Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia is undergoing a significant transformation in the digital era of the 21st century, with Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) increasingly in demand as a solution to concerns about moral degradation, violence, and urban hedonism. This trend demands that Islamic educational institutions effectively communicate their core values to urban society. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by Annash Shalih Cerdas School in communicating Islamic educational values through the Instagram platform (@annashshalihcerdas). Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, this research examines the Instagram account content during the 2024-2025 period. Data analysis was conducted using thematic content analysis techniques based on the 7P Marketing Mix framework (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence). The results show that Annash Shalih Cerdas successfully integrates all seven marketing elements to frame and convey its core narrative of "Pious & Intelligent". This strategy functions not only as promotion but has evolved into digital branding that builds community, trust, and value differentiation amid the competition among urban Islamic schools. The findings of this study provide practical contributions as a model of digital communication strategy for other Islamic educational institutions in adapting to the dynamics of 21st-century education and aspiring towards global standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the talaqqy method in improving the quality of Arabic memorization of mufrodat material among seventh-grade students of SMPIT Al-Jabar. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out through data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The research results were obtained from learning observations, interviews with Arabic language teachers, interviews with six students, and supporting documentation. The results of this study indicate that the talaqqy method is implemented through the steps of listening, imitating, and repeating the vocabulary words directly with teacher guidance. The implementation of this method has a positive impact on students' vocabulary memorization abilities, as shown by improvements in correct pronunciation, better memory, and increased self-confidence and motivation to learn. However, in practice, there are still several obstacles and shortcomings such as students' ability to absorb and imitate different vocabulary words, limited lesson time, large number of students, and also variations in student concentration levels. Overall, the talaqqy method has proven effective as an alternative learning strategy to improve the quality of Arabic vocabulary memorization at the junior high school level, with the note that the need for more optimal classroom management and time management.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main challenges faced by educational institutions in the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In this context, visionary leadership serves as a strategic key to guiding all school components toward achieving a future-oriented educational vision and goals. This study aims to analyze the role and implementation of visionary leadership styles in improving the quality of education in schools. The focus of this research is on how school principals, as visionary leaders, are able to integrate vision, collaboration, innovation, and transformative values into their leadership practices. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, in which data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis of the principal’s leadership activities and managerial dynamics within the school environment. The results reveal that visionary leadership plays a significant role in building an adaptive organizational culture, enhancing teacher performance through motivation and empowerment, and creating a conducive and quality-oriented learning environment. Furthermore, the visionary leadership style has proven effective in optimizing human resources, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and encouraging educational innovation. Therefore, the implementation of visionary leadership can serve as an effective model for achieving sustainable improvement in educational quality.

Abstract

The governance of Islamic educational institutions relies heavily on the effectiveness of leadership applied by institutional leaders. One of the most critical aspects of leadership practice is the ability to select an appropriate leadership style that aligns with institutional needs, the characteristics of human resources, and the Islamic values underpinning education. This article aims to analyze strategies for selecting leadership styles that strengthen governance in Islamic educational institutions. This study employed a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from books, national and international journals, and relevant academic documents. The findings revealed that selecting a leadership style requires careful consideration of institutional characteristics, internal and external dynamics, organizational culture, and Islamic spiritual values. Prophetic leadership, Islamic transformational leadership, and participatory leadership based on syura are the most suitable styles for Islamic educational institutions because they strengthen governance, encourage collaboration, and promote a quality-oriented organizational culture. This article presents several strategic recommendations for leaders of Islamic educational institutions in selecting effective leadership styles, including institutional needs analysis, reflection on Islamic values, human resource empowerment, and routine evaluation of leadership implementation. Thus, this study offers theoretical and practical contributions to strengthening governance in Islamic educational institutions through effective and Islamic leadership practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis laporan hasil observasi siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes keterampilan menulis laporan observasi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan model ini layak berdasarkan materi, media dan bahasa dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil keterlaksanaan model juga mendapatkan skor 3 dengan kategori baik dengan hasil nilai akhir siswa yang diterapkan dalam model ini adalah 11 murid memperoleh nilai sempurna (100), 4 murid mendapat nilai 92, 7 murid mendapatkan nilai 83, sedangkan 12 murid berada pada kategori cukup dengan nilai 75. Kesimpulan penelitian menekankan bahwa model ini dapat diadopsi sebagai alternatif pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah menengah atas untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan literasi ilmiah siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to explore strategies for optimizing the role of school committees in enhancing community participation in education. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pinogaluman using a qualitative approach, specifically an exploratory study, through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. A total of 12 participants were involved in this study, consisting of principals, teachers, school committee members, parents, students, and community leaders. The results of the study show that the role of school committees has been established but remains limited to administrative functions, such as fundraising and ceremonial activities. Through data analysis, three main strategies were obtained to optimize the role of school committees, namely (1) capacity building through continuous training and mentoring, (2) increasing collaboration between schools, committees, and the community, and (3) developing transparency and accountability systems in school governance. These strategies contribute to increasing public trust, promoting participatory decision-making, and enhancing the quality of educational management. The novelty of this research lies in its contextual exploration of participatory education governance practices at the secondary school level within the local socio-cultural context, utilizing the FGD approach. Practically, the results of this study provide recommendations for policymakers and school leaders to empower school committees as strategic partners in the development of continuing education.

Abstract

Proses pendidikan tentunya tidak akan terlepas dari proses belajar mengajar yang memerlukan interaksi antara guru dan murid. Agar tercapainya tujuan Pendidikan yaitu menghasilkan manusia yag menghambakan dirinya kepada Allah SWT, maka diperlukan adanya kaidah-kaidah yang biasa dikenal dengan etika belajar dan mengajar. Etika belajar dan mengajar merupakan sebuah nilai atau ajaran tentang baik dan buruknya dalam memperoleh atau memberikan ilmu. Adapun landasan yang menjabarkan tentang etika belajar dan mengajar Merujuk etika kepada Islam, sehingga sumber utama yang dipakai adalah Al-qur'an. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti hal ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui etika belajar dan mengajar dalam kajian tafsir tematik. Kajian tafsir tematik mengenai etika belajar dan mengajar diperlukan untuk menggali kembali nilai-nilai Al-Qur'ani sebagai landasan pendidikan Islam. Dalam prosesnya, penelitian ini berjalan dengan metode kualitatif dan studi kepustakaan. Sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa penerapan etika belajar dan mengajar merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, baik guru maupun siswa yang ada dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar haruslah menjaga etika dan menunjukkan rasa hormat satu sama lain. Tentunya hal ini didasarkan pada pandangan Islam bahwa etika memiliki nilai yang sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan dan menjadi metode paling ampuh untuk mentransfer pengetahuan kepada siswa. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat melahirkan guru dan siswa yang berprestasi dan berbudi luhur dengan berpegang teguh pada pendidikan Islam yang orientasinya adalah memanusiakan manusia.
