Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the conventional and digital marketing mix of clothing traders at Poncol Market, Central Jakarta during the Covid 19 pandemic. A qualitative research approach using data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. Data validation techniques use triangulation of sources, techniques, and theories. Procedural data analysis techniques use interactive models from Miles et al (2016). This study aims to identify and analyze the conventional and digital marketing mix of clothing vendors at the Poncol Market, Central Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. A qualitative research approach using data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study show that traditional or conventional marketing appears to have advantages in product quality and variety, cheaper prices as well as advantages in terms of people and processes (such as free delivery to the Jakarta area). The downside is from the location aspect, access to markets is increasingly limited. Likewise, their promotions are still not optimal.

Abstract

Indonesia's economy is getting better, as well as the rate of growth of Indonesia's population that continues to increase, causing changes in people's behavior in terms of shopping. Currently shopping easily and comfortably has become the desire of the people. Miniso entered the retail industry market in Indonesia to respond to changes in people's behavior. Miniso must carry out the right strategy so that consumers feel interested and make impulse purchases at Miniso. This study aims to explain the influence of the store environment on impulsive buying behavior and positive emotions. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with the number of samples taken as many as 108 respondents with a questionnaire tool. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling model with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with the help of the SPSS for windows program. The results of the analysis show that all hypotheses are accepted. The store environment has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Purchases, the store environment has a positive and significant effect on positive emotions, positive emotions have a positive effect on impulsive buying and positive emotions are able to mediate the influence of the store environment on impulsive purchases

Abstract

Sarbagita area is a metropolitan area in Bali province. Regional Original Income between Regencies/Cities in the Sarbagita Area is still experiencing a shock. Regional Original Revenue can be influenced by several factors, including GRDP Per Capita, Total Population, and Number of Tourist Visits. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of GRDP per capita, total population, and the number of tourist visits simultaneously and partially on Regional Original Income. The number of observations in the study were 60 observations. The data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency for the Province of Bali, the Central Statistics Agency for each Regency/City in the Sarbagita Area and the Tourism Office of the Province of Bali. The analytical technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the E-views 9 analysis tool. The results show that simultaneously GRDP per capita, number of residents and number of visits have an effect on local revenue. partially GRDP per capita, population, and number of tourist visits have a positive and significant impact on Regency/City Original Revenue in the Sarbagita Region.

Abstract

The research was conducted at BPR in Buleleng Regency, Bali Province which is registered with the Financial Services Authority. The population of this research is BPRs that are registered and report their finances in full at the Financial Services Authority during the 2018-2020 period, as many as 7 BPRs. The number of samples used was 7 rural banks using the saturated sampling method (census). The research data uses secondary data, obtained from the publications of the Financial Services Authority. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables and using the Sobel test to determine the role of mediating variables. The results of the analysis and discussion of the study found that NPL and BOPO had a negative and significant effect on ROA, CAR had a positive and significant effect on ROA, NPL had a positive and insignificant effect on CAR, BOPO had a negative and significant effect on CAR, CAR was unable to mediate the effect of NPL on ROA, and CAR is able to mediate the effect of BOPO on ROA. Good management of NPL, BOPO, and CAR will bring maximum profitability, so that the bank's financial performance will be better.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sector. MSMEs' understanding of Financial Literacy can help MSMEs survive in this difficult time. This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy of MSMEs in Dalung Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency. This study was conducted to analyze whether differences in gender, age, and level of education have a significant effect on the level of financial literacy of MSME owners. The company used in this study is a trading company, with a sample of 40 MSME owners. The research method used is a survey method by obtaining data through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the level of financial literacy of MSME owners was less literate (60%). The variable that affects the level of financial literacy is the level of education, while differences in gender and age have no effect on the level of financial literacy of the owners of MSMEs.

Abstract

The capital market in Indonesia has an important role in the country's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of net foreign funds, gold prices and interest rates on the Composite Stock Price Index. This research was conducted on the value of the entire Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample selection method used is saturated sampling for the entire population. The sample for each variable in this study was 21 data. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that net foreign funds had a positive and significant effect on the JCI. The price of gold has a negative and significant effect on the JCI. Interest rates have a negative and significant effect on the JCI. The implication of this research is that this research is expected to provide an empirical contribution to the effect of net foreign funds, gold prices and interest rates on the JCI. Investors need to pay attention to factors that can affect JCI performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as net foreign funds, gold prices and interest rates because these factors have a significant influence on the JCI

Abstract

Balanced scorecard is company's performance measurement tools created by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton. Balanced scorecard assesses company performance through four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective. The research was conducted at PT. BPR Desa Sanur, located in Denpasar. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance of PT. BPR Desa Sanur is based on a balanced scorecard so that it can be seen that the measurement of performance is balanced with a financial perspective and a non-financial perspective. The sample of this study amounted to 38 employees with probability sampling method census technique. The method of data collection is using non-participant observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses four perspectives from balanced scorecard. The results of the analysis that have been carried out show that the performance of PT. BPR Desa Sanur using the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard is classified as quite good with the average score obtained is 0.25. Based on these results, it is expected that PT. BPR Desa Sanur to be able to plan the right strategy in the future and improve performance to maintain customer trust.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of good corporate governance and government capital support in SOEs on financial performance and economic growth according to business groups. State enterprises were grouped into 13 business groups based on the Central Statistics Agency for 2011-2019. Technical data analysis of this research panel uses the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM). The results show that corporate governance has a positive effect on the financial performance of SOEs in the Information and Communication sector, as well as the Real Estate group. However, government support has a significant effect on reducing the financial performance of state companies engaged in the Construction sector; Procurement of Electricity and Gas; Manufacturing Industry; Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. Nevertheless, in general, state enterprises still contribute to increasing economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of lifestyle harmony, on brand love, brand loyalty, and word of mouth on H&M brand consumers in the Surabaya region. This research uses a type of quantitative research using primary data whose results are obtained from the questionnaire answers given to the respondents. Sample determination in this study used purposive sampling techniques with a total of 165 respondents. The variable analysis technique in this study is to use PLS-SEM. The results showed that lifestyle alignment with the brand love of H&M brand customers has a positive and significant influence. Brand love has a positive and significant effect on the brand loyalty of H&M brand customers. Brand love for the word of mouth of H&M brand customers shows a positive and significant influence. In addition, in this research there is also a role in the medical role of brand love on the relationship of lifestyle harmony and brand loyalty as well as the mediating role of brand love to the relationship of lifestyle congruence with word of mouth.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are one of the priorities in national economic development, apart from being the backbone of the people's economic system which is not only aimed at reducing the problem of inequality between income groups and between business actors, or poverty alleviation and employment. . In connection with the above, it can be stated that the purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of people's business credit, labor and technology simultaneously and partially on the productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City, with a total sample of 100 SMEs. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, structured interviews, and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that, 1) People's business credit, labor, and technology simultaneously had a significant effect on the productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Denpasar City. 2) People's business credit, labor and technology partially have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Denpasar City.
