Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the proportion of stock options and the exercise price on stock retrun in the implementation of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), which adopts ESOP companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Tests carried out using secondary data. Selection of the population is performed using purposive. The results showed that the proportion of stock options proven positive effect on stock returns, the increase the proportion of stock options that were announced, the increase the stock returns enjoyed by shareholders of the company. While the exercise price effect on stock returns at a rate of 10% alpha. Both of these variables are used by investors as a basis for a decision to purchase or dispose of shares of the company Keywords: employee stock option plan, execution price, the proportion option of share, stock returns

Abstract

The development of BPR especially in Bali province really promising. Industry of BPR takes a very important role in economic sector, especially in supporting micro and medium business development. The tighter competition among those BPR, themselves the service should be done more optimally, so that the company is able to win the competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service’s quality toward customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT BPR Hoki at Tabanan regency. The number of respondent on this research is defined 150 respondents. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling method. The data processed and analyze by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS software. Statistical analysis showed that service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty has a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the relationship among organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The research objectives are 1) To determine the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali 2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali 3) To determine the effect of organizational culture on employee motivation at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. Respondents in this study were 200 employees of Hard Rock Hotel Bali. This study used analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the application software Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) and the Special Package for StatisticsScience (SPSS). The results showed that 1) organizational culture has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. 2) job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. 3) organizational culture has positive and significant impact on employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The implication of this research is to improve the existing organizational culture, so the aspect of job satisfaction can be met, because generally high employee job satisfaction can increase employee motivation. Abstract

Burnout is a representation of specific psicologycal stress syndrome which is a negative response that arises as a result of work pressure. The antecedents of burnout are role stressors which consist of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload. Previous researchs of the relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload with burnout have found inconsistent results. This research was conducted in 2013 and directed to determine the ability of emotional intelligence in moderates the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on auditor's burnout in all public accounting firm in Bali. Samples were taken with a saturated sample method. Data collection was done using questionnaires and dedicated to 105 auditors. The analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis. The instruments have been examined for its validity and reliability. The model also has passed the classical assumptions of regression analysis. Statistical analysis showed that emotional intelligence moderates the influence of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on burnout experienced by auditor at public accounting firm in Bali Province. Statistical tests showed that emotional intelligence is weaken the influence of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on burnout experienced by auditor at public accounting firm in Bali Province. This means that the higher role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload experienced by auditor at public accounting firm in Bali province, the higher the likelihood of burnout, the auditors who have low emotional intelligence.
