Bantuan Kesehatan Program is a free health insurance financing program for resident of Gianyar Regency who do not have access to health insurance. The research location is in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The type of data used is quantitative data with primary data sources. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula with a total of 100 respondents using the BK Program. The method of determining sample is simple random sampling, with data collection methods of observation, in-depth interviews, and structured interviews using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results showed that age, education and number of family dependents had a positive and significant effect on family income. Age and number of family dependents had a positive and significant effect on the intensity of using the BK Program. Education and family income had a negative and significant effect on the intensity of using the BK Program. Family income mediate the effect of age, education, and number of family dependents on the intensity of using the BK Program.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the high use of the internet to access social media which indirectly brings new phenomena or new lifestyles among people in Indonesia, especially in the selection of body care products. Social media platforms are increasingly important in influencing several elements of customer behavior, such as awareness, information acquisition, attitudes, buying behavior, communication, and post-purchase judgments. Research from Data Report also shows data on the number of Indonesian social media users reaching 191.4 million in January 2022. In this study, data were collected through 170 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SEM-PLS. The research results show that influencer marketing, brand equity and purchasing power have an effect on purchasing decisions. Purchasing power affects brand equity. Meanwhile, influencer marketing has no effect on brand equity. Brand equity is able to mediate the influence of purchasing power on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand equity is not able to mediate the influence of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions. Digital marketing is really needed in a world that is now starting to go digital, especially in building brand equity.

This research was an effect of knowledge and motivation on the employment of shrimp pond workers in Akar-akar village Lombok Utara using a reported closed Likert scale questionnaire. This researc involves a collaborative study using quantitative methods. All populations in this study belong to them employees working in shrimp ponds with roots I and roots II during the period 2020 to 2021. The sampling method used in the non-probability sampling method taken, namely fill sample (registration) 80 shrimp pond employees were obtained. it was used as a research model. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques (Path Analysisi). The results of the first assumption indicate that knowledge has a positive impact on employee performance and the results of the second hypothesis indicate that motivation has a positive effect on the performance of shrimp pond employees.

Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil yang telah dicapai oleh karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan baik kuantitas maupun kualitas berdasarkan tanggung jawab yang diampu dalam suatu organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan bergantung pada kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. BPR Bank Kertiawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Social Exchange Theory sebagai landasan teori. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian peran mediasi sesuai konsep Hair et al. (2017). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement; employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; employee engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh antara perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial (complementary partial mediation). Penelitian ini sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan masukan bagi Bank Kertiawan untuk memperbaiki sistem pemberian reward.

Capital structure is a comparison between debt and company capital. Capital structure is important to consider to avoid financial difficulties. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure, firm size, and growth rate on capital structure. This research was conducted at automotive component industry companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The data used is quantitative data with secondary data sources published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used in the study were 10 companies through purposive sampling methods. This study used non-participant observation methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that profitability, company size, and growth rate had no effect on capital structure, and asset structure had a positively affects on capital structure. Management is expected to be able to make the right decisions in order to achieve an optimal capital structure.

This research is a study that aims to examine whether or not there were significant abnormal returns before and after the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 for oil & gas issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 28 issuers who are considered feasible to be used as a trial sample. This study uses secondary data in the form of daily stock closing prices. The event period selected in this study is 11 trading days consisting of 5 days before (t-5), the day when the event occurs (t=0) and 5 days after (t+5) the event occurs, namely on February 24, 2022. Hypothesis testing using the one sample t-test. The results of the study show that there are significant differences in the days before and after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Thus this event is considered to have information content that causes the capital market to react to it as evidenced by abnormal changes in stock prices.

Employee performance is the result of achieving employee work by established regulations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of quality of work-life on employee performance. The theoretical basis used in this research is the theory of social exchange. The number of samples used is 63 employees, using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, path analysis, Sobel test, and VAF test. The results showed that the quality of work-life had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Quality of work-life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of quality of work-life on employee performance. The results of this study have implications for the development of human resource management science, especially for employees of the Karangasem Regency Social Service to pay more attention to the quality of work-life and employee job satisfaction, to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on work morale at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar, to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar and to determine and analyze the effect of morale on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23 software. Morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Citraland Waterpark Ubung Denpasar.

This study aims to analyze the role of trust in mediating the effect of perceived risk on repurchase intention. This research was conducted on marketplace Shopee in Denpasar City. This study used a sample of 120 respondents, with a non-probability sampling method. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires online. The analytical technique used is path analysis. Based on the response from the respondent, the results showed that all hypotheses accepted. The results indicate perceived risk has negative and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perceived risk has a negative and significant effect to trust. trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. trust able to mediating the effect of perceived risk on repurchase intention

The rapid development of technology affects many community activities, one of which is activity in transactions. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of perceived convenience, service quality, and security risk on decisions to use e-wallets in financial transactions. The population of this study are users of e-wallet applications in financial transactions in Denpasar City, especially students of the Accounting Study Program class of 2019, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that perceived convenience and service quality have a positive effect on the decision to use e-wallets. Security risks have a negative effect on e-wallet usage decisions. This research provides theoretical implications regarding the support of the Technology Acceptance Model, as well as practical implications for e-wallet users and providers regarding perceived convenience, quality of service, and security risks in decisions to use e-wallet.
