Abstract

Partners in the PPM Partnership program is fish steamer and paste maker in West Lebak Village, Pamekasan Madura. In the process of steaming partner fish, firewood is still used as fuel. This causes air pollution in the surrounding environment; workers complain of heat and sore eyes. With these partner conditions, there is potential to develop an automatic fish steamer. Apart from that, the workers complained that the process of stirring the fish paste took a long time and had to be stirred constantly so that the fish paste didn't burn. The methods used in this program are appropriate technological innovation, training and coaching as well as monitoring and evaluating activities. Technological innovation was carried out through the creation of fish steamers and automatic fish paste makers using LPG gas. Training and guidance are carried out through activities on how to use and maintain fish steamers and automatic fish paste makers, how to prepare documents and register distribution permits. Partners prepare fish ingredients for the smoking process, provide a place for training and prepare training participants and demonstrations that will be carried out by the service team. The technological innovation of the automatic fish steamer produces a temperature of 90o with a time of 30 minutes to cook around 10 kg of fish. Meanwhile, the automatic fish paste maker produces a stable temperature of 70o with a paste cooking process for 3 hours

Abstract

Anthracnose and crown rot caused by Colletotrichum sp and Phytopthora sp fungi are one of the main problems in guava and pineapple cultivation. This research aims to determine the growth of Trichoderma isolates (T14 and T7834), the potential of the isolates as biocontrol agents and the activity of lipase and chitinase enzymes. Research data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. This study concluded that the growth graph of Trichoderma isolates began with an increase in mycelium dry weight on day 3, on day 12 the dry weight of mycelium increased rapidly, on day 21 the dry weight of mycelium was constant, on day 30 the dry weight of mycelium decreased. The results of the Trichoderma compatibility test were able to inhibit the growth of the fungus Phtyopthora sp. and Colletotrichum sp. so it is effective as a biocontrol agent to control the pathogenic fungus Phytoptora sp. and Colletotrichum sp. in vitro. However, Trichoderma T7834 is unable to inhibit the growth of the Colletotrichum fungus, so it is less effective as a biocontrol agent. The results of the enzyme activity test showed that Trichoderma was only able to produce the lipase enzyme, so the two isolates had the potential to be candidates for biocontrol fungi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of satisfaction in mediating the influence of experiential marketing and electronic word of mouth on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at the Jember Mini Zoo tourist attraction. This study uses explanatory research. The population in this study were visitors to the Jember Mini Zoo tourist attraction. The method used in this study was purposive sampling. The age of respondents in this study was at least 18 years old with the consideration that this age can make wise decisions. Respondents were visitors to the Jember Mini Zoo tourist attraction at least 2 times. The sample size in this study was 14 x 10 = 140 respondents. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Amos application. The results showed that Experiential marketing on satisfaction showed a significant positive effect. Electronic word of mouth on Satisfaction showed a significant positive effect. Experiential marketing on consumer loyalty showed a significant positive effect. Electronic word of mouth on consumer loyalty showed a significant positive effect. Consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty showed a significant positive effect. Experiential marketing on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction showed a significant positive effect. Electronic word of mouth on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction shows a significant positive influence.

Abstract

Pembebasan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Pedesaan dan Perkotaan merupakan bentuk penghargaan atas jasa-jasa perjuangan dan pengabdian yang telah diberikan kepada bangsa dan negara kepada Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Perguruan Tinggi, para veteran Republik Indonesia, penerima gelar pahlawan nasional, penerima tanda kehormatan, mantan Presiden dan Mantan Wakil Presiden, Mantan Gubernur dan mantan Wakil Gubernur, Purnawirawan TNI/ Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dan Pensiunan Pegawai Negeri Sipil, yang diatur pada Peraturan Gubernur No. 21 tahun 2021. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi kebijakan pembebasan PBB-P2, hambatan dan upaya dalam implementasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi berdasarkan teori Van Meter dan Van Horn. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan secara tatap muka, media online dan media cetak dengan kebijakan yang tepat sasaran. SDM di UPPPD Wilayah Setiabudi masih sangat minim secara kuantitas jika kualitas sudah sangat baik, serta terdapat beberapa Standart Operating Procedur (SOP) dalam melaksanakan pembebasan PBB-P2. Kendala yang ada adalah pada komunikasi terdapat hambatan yang dialami oleh UPPPD Wilayah Setiabudi yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi ke Wajib Pajak sehingga masih banyak Wajib Pajak yang belum mendapatkan pembebasan PBB-P2 padahal Wajib Pajak tersebut sudah memenuhi persyaratan. Upaya dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut mekanisme kebijakan pembebasan PBB-P2 yang dilakukan oleh seluruh jajaran UPPPD Wilayah Setiabudi sesuai dengan SOP (Standar Operating Procedure) yang ada.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the policy of using the SAKTI Application (Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi) at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Treasury in an effort to improve the quality of financial reports. Accurate and high-quality financial reports are an essential component in realizing accountability and transparency in state financial management. The Sakti Application is expected to help minimize errors and inconsistencies in financial reporting by providing an integrated system, data validation, audit trails, and process standardization. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting data through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, field observations, and documentation studies. The evaluation is carried out using criteria developed by William N. Dunn (2021:610), including effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and policy appropriateness. Based on the research results, it shows that the policy of using the Sakti Application has met the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and policy appropriateness and has made a positive contribution to improving the quality of financial reports, but there are still obstacles that need to be resolved. The proposed suggestions include improving IT infrastructure, providing complaint facilities, continuous training, and enhancing data security.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the contrast between verbs in terms of time in Arabic and Madurese which can cause misunderstandings and difficulties in learning Arabic. The aim of this research is to examine aspects of similarities and differences in the verb structure of the two languages by comparing Madurese and Arabic by focusing on verb forms in terms of time between the two languages. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, which is included in the type of library research ( literature) and the researcher also observes naturally from daily conversations used by Madurese speakers, where data collection is limited to verbs that indicate time information. The result of this finding is that there is a contrast between Arabic and Madurese, both of which have different verb systems. In Arabic, verbs already contain time information which must follow the very consistent rules of the science of nahwu and its shorf. Meanwhile, in Madurese there is no time in the verb system, but the language has its own way of indicating time information in certain events. Even though the two languages have different ways of indicating the time of events, they also have similarities and similarities in the division of time.

Abstract

Most of the plant-associated bacteria can synthesize active biological components of phytohormones such as auxin. This study aimed to examine the potency of 61 endophytic bacteria isolates from the mangroves at Kutang Beach, Lamongan in producing IAA hormone and to identify types of isolates effecting the concentration of IAA, morphological characteristics of isolates, as well as endophytic bacterial species that have the most potential to produce IAA hormone. Screening of endophytic bacteria isolates was performed using the colorimetric method and the production of IAA was carried out using the spectrophotometric method. IAA production by endophytic bacteria was analyzed descriptively and statistically. One-Way ANOVA was employed to determine the effect of the isolate type on the concentration of IAA. The most potential isolates to produce IAA hormone are identified by 16s rRNA gene marker. The screening results showed that 12 isolates of endophytic bacteria have the potential to produce IAA hormones (2.0-9.3 ppm), coded with LMG 7, 15, 31, 32, 43, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 62, and 63. The results of the One-Way ANOVA test suggested that the type of isolates did not affect the concentration of IAA produced by endophytic bacteria. The twelve isolates had different morphological characters and those were Gram-positive bacilli with cell sizes ranging from 1.5 µm - 3 µm. The highest concentration of IAA was produced by LMG 15 (9.3 ppm). LMG 15 was identified as Bacillus cereus strain LMG 15, having 99.33% similarity to Bacillus cereus strain IAM 12605.

Abstract

This research was carried out to see how food security policy is by looking at how much per capita consumption is carried out by lowland rice farmers within one year. With this, it can be known when rice farmers experience rice shortages and cannot afford to buy rice and how to overcome this food security policy problem. This study will collect quantitative and qualitative data relating to food production. Analysis of data utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods. Food Security policy Lines and Farmers' Fear Ratio: Quantitative and Qualitative Modeling Using this Food Security policy Line Model, rice farmer families' food security policy will be characterized as either robust or weak. Calculating the Farmer Fear Ratio in order to evaluate if farmers are pessimistic or optimistic about the fulfillment of rice consumption needs. This study found that the amount of rice consumption in village X for rice farmers reached 121 kg of rice per capita per year, while in village Y, it reached 185 kg per capita per year. In the meantime, when rice farmers face rice shortages and cannot afford to purchase rice in the market, they borrow rice from mills. In village X, the food security policy line is over 1, while in village Y it is below 1. This indicates that village X has a higher level of food security policy than village Y.

Abstract

Electric car batteries face two primary challenges: the substantial number of batteries used, leading to increased weight and costs, and the limited battery lifespan, which results in high maintenance expenses. To address these issues, a power supply with high voltage gain and optimal efficiency is essential. Currently, switching mode power supplies are preferred due to their superior efficiency over linear systems. Among these, DC-DC boost converters are key components. However, conventional boost converters face limitations such as restricted voltage gain and significant current ripple, which negatively affect battery performance and system efficiency. This study aims to design a hybrid control system for a four-phase interleaved boost converter, integrating Model Predictive Control (MPC) with Proportional-Integral (PI) control. The hybrid control system dynamically adjusts the PI controller's setpoint based on real-time input variations, enhancing the system’s responsiveness and stability under fluctuating load and voltage conditions. The experimental setup includes a four-phase interleaved boost converter with split inductance and capacitance bypass techniques to mitigate ripple effects. Our hypothesis posits that the hybrid PI-MPC control system will reduce current ripple and improve system performance in electric vehicle battery applications. Results show a significant reduction in input current ripple (0.0014%) and output current ripple (0.042%), indicating improved performance compared to conventional converters. Despite these improvements, the study acknowledges limitations related to the scalability of the proposed system and potential challenges in integrating this topology into larger systems. Further investigation is required to assess its long-term performance and economic feasibility in diverse EV applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi penyakit pada daun padi menggunakan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang di optimasi dengan algoritma Adam. Metode ini dikembangkan untuk memberikan solusi yang efisien dalam mendeteksi dan mengidentifikasi penyakit daun padi secara cepat dan akurat. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari gambar daun padi yang terinfeksi penyakit dengan 4 kelas penyakit yaitu Tungro,Blast,Bacterialblight dan Brownspot. Arsitektur CNN digunakan untuk mempelajari pola dari gambar daun padi, sedangkan algoritma Adam digunakan untuk mengopimalkan proses pembelajaran CNN, mempercepat konvergensi dan meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan algoritma Adam, model CNN berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 99,17% dalam mengklasifikasikan penyakit pada daun padi.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kombinasi CNN dengan algoritma Adam memberikan hasil yang sangat baik dalam mendeteksi dan mengklasifikasikan penyakit pada tanaman padi
