Abstract

Advances in internet technology have had a significant influence on the transformation of contact and communication methods in the field of corporate marketing. This transition occurs from traditional face-to-face communication to digital communication, where interactions are carried out via screens. The purpose of this research is to determine remarketing techniques as a medium for making advertising more effective so that it can increase sales volume of PT. Waysata Indonesia Bahagia. This research uses qualitative methods, using two data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews. Remarketing is the right digital marketing strategy to give customers the opportunity to revisit previously visited websites to continue making purchases. PT. Waysata's remarketing work process is only broadcasting using WhatsApp media, carrying out paid advertising promotions on social media, not yet Segmenting the target market, so that untargeted advertising targets are still found by people who are not the company's target market. In making changes in the application of remarketing techniques. PT. Waysata Indonesia Bahagia carries out an STP strategy which then determines the target market from segmentation and then the company determines techniques or strategies for implementing remarketing. By using advertising with soft selling to avoid saturation of the target customers targeted by the company.

Abstract

The leader is a figure who seeks to empower all the resources available at the institution. The research approach using literature review with data from scientific journal references is a method commonly used in scientific research. The results of this study As the manager of the institution, there are many mandates and duties that must be fulfilled, thus requiring the delegation of duties and authority to available human resources. As a religion that is syamil wal mutakammil, it provides guidance in carrying out the mandate and delegation to parties who are competent and have relevance to the assigned tasks. The results of this study indicate that the delegation of authority must fulfill the principle that authority is given to a figure who is able to carry it out, given clear instructions and the importance of evaluating the delegation process given.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the principal's strategy to improve the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 West Pemulutan. Research using qualitative methods. Research informants are principals, educators and education personnel. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of data using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability testing methods. The data analysis technique used is a Spradley model with stages of analysis of domain, taxonomy, componential and cultural themes. The results of the study stated that the principal's strategy is to improve the quality of education through fostering teacher discipline and education staff, providing motivation to teachers, rewarding teachers and education staff, seeking the availability of facilities and infrastructure as supporting facilities, MGMP, participating in teacher mobilization programs, participating in further studies, and the use of technology in learning. This strategy is very effectively used by SMA Negeri 1 West Pemulutan which can increase accreditation from C to B.

Abstract

Islamic banks are banks that operate on sharia principles or Islamic law, this principle has been applied since the time of Rasullah, khulafaur Rasyidan, caliphs to modern times. The main principles of Islamic banking include the prohibition of usury (interest), the prohibition of investing in businesses that are prohibited by Islam. This research method is designed with a qualitative approach because the results obtained are not in the form of numbers. The selection of a qualitative approach in this text was chosen because it is more in line with the scope of the discussion under study. The use of qualitative data is intended to ensure that the information obtained can be presented naturally and authentically. Desk research where the research is conducted without the researcher being directly involved in the field. The results of the study identify sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, profit sharing (Mudharabah and Musyarakah), prohibition of risky or illegal transactions, transparency and openness, fairness and reasonableness, finally community and common interests are well implemented and lead to positive trends based on the results of literature study research from previous researchers In Indonesia, for example, the Islamic banking industry has experienced significant growth. In recent years, the number of Islamic banks has continued to grow, both in terms of number and size of operations. The increasing assets, loans, and deposits in Indonesian Islamic banks indicate that people are increasingly interested in financial products and services that comply with sharia principles. Islamic banks play an important role in the Indonesian economy in several ways: increased access to finance, diversification of products and services, financial sector growth, equality and fairness,kContribution to financial system stability.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the genetic relationship between Balinese and Madurese through historical linguistics study. The results show that the percentage of genetic relationships in both languages is 47% and was presumed to diverge around 278 - 443 AD (as in 2018). Qualitatively, there are fifteen sets of sound correspondences, i.e., / a - e /, / i - e /, / ə - a /, / a - ə /, / ə - e /, / u - o /, / ∅ - Ɂ /, / k - Ɂ /, / h - r /, / t - Ɂ /, / h - ∅ /, / b - bh /, / g - gh /, / d - dh /, and / j - jh /. Balinese maintained 23 proto lexicons in Proto-Austronesian lexicons (12%), a retention more than Madurese’s five lexicons (2.5%).

Abstract

The establishment of the DuaEnam Garage business was due to support from the author's parents, who are also involved in the world of the vehicle business. This business follows the trend of vehicles that are currently busy in the market. DuaEnam Garage is located in Sleman Regency. Overall, this business prioritizes marketing through on line. This writing aims to find out whether digital marketing is feasible or not in the current era. In marketing through digital marketing, DuaEnam Garage also pays attention to good business ethics in digital marketing. With activities in paying attention to digital marketing strategies and business ethics, it can significantly influence the increase in visitors and better recognition of the DuaEnam Garage business as well as an increase in the number of followers and views on social media and the DuaEnam Garage marketplace.

Abstract

This paper will focus on "Quality Management in Islamic Education and its Implementation in the Development of Madrasahs and Islamic Boarding Schools". The quality of education is one of the central issues of national education in addition to issues of equity, relevance, and efficiency of education management. Today, many efforts to improve the quality of education continue to be made by various parties. These efforts are based on an awareness of the important role of education in the development of human resources and the development of national character (Nation Character Building) for the progress of society and the nation. The type used in this research is library study research (library research) where this library research is carried out by researchers not going directly to the field but this research is carried out through research on written works and various kinds of literature available, be it through books, journals, and so on. The results can be concluded that the implementation of quality management in madrasah and pontren is; a). Continuous improvement in meeting customer needs with the involvement of all members of the organization. b). Efforts to maximize the competitiveness of institutions to improve products, services, people, labor, processes and the environment. c). As a means in the learning process. d). Overall supervision of organizational members.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach, namely an approach that emphasizes analysis of numerical data processed using statistical methods. Quantitative research is a type of research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other means of quantification (measurement). In a quantitative approach, the nature of the relationship between variables is analyzed using objective theory. This research is associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. (Sugiyono, 2010). The subjects in this research were employees of the Karya Dharma Makassar College Foundation. Relations between employees can also be improved by giving feedback to one employee and another. Feedback is very useful for knowing strengths and weaknesses during the work process. A job can be said to be effective, if with certain sacrifices it can provide maximum results both in terms of quality and number of units of output. So maximum results in every job depend on effective working methods, thanks to effective communication efforts made by leaders with employees to achieve maximum results. Abstract

Political communication is a very important aspect in the political battle process to win council seats at both the central and regional levels. This research aims to describe and identify the political communication carried out by the winning regional head candidate pair Martin Rantan, SH, M.Sos, and Deputy Regional Head H. Farhan, SE, M.Si in Ketapang Regency in 2020. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. with analytical methods. Technique for determining informants using a natural setting. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection technique for this research is by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation/library study. The results of the political communication research examined in this research on the Martin Rantan - Farhan pair as winners of the Regional Head election in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province in 2020 consist of; communicator, communication message, communication media, and audience. Based on interviews conducted by all sources related to political communication, it can be concluded that several parties were assigned as communicators in the case of the winning team, the Martin Rantan – Farhan pair, namely a successful team that was felt to have communicator abilities and performance as well as high credibility. The communication message of the couple Martin Rantan-Farhan is expressed in the form of socialization with the characteristic jargon, namely "Ketapang is progressing towards a prosperous society". The communication media used are very varied, such as using social media in the form of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for millennial voters, in addition to using door-to-door brochures/pamphlets, as well as banners and technical guidance. The audience, namely the entire community in Ketapang Regency, felt that there were several weaknesses in the political communication carried out but this did not reduce the enthusiasm of the audience or the public for the Martin Rantan – Farhan pair so that they could win the regional elections in 2020.

Abstract

English learning management is an important thing to pay attention to because it is an important part of the English learning process. The purpose of this study is to obtain information and analyze about planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, constraints and solutions in learning English students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Palangkaraya, Central Borneo. In this study, qualitative descriptive research was used which was intended to obtain information about English Learning Management to Improve Language Literacy of MAN Students. The results of this study researchers concluded that the management of English language learning to improve the language literacy of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Palangkaraya students has been running in accordance with the applicable rules covering extracurricular aspects containing learning planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating learning.
