Abstract

Firm value considered by investor to make investment decision. Higher firm value influenced the investor’s confidence to invest on a firm. Based on the phenomenon and associated theory, firm value influenced by ERMD, ICD, and management structure. This research aims to find out empirical evidence on the ERMD, ICD, and management structure (proxied with independent commissioner proportion). This research conducted at bank firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Purposive sampling method used in the sample selection, obtaining 31 banks as the sample with total 93 data during 3 years. There are 7 data outliers excluded from the analysis in order to obtain as many as 86 data. Using MRA, obtained results that only the ERMD variable that positively influenced firm value while the other two independent variables has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee expenditure, goods and service expenditure, and capital expenditure on economic growth in Central Java Province. The hypothesis proposed is that employee spending has a positive effect on economic growth, spending on goods and services has a positive effect on economic growth, and capital expenditure has a positive effect on economic growth. The sample in this study was a regency / city in Central Java Province. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. This type of data is secondary data in the form of 2018 local government financial reports obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance's Website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Webside. Technical analysis of data using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that personnel expenditure and goods and services expenditure had a positive effect on economic growth, while capital expenditure did not have a positive effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Knowing and analyzing the impact of the work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction in logistics companies is very important. High employee job satisfaction will have an impact on increasing employee productivity and performance. This research method with quantitative, population and sample are employees of logistics company PT. Cipta Krida Bahari. All incoming data are processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study are partially positive and significant work environment and work motivation, and simultaneously work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to measure how much influence the perception of ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived security of interest in using. The variables used in this study are perceived ease of use (X1), perceived usefulness (X2), perceived security (X3) and interest in using (Y). The method used in this study uses a purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents of Bank Rakyat Indonesia customers in Sukabumi City. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression measuring the effect partially and simultaneously. The results obtained indicate a positive and significant effect between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived security of interest in using.

Abstract

Previous researches shows that the relationship of education on poverty is negative and significant. Therefore, this study introduces the mediating variable income per capita to analyze the path of education on poverty. Research purposes is analyzing whether per capita income mediates the effect of education on poverty. The data used are secondary data in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the period 2000-2018. This research method is path analysis. The results show that per capita income mediates the relationship of education on poverty in partial mediation. This finding implies the importance of improving the quality of human resources through education to reduce poverty.
