Abstract

To help universities non-academic staffs maintain their productivity amid theCOVID 19 outbreak, MOOC ENAS was developed. To guarantee theeligibility of the program, through this research, ADDIE model was employedto evaluate the course plan. Step 1 and 2 out of the whole 5 steps of ADDIEwere used to describe qualitatively about the course design. Using an onlinequestionnaire, the authors received 110 responses and were able todemonstrate that the design had the quality for a goodcourse design. This wasled by the results of investigation on the participants’ background correspondto the course plan including the description and objectives. It was figured outthat the design was able to accommodate the participants’ language learningdemands. The course design facilitated students learning by serving theireducation background, their workplace origin, and their already existinglanguage learning experience. However, the study was lacking in thegeneralizability. To serve this, further research is needed by addingquantitative data so that the results of the evaluation could be presented innumbers that were more accurate and elusive. Finally, in terms of design, theMOOC ENAS is quite accommodating to be further continued intodevelopment of course content, implementation, and evaluation as assignedin ADDIE Model.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the current packaging of Camembert cheeseusing the packaging evaluation method and propose suggestions to improvethe efficiency of packaging logistics that would impact the efficiency of theentire supply chain. We engage all supply chain actors in evaluating thepackaging features. The first packaging is not convenient as its weight andcost are pretty high for cheese. The secondary packaging is deemed lessefficient, whilst the tertiary packaging is not optimal in traceability. Speakingof cost, environmental impacts, especially impact on other features in thesupply chain, we propose solutions to replace the circular wooden box of thecheese with a cardboard box with a round shape. Then, only the cardboardtrays will be used as secondary packaging all along the supply chain. Thesecombined solutions reduce the handling work, the packaging material costand provide more convenience for all actors.

Know the main needs of eachcustomer is expected to increase the customer’s loyalty. Customersegmentation can be done by using the clustering method through a datamining approach in the form of RFM (Recency, Frequency and Monetary)Models. Recency is the data of the last payment transaction date. Frequencyshows the number of course payment transactions. Monetary comes from thenominal amount of the transaction. RFM data is combined with the FuzzyGustafson-Kessel and K-Means clustering method to produce output in theform of k-clusters of customer. The formed segment is expected to representthe need of customers that vary by using validation process with the GlobalSilhouette Index. The customer population of the course is 225 students. It hasbeen concluded that the RFM score for each subject by using 3 FGK clustersis the optimum cluster model with the largest Silhouette Index, which is 0.523.This research is expected to provide an in-depth analysis of customersegmentation for X guitar course
