Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using QR Code on mathematics Student Worksheet (LKS) on students' learning comprehension at SDN Serang 3. The research used quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design involving 42 fourth grade students. The research instruments included math concept understanding tests, student response questionnaires, and learning observation sheets. The results showed that the use of QR codes in math worksheets had a significant positive impact with a large effect size value (partial η² = 0.43) and a substantial N-gain difference between the experimental group (0.55) and the control group (0.22). The experimental group showed a higher level of engagement (78%) than the control group (53%) with a 35% increase in task time. The biggest improvement was seen in the ability to give examples and non-examples and apply concepts in problem solving. As many as 92% of students stated that math learning became more interesting and 87% reported better understanding of concepts with QR Codes. This study concludes that the integration of QR codes in mathematics worksheets is an effective strategy to improve elementary school students' understanding of mathematical concepts, with a note that infrastructure support and digital literacy need to be prepared for optimal implementation

Abstract

This study analyzes the types of learning diffcultes experienced by students in learning Natural and social scieces (IPAS) in elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach at SDN Ciwedus 1. The results of the study indicate that students' learning difficulties are divided into three main categories: (1) cognitive learning difficulties, experienced by 50% of students and characterized by difficulty understanding the concept of IPAS, (2) difficulties in adjusting social behavior, which include difficulties in social interaction and emotional management, and (3) writing difficulties, which include obstacles in writing neatly and understanding writing rules. This study provides insight for educators in designing more effective learning strategies to overcome students' learning obstacles

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG) in supporting human resource management at the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Serang City. The study aims to evaluate the extent to which SIMPEG enhances efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing civil servant data. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that SIMPEG supports key functions such as personnel data management, online leave administration, performance evaluation, and career development. However, challenges such as limited user skills, infrastructure limitations, and lack of system integration still exist. To address these, the study recommends conducting regular user training, improving network infrastructure, and integrating SIMPEG with other administrative systems. These efforts are expected to maximize SIMPEG's potential in promoting good governance in public personnel administration

Abstract

he role of schools in forming religious character can make us aware of how important character is for students, especially religious character, so that students can understand and know what is good and bad and can be responsible and disciplined, especially for the young generation of the Indonesian nation. School will be the most basic knowledge for children, therefore habituation is carried out to shape children's character, especially at school. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of the school's role in pre-learning habituation on the formation of students' religious character and discipline. The research method uses a qualitative case study. The research subjects were 2 class teachers and 4 students in grades 2 & 5. Through purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses 4 stages of data collection according to Miles & Huberman's theory. According to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that habituation before learning begins greatly influences the religious character of students from grade one to grade six, so schools must also continue to play an active role in encouraging this habituation so that children's character becomes stronger so that it does not just disappear.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to improve students' mathematical communication skills in the Jigsaw model assisted by the traditional Engklek game. This study uses a quantitative research type. The sample population was conducted at SDN Cibeber, Cilegon City with a sample of class V. This study uses Side Random. The instrument used was a test question with a total of 5 questions about mathematical communication questions. Data analysis used Validity Test, Prerequisite Test and Hypothesis Analysis Test. The results of the study showed that there was a difference between the control and experimental classes in the research process, namely the experimental class was superior to the control class because it used the Jigsaw model assisted by the Traditional Engklek game media

Abstract

This study aims to develop a cloud-based database management system to enhance the efficiency of managing the Electrical Engineering Vocational Laboratory. The system was designed based on observations of conventional, non-digitalized methods, complemented by literature reviews and direct interviews. Performance testing using Google PageSpeed Insight showed highly optimal results, with perfect performance scores of 100 on desktop and 95 on mobile. The system architecture follows a modular design using the MVC (Model-View-Controller) approach, ensuring efficient development and maintenance. website visit statistics in April 2025 reflected active system usage during academic periods, with resource efficiency during idle times. The results demonstrate that this cloud-based system provides high flexibility, speed, and scalability, making it an ideal solution for supporting vocational education digitalization in the industry 4.0 era

Abstract

Keterampilan menyimak menjadi pondasi kuat bagi keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa. Tanpa memiliki keterampilan menyimak yang memadai, mahasiswa akan mengalami kesulitan mengikuti ritme perkuliahan sehingga menghambat pencapaian akademiknya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskripti dengan metode studi kasus. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 79 mahasiswa S1 PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu kuisioner dan wawancara. Uji keabsahan data yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Adapun, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis interaktif Milles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian pada aspek keterlibatan menunjukkan bahwa hanya 8,9% mahasiswa yang sangat setuju dan 17,7% setuju bahwa mereka lebih suka mendengarkan penjelasan dosen tanpa bertanya. Aspek pencatatan dalam keterampilan menyimak mahasiswa masih tergolong rendah, yakni 43% sangat setuju dan 34,2% setuju bahwa mahasiswa jarang mencatat hal-hal penting saat penjelasan materi perkuliahan dari dosen. Oleh karena itu, dosen ataupun pendidik dapat mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya mendorong mahasiswa aktif bertanya, tetapi juga dapat mendorong mereka untuk mencatat karena hal ini sangat berdampak pada efektivitas keterampilan menyimak. Selain itu, diperlukan strategi yang mampu memenuhi kewajiban dengan peningkatan kenyamanan berpartisipasi secara aktif mahasiswa sehingga perkuliahan yang terjalin di kelas lebih efektif dan interaktif.

Abstract

Permasalahan rendahnya literasi lingkungan di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran digital berupa website bertema flora guna meningkatkan literasi lingkungan sejak dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuali yang dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Bendo, Kota Blitar. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, observasi, dan wawancara terhadap siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan memerlukan media yang interaktif, visual, serta kontekstual. Rata-rata kebutuhan terhadap media digital berbasis flora mencapai 80%–84,75%, sedangkan kesulitan belajar dengan metode konvensional masih tinggi. Website yang diusulkan, yaitu Flora Fakta, dirancang sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis QR Code yang menyajikan informasi flora lokal secara visual dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini memperkuat urgensi integrasi teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran lingkungan hidup di sekolah dasar sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis dan keterlibatan belajar siswa. Abstract The issue of low environmental literacy among elementary school students underlies this study. The main objective is to analyze students’ needs for the development of a digital learning medium in the form of a flora-themed website to enhance environmental literacy from an early age. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method conducted at SDN 1 Bendo, Blitar City. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, and interviews with students and teachers. The findings revealed that students have a high interest in technology-based learning and require interactive, visual, and contextual media. The average need for flora-based digital media ranged from 80% to 84.75%, while difficulties in understanding learning materials through conventional methods remained significant. The proposed website, Flora Fakta, is designed as an interactive learning medium integrated with QR codes that present localized flora information in a visual and contextual manner. This study underscores the urgency of integrating digital technology into environmental education at the elementary level as a strategic effort to enhance students' ecological awareness and learning enga flora, literasi, media digital, website edukatif. gement.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven transformation in the world of education, one of which is through the use of video conferencing applications in distance learning. Zoom meetings have become one of the platforms that is widely used during the pandemic until now. The results of observations made by researchers in class VII A at MTs Nurul Hikam show that there are situations that require teachers to use Zoom Meetings so that the learning process continues to run effectively, for example when teachers are attending assignments outside the city. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of using zoom meetings in the informatics learning process in class VII A MTs Nurul Hikam. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation of teachers and students who are actively involved. The research results show that zoom meetings facilitate quite effective learning interactions even though there are technical obstacles, such as unstable internet connections. The share screen, chat and video call features are considered capable of increasing student involvement in the learning process. Thus, zoom meetings can be an alternative solution in distance learning, especially when teachers cannot be present in person in class.

Abstract

Students' learning interest remains low due to the lack of instructional media that align with their characteristics. This study aims to develop a QR-Code-based card game learning media to foster students' learning interest. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. The participants were 32 eighth-grade students from a public junior high school in Malang. The media was validated by content and media experts, and tested through classroom implementation. Learning interest was measured using a questionnaire based on four indicators: interest, engagement, enjoyment, and attention. The instrument was validated through a validity test (r count > 0.349) and a reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha (α = 0.957), indicating that the questionnaire was both valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques. The results showed that the media was categorized as “Feasible” (74.73%) and students’ learning interest increased to the “High” category (78.57%). Therefore, the media is effective in enhancing students’ learning interest.
