Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the readability of scientific collaborative-based flexible learning teaching materials that acquire students' collaboration skills in maintaining environmental balance. The concept under study is limited to the basic competence of the interaction of living things and the environment. This type of research is development using 4D models (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The data collection technique in this study was a reading and note-taking technique. The readability instrument was measured using the Fry graph formula and the reader's understanding response questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive technique. The results of the analysis of the readability scores showed that the teaching materials were at level 9 or higher than the level of readers who were still at level 7. The responses of students' understanding on aspects of format and appearance, use of terms and descriptions of content, and understanding of images were in the minimally moderate category. Thus, the teaching materials developed have good readability and are suitable to be used as teaching materials for science learning in junior high schools on the interaction of living things with the environment, especially in class IX.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the appropriateness of practicum performance appraisal instruments; and 2) find out whether there are differences in competency of laboratory skills among students. The instrument development procedure refers to the 4-D model with a research trial design using one shoot case study. Before the performance appraisal instrument was applied to 77 semester IV students Department of Biology Education, FSTT, Mandalika University of Education, a validation test was first conducted by an expert. Data collection techniques using validation, testing, and observation. The instruments used in this study were instrument validation sheets, observation sheets of action laboratory skills and tests of thinking laboratory skills. Data analysis using the one way ANOVA test continued with the LSD test. The results showed that: 1) the feasibility of performance evaluation instruments developed in the valid and reliable categories; and 2) there were significant differences in laboratory skills in the three groups at ɑ = 5% in the sufficient category. The conclusion of this research is the performance assessment instrument developed can be used to train student laboratory skills. The implications of this research are expected to contribute to improving the quality of practicum assessment instruments in learning in the laboratory.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to obtain problem-based LKS product concept-assisted mapping and to determine the improvement of cognitive learning outcomes. This research will be based on biodiversity material in grade VIII junior high school. This research is a development research. Researchers use 4-D development type (Four D Model) which consists of 4 stages: definition stage, design stage, development stage and disseminate stage. But this research is only three stages, namely the definition (define), the planning stage (design), the development stage (develop). This is because the implementation of the disseminate stage requires a long process and time. While the quality of Student Worksheet (LKS) that will be described include LKS feasibility, LKS effectiveness in terms of student cognitive learning outcomes and LKS practicality in terms of student responses. The instrument used in this research is validation sheet to know the feasibility of LKS and questionnaire for student response. The data of students' cognitive learning achievement is obtained through pretest and posttest result. This LKS has practical and effective characteristics used in learning. The results showed that the development of LKS validation results from the content / material experts obtained an average score of 4, so that the LKS declared feasible. Post-test results show that the percentage of mastery is 87%, so the problem-based LKS on the subject of biodiversity can be said to be effective. While the developed LKS obtained a score of questionnaire responses of students of 3.11 so it can be concluded that LKS practical. So it can be concluded that the problem-based LKS assisted concept mapping developed feasible to use.

Abstract

Abstract. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia establishes the competence of college graduates to master the science field and being able to apply it in daily life, one of them is to connect the learning materials with the environment and cultural surroundings through Ethnoecology. The disclosure of ideas by local communities through ethnoecological learning can strengthen the nature of meaningful learning and encourage the students' positive attitude to solve the problems wisdom. The Ethnoecology form of the Sasak Tribe in Mount Rinjani National Park Area is integrated into learning in the form of local knowledge, local intelligence, and local policies. The Ethnoecology Learning development method consisting of RPS, SAP, MFIS, and assessment instruments refer to the ADDIE development model. The Ethnoecology learning developed in this study needs to be validated by practitioners and experts. Based on the feasibility validation result of the ethnoecology learning tool belongs to the category of logical and religious validity, so that it can be used as a support in the implementation of ethnoecology learning. Abstract

Corn is the second staple food after rice with a large area of cultivation in West Nusa Tenggara Province, especially in Sumbawa Regency, corn production in 2019 reached 697,210 tons, in a harvested area of 110,035 ha, productivity reached 63.36 kw/ha. Until now, corncob waste has not been optimally utilized, because its economic value is very low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of corncob waste as a mixture of basic ingredients in making baglog of oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). This type of research is a pure experimental research (true experiment). The research approach used is quantitative. The research design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD), using 4 treatments and 5 replications, so that 20 treatment replications were obtained. The results showed that the average acceleration of mycelium length growth in different treatments showed significantly different numbers, namely 2.03 cm produced by P3 treatment (25% wood sawdust + 75% corncob powder).

Abstract

Yayasan Al-Azhar NW Kayangan merupakan salah satu pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang telah menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 sejak tahun 2015. Pelaksanaan penilaian dalam Kurikulum 2013 secara eksplisit mengharuskan guru di sekolah melakukan penilaian menyeluruh di ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, sehingga dipandang memiliki kerumitan yang lebih dibandingkan dengan instrumen penilaian pada kurikulum sebelumnya. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa kegiatan workshop penilaian kurikulum 2013 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan wawasan guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian K13 yang dinilai masih kurang. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Lesson Study meliputi  tahapan, 1) perencanaan (plan), 2) pelaksanaan (do), 3) refleksi (see). Kegiatan workshop melibatkan seluruh guru SMP dan SMA Islam Al Azhar NW Kayangan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa para peserta telah mampu memahami implementasi instrumen penilaian kurikulum 2013 dan berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam kegiatan workshop. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari persentase kehadiran peserta sebesar 82.85% dan jumlah peserta yang telah berhasil menyusun instrumen penilaian sebesar 86.20%. Peserta juga memberikan respon positif terhadap kegiatan workshop yang meliputi aspek perhatian, keterkaitan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan masing-masing sebesar 90.32%, 72.11%, 82.22%, dan 87.67%. Dengan demikian, adanya kegiatan pengabdian berupa workshop penilaian kurikulum 2013 dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran K13, khususnya pada instrumen penilaian.

Abstract

Menurut WHO (World Health Organization), rumah sakit adalah bagian integral dari suatu organisasi sosial dan kesehatan dengan fungsi menyediakan pelayanan paripurna (komprehensif), penyembuhan penyakit (kuratif) dan pencegahan penyakit (preventif) kepada masyarakat. Rumah Sakit juga merupakan pusat pelatihan bagi tenaga kesehatan dan pusat penelitian medik. Tujuan penelitian untuk ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi teknis, efesiensi dan keselamatan pasien terhadap kepuasan keluarga pasien. Desain penelitian menggunakan survei analitik dengan rancangan crossectional. Populasi Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Selasih Kab. Pelalawan Riau sebanyak 167 orang. Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Selasih Kab, Pelalawan Riau sebanyak 167 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang akan di teliti adalah 118 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian variabel kompetensi teknis diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000, efesiensi 0,000, dan keselamatan pasien 0,000 < α 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh antara kompetensi teknis, efesiensi dan keselamatan pasien terhadap kepuasan keluarga, dari hasil analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel kompetensi teknis dengan nilai Exp B 4.981. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh antara kompetensi teknis, efesiensi dan keselamatan pasien sedangkan analisa multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan adalah variabel kompetensi teknis terhadap kepuasan keluarga. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi teknis perawat Ruang Ruang Rawat Inap dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop baik pelatihan internal maupun eksternal.Kata Kunci:     Kompetensi Teknis, Efisiensi dan Keselamatan Pasien, Kepuasan KeluargaAccording to the WHO (World Health Organization), a hospital is an integral part of a social and health organization with the functions of providing comprehensive (comprehensive) services, curative (curative) and disease prevention (preventive) services to the community. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of technical competence, efficiency and patient safety on patient family satisfaction. The research design used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. Population The population in this study were all patients in the Inpatient Room of Selasih Hospital, Kab. Pelalawan Riau as many as 167 people. In the Inpatient Room of the Selasih District Hospital, Pelalawan Riau, there were 167 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The number of samples to be examined is 118 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the research on the technical competency variable obtained a p-value = 0.000, efficiency of 0.000, and patient safety of 0.000 <α 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between technical competence, efficiency and patient safety on family satisfaction, from the results of multivariate analysis it was found that the most influential variable in this study is the technical competency variable with an Exp B value of 4,981. The conclusion is that there is an influence between technical competence, efficiency and patient safety while the multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor is technical competency variable on family satisfaction. It is suggested to the hospital to be able to improve the technical competence of nurses in the Inpatient Room by holding training and workshops, both internal and external training.Keywords: Technical Competence, Efficiency and Patient Safety, Family Satisfaction

Abstract

 Abstract- Washing hands with soap is an effective way for preventive health efforts. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of washing hands with soap in students during the Covid 19 pandemic at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 3 Bireuen, Kuta Blang District, Bireuen Regency.  This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design that takes place from May to June 2022. The research sample is all school age children from grades III, IV and grades V totaling 70 people. The technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. The survey data were analyzed using Chi Square test and logistic regression.  The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge on the behavior of washing hands with soap in students during the Covid 19 pandemi (p=0,009), there was an influence of the ease of getting a Washing hands with soap place on the behavior of washing hands with soap (p=0,000), there was an influence of the role of parents on the behavior of washing hands with soap (p=0,000), there was an influence of the role of parents on the behavior of washing hands with soap (p=0,000). teachers on the behavior of washing hands with soap (p=0,000), there was an influence of the role of school friends on the behavior of washing hands with soap for students during the Covid 19 pandemic at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 3 Bireuen, Kuta Blang District, Bireuen Regency (p=0,000).  The conclusion in this study is that the five variables in this study have an influence on the behavior of washing hands with soap and the variables that affect the behavior of washing hands with soap in students during the Covid 19 pandemic at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 3 Bireuen, Kuta Blang District, Bireuen is the variable of the parent's role p value 0,001 with OR 7,382, CI 2,322-30,072. The suggestions in this study are for parents to always pay attention and supervise their children's behavior and provide information about the factors that influence hand washing behavior in school children.  Keywords: Factors, Washing Hands with Soap, Covid 19

Abstract

Students' difficulty in understanding the learning material becomes a problem in achieving learning success. This is due to the lack of variety of learning models used by teachers, so far teachers have applied more cooperative learning models. Therefore, researchers try to apply the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model, which is one of the learning models that can stimulate students to think in problem-oriented situations. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the PBL model on students' problem-solving ability and cognitive learning outcomes. This research was conducted on grade 8th students of SMP Negeri 2 Kediri. This type of research is a pseudo-experiment (quasi-experimental). Data analysis using an independent sample t-test. The population in this study were all students from class 7th to class 9th. While the sample is students in grade 8th A as the experimental class and 8th B as the control class.The samples in this study were students of class 8th A as an experimental class and 8thB as a control class. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The results of the hypothesis test of problem-solving ability of experimental class and control class students obtained data that the sig < α was 0.009 < 0.05 at a significance rate of 5% so that H 0was rejected and H1 was accepted. In addition, on the results of the cognitive learning hypothesis test of experimental class and control class students, data were obtained that the sig < α was 0.003 < 0.05 at a significance rate of 5% so that H 0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This shows that the PBL learning model affects students' problem-solving ability and cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with relatively high rates of early marriage compared to others, which indirectly correlates with various issues, including reproductive health. Reproductive health is a crucial aspect of building the quality of future generations. Through community service programs in the form of reproductive health education activities, it is hoped to contribute to enhancing understanding of reproductive health and the age of marriage among adolescents, particularly in the region of Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. The methods used include the stages of: 1) planning; 2) implementation; and 3) reflection. The education activities involve adolescent boys and girls from Parampuan Village, West Lombok Regency. The results of the community service activities show that participants can understand the importance of reproductive health early on and actively participate in educational activities, as evidenced by attendance rates of over 70%. Participants also responded positively to the educational activities. Thus, community service in the form of reproductive health education can: 1) improve adolescents' understanding of reproductive health; 2) raise awareness among adolescents regarding the ideal age of marriage; and 3) ensure effective implementation of educational activities.
