Abstract

Writing in this thesis, analyzing the financial performance of the Banco National de Comercio de Timor Leste (BNCTL). The method used in this study is the CAMEL method includes Capital, Asset Quality, Earning Ability and likuidity. The management aspect is not analyzed because it memfocuskan the financial aspects alone. The data used is BNCTL financial statements in the period 2009-2013. Results Analysis of financial performance (BNCTL) during the period 2009-2013 be seen from the analysis of CAR with the average ratio of 21.08%, with an average PPAP ratio of 125.58%, with an average ROA ratio of 3, 71%, with an average ROA ratio of 80.54%, with an average LACLR ratio of 30.85% and a LDR with an average ratio of 87.91%, so that the Bank's financial performance relatively healthy. In view of the quality of earning assets ratio (KAP) during the period 2009 to 2013 obtained an average ratio of 28.64%, so it is still classified as Not Healthy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh imbalan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Kantor Kejaksaan Agung Timor-Leste dan Kejaksaan Distrik Dili, dengan menggunakan seluruh 90 pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis mengungkapkann bahwa imbalan berpengaruh secara positif dan signfiikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kejaksaan Agung dan Kejaksaan Distrik Dili. Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signfiikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kejaksaan Agung dan Kejaksaan Distrik Dili. Variabel kepuasan Kerja berpenaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kejaksaan Agung dan Kejaksaan Distrik Dili.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The utilization of the government agency is purposed to create the agency with first-rate service, efficient, effective, clean and respectable, and also can do the duties of public administration and development, which is based on the spirit and dedication attitude for the nation, country and father land, as a model, shelter, and serve the society, and also able to grow the initiative and active participation of the community in development which forms the implementation of Pancasila and UUD 1945. In order to make those purposes are done the government agency must work professionally. Based on those explanations this research is done by hypothesis to the influence of estimate participation to the performance of The Youth and Sport Education Official agency of Bali Province, either directly or through the estimate imbalance, the clarity of estimate purpose, the work motivation and the organizational culture. The population of this research was The Youth and Sport Education Official agency of Bali Province, which are about 118 agencies. By using Slovin approach was gotten the amount of sampling are 91 agencies. This research used random sampling for getting the samples. The data that was used in this research was primer data. The analysis data tools, which were used in this research, were consists of validity test, reliability test, regression strip analysis. Based on the findings of this research it can be concluded that there were influences of positif estimate participation to the performance of agencies at The Youth and Sport Education Official agency of Bali Province either directly or through the estimate imbalance, the clarity of estimate purpose, the work motivation and the organizational culture. This result of the research is expected to be used as a guidance of the next research in order to know the factors that can be influenced directly or indirectly to the performance of government agency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether training programs simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees and whether the training program and work motivation partial effect on employee performance. The research was conducted by taking a sample of 64 respondents . Data was collected using a questionnaire that statement. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 15,0 for windows. Based on the results reseach, it is evident that the training program and a significant positive effect on employee performance simultaneously in the office of Presidential of the Republic of East Timor. And that research also have evident proved that the training program and work motivation positive and significant impact on the performance of partially civil servants office of Presidential of the Republic of East Timor. The implication of this study is the employee's performance must be improved, especially in the case; work must comply with the standards, the work must reach the target, the ability to complete the work and attitude of employee cooperation in completing the work. Training programs must be improved in order to increase the ability, change in attitude and behavior change disciplines employees in performing their duties. Motivation should be improved, especially in terms of bonuses, such as the provision of non-bonus promotion, communication and attention superiors to subordinates  in carrying out the work
