic literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection was carried out by searching for reference sources that were relevant to the discussion. Data analysis using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) model through a series of identification, screening, and obtaining appropriate data. The results of this research are: (1) an approach that can be used as an educational supervision activity is to use lesson study, MGMP, and school communities in coaching efforts for teachers to improve the learning process actively and innovatively, (2) it is important for teachers to increasing Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) competence, (3) there are six strategic plans for increasing teacher pedagogical competence: optimizing leader performance, optimizing collaboration between teachers, a collaboration between teachers and students, optimizing external support, optimizing teacher pedagogical development, and increasing teacher collaboration, students, and parents Abstrak Tantangan penguasaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran di era society 5.0 berimplikasi pada upaya peningkatan kapasitas guru untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang aktif dan inovatif. Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dibutuhkan untuk memberikan arahan dan motivasi bagi para guru. Penelitian dilakukan dengan maksud untuk menganalisis supervisi edukatif secara kolaboratif dalam membangun kapasitas guru di era society 5.0. Menggunakan jenis kajian literatur sistematis (systematic literature review) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pencarian sumber-sumber referensi yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan model Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) melalui serangkaian identifikasi, screening dan mendapatkan data yang sesuai. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) pendekatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai kegiatan supervisi edukatif adalah dengan menggunakan Lesson Study, MGMP maupun komunitas sekolah dalam upaya pembinaan bagi para guru untuk aktif meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dengan aktif dan inovatif, (2) penting bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), (3) terdapat enam rencana strategis peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru: mengoptimalkan kinerja pemimpin, mengoptimalkan kolaborasi antar guru, kolaborasi antara guru dan siswa, mengoptimalkan dukungan eksternal, mengoptimalkan pengembangan pedagogi guru, dan meningkatkan kolaborasi guru, siswa, dan orang tua.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore students' experiences of using career trees to choose a school. This research is qualitative research with a case study research type. Data sources in this study include primary data obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, as well as secondary data taken from relevant documents or literature. The population in this study were all grade 8 students totaling around 225 people. The technique used was a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of three grade 8 students who actively participated in making career trees and one counseling teacher. Data collection methods applied in this study include interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data obtained from interviews and observations were organized into main themes that emerged using thematic analysis. The type of triangulation used was method triangulation. The results showed that there were significant changes in the exploration of students' experiences of using career trees to choose schools after graduating from junior high school. Students were able to increase students' understanding of career choices, the impact of using career trees, and the challenges faced when working on career trees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the empowerment process in the learning activities of the entrepreneurial student program (PMW). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. The research location is State University of Malang. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the empowerment process of the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) at the State University of Malang was carried out through two learning activities, namely non-formal and infomal learning. Non-formal learning activities involve program facilitators and the entire group of program participants through four activities, namely Business Fund Assistance activities, namely funding for business development and business management coaching, Entrepreneurship Workshops containing activities with discussion learning models and entrepreneurship training, Business Internships involving program alumni as partners as apprenticeship locations, and Industrial Study activities, namely observation learning models to program partner companies. While informal learning involves between supervisors and groups of program participants. for the manager of the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) should be more massive in socialization in order to increase student participation in the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW). Abstract

Abstract Education plays a vital role in preparing high-quality human resources (HR) to build a nation and a country. Teachers hold a central role in the educational process, as they interact directly with students in daily learning activities at school. The success of education in madrasahs largely depends on the ability of the madrasah principal to lead and manage available resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of madrasah principal leadership on teacher performance at MTs YAPSI Sumber Jaya, West Lampung Regency. The background of the study shows that although the principal has performed well and met competency standards, there are still weaknesses in influencing teacher discipline, such as tardiness and leaving earlier than scheduled. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires from the entire population of teachers at the madrasah, totaling 20 individuals. Statistical analysis was conducted to test the hypothesis regarding the impact of madrasah principal leadership on teacher performance. The results show that the leadership of the madrasah principal significantly affects teacher performance, with a t-value of 3.212 and a t-table value of 2.086, meaning Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.364 indicates that 36.4% of teacher performance is influenced by the leadership of the madrasah principal, while the remaining 63.6% is affected by other factors. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the madrasah principal's leadership plays an important role in improving teacher performance, although other factors also contribute to overall teacher performance.

Abstract

The aims of research are: (1) knowing teacher self-efficacy; (2) knowing teacher creativity; (3) knowing the application of teacher learning innovations; (4) knowing the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and the application of teacher learning innovations; (5) knowing the relationship between creativity and the application of teacher learning innovations; (6) knowing the relationship between self-effiacy and creativity with the application of teacher learning innovations in public high schools in Malang City. The research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. Sampling technique using propotional random sampling technique was used for each school with a total sample size of 167 certified teachers (Civil Servants). The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 20. The results of the study are (1) the self-efficacy variable is in the very high category; (2) the creativity variable is in the high category; (3) the variable application of teacher learning innovation is in the high category; (4) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the application of teacher learning innovation; (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and the application of teacher learning innovation; and (6) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and creativity with the application of teacher learning innovation in public high schools in Malang City. Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of an entrepreneurship-based vocational skills model through the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project activities with the theme of entrepreneurship. The research method used is qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research subjects were 6 interviewees which include the school principal, deputy principal for curriculum, teachers of class IV, VII, and VIII. Data source include primary data with data collection include observation, interviews and documentation. Data then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the research showed that the implementation of entrepreneurship- based vocational learning through P5 activities in classes IV, VII, and VIII of SLB ABD Negeri Kedungkandang is carried out in accordance with the context to increase independence and foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students. Besides, students also have a high enthusiasm in its implementation. The implementation of P5 can increase the entrepreneurial spirit and cooperation between students with special needs.

Abstract

Indonesian education by implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is an important step in education reform. The Merdeka Curriculum aims to provide freedom in the learning and teaching process and prioritize the development of students' individual characters, skills and interests. School administrators are not only in charge of administrative aspects but also play a role as the main driver in fostering a conducive learning atmosphere. They play an important role in bridging curriculum policies and practices in the field, assisting teachers, students and parents in implementing Merdeka Curriculum principles. In implementing Merdeka Curriculum, school administrators function as facilitators who create a positive learning environment and support student development. Therefore, it is important to raise awareness about their roles and responsibilities in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Another challenge faced by administrative personnel is the lack of training and resources to carry out their duties effectively.

Abstract

The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance can be seen from the communication skills and teamwork skills of students after carrying out the activity. The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so students' communication skills improve and the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so teamwork skills increase. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance; (2) describe the quality of communication skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (3) describe the quality of teamwork skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (4) determine the influence of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student communication skills; (5) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student teamwork skills; (6) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on students' communication skills and teamwork skills. This research uses quantitative methods which are analyzed using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and MANOVA test. The results of this research are (1) the quality of implementation of the Teaching Assistance Program for State University of Malang students is classified as high; (2)the quality of communication skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (3) the quality of teamwork skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (4) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (5) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (6) there is an influence of the Teaching Assistance program on the communication skills and teamwork skills of State University of Malang students. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of habituation activities for polite speaking at SD Negeri 4 Balesari. Good manners of speaking is one form of habit that is planned by the school to address the character values of students in interacting with others. Good manners are implemented to instill good manners in a sustainable and continuous manner. Learners often speak harshly and disrespectfully while in the school environment. Students are indifferent to appeals or orders given by the teacher. Therefore, the school launched an active habituation program for polite speaking with the aim of improving the character of students in communication. The research method used is qualitative research method. Researchers observed the phenomena that occurred in the school environment through observation activities. Researchers conducted interviews and documentation activities to explore the implementation of good manners of speaking. The result of the research is that polite speaking has an impact on the character education of students. Learners have the habit of speaking politely with others. Keywords: implementation; good manners; character education Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kegiatan pembiasaan giat santun berbicara di SD Negeri 4 Balesari. Giat santun berbicara merupakan salah satu bentuk kebiasaan yang dicanangkan sekolah untuk menyikapi nilai karakter peserta didik dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Giat santun berbicara dilaksanakan untuk menanamkan sikap sopan santun secara berkesinambungan dan kontinu. Peserta didik sering berbicara kasar dan tidak sopan saat berada di lingkungan sekolah. Peserta didik bersikap acuh terhadap himbauan atau perintah yang diberikan oleh guru. Oleh sebab itu, sekolah mencanangkan program pembiasaan giat santun berbicara dengan tujuan memperbaiki karakter peserta didik dalam berkomunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti mengamati fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah melalui kegiatan observasi. Peneliti melaksanakan kegiatan wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mendalami pelaksanaan giat santun berbicara. Hasil penelitian yaitu giat santun berbicara berdampak pada pendidikan karakter peserta didik. Peserta didik memiliki pembiasaan berbicara dengan santun dengan orang lain.
