Abstract

Air bersih saat ini masih belum sepenuhnya dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh masyarakat di Indonesia, terutama bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah pedalaman, tertinggal dan jauh dari perkotaan. Pengolahan air baku menjadi air bersih yang layak digunakan merupakan solusi dalam penyelesaian masalah tersebut. PT.Waterindo Primatech Bekasi (WPB) merupakan perusahaan daerah di Kabupaten Bekasi yang mengelola air baku menjadi air bersih,berdasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehtan Republik Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mengevaluasi sistem pengolahan air di WTB mulai dari intake sampai menghasilkan efluen dan menganalisa pemenuhan baku mutu sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi secara langsung dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengolahan air di PT.Waterindo Primatech Bekasi (WPB) terdiri dari Pra-Sedimentasi sebagai bak pengendapan awal air baku, koagulator hidrolis sebagai pengadukan kimia dengan air baku dengan sistem gravitasi, dan menggunakan PAC sebagai koagulan, flokulator berfungsi pembentukan flok-flok, sedimentasi plat settler sebagai bak pengendap flok-flok dan plat baja sebagai penambah efesiensi, sand filter sebagai filtrasi menyaring kotoran dan flok-flok halus, dan Reservoir sebagai bak penampungan air yang telah di filtrasi dan siap didistribusikan. Hasil pengujian air bersih di PT.Waterindo Primatech Bekasi yaitu pH 7,2-7,6,TDS 133-187 mg/L, kekeruhan 0-0,5 NTU dan sisa klorin 0,06-0,50 mg/L dan telah memenuhi syarat baku mutu yang di tentukan oleh Permenkes No. 492 tahun 2010. Abstract

Industri farmasi menghasilkan senyawa aktif farmasi yang bersifat persisten dan berbahaya bagi lingkungan dan makhluk hidup jika memasuki badan air. Pengolahan air limbah secara konvensional belum mampu menyisihkan senyawa aktif farmasi dengan baik. Review artikel ini dilakukan karena semakin meningkatnya populasi penduduk di Indonesia maka semakin meningkat pula produksi dan penggunaan produk obat-obatan dari industri farmasi. Pelepasan kandungan mikropolutan obat-obatan yang bersifat persisten ke dalam saluran pembuangan air adalah sekitar ng ~ µg/L secara terus menerus mengalir ke lingkungan dan air limbah akan membahayakan kesehatan makhluk hidup dan lingkungan. Senyawa aktif farmasi yang bersifat persisten terdiri dari analgesik dan antiinflamasi, antibiotik, antidiabetik, antihipertensi, beta-blocker, diuretik, lipid regulator, obat psikiatri, reseptor antagonis, hormon, beta-agonis, antineoplastik, produk topikal, antiseptik, agen kontras dan agen anti kanker. Artikel ini mereview mekanisme biosorpsi beberapa biosorben yang digunakan dalam menurunkan senyawa POPs dalam pengolahan limbah cair industri farmasi yang terdiri dari biomassa dari limbah pertanian dan limbah industri. Mekanisme biosorpsi senyawa POPs dalam pengolahan limbah cair industri farmasi meliputi interaksi elektrostatik, interaksi ikatan π-π elektron donor akseptor, ikatan hidrogen, pengisian pori, interaksi hidrofobik, atraksi dipol permanen, pertukaran ion, interaksi asam basa Lewis, gaya Van der Waals, dan fotodegradasi. Arah pengembangan penelitian berikutnya yaitu pengembangan biosorben dari limbah yang dimodifikasi kimia untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas biosorpsi senyawa POPs dalam pengolahan limbah cair industri farmasi.

Abstract

Purpose: This service activity aims to provide new insights and knowledge for Jayamukti villagers, especially housewives in processing used cooking oil waste into laundry soap so that it is not disposed of directly and pollutes the environment. Methodology: This service activity includes four stages, namely planning, coordination, socialization of making laundry soap, evaluation of the results of the service. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to calculate the percentage of participant satisfaction Results: The results of the community service activities show that 85.71% of residents are very interested in washing soap from used cooking oil, as much as 91.43% of residents will collect used cooking oil and make laundry soap from used cooking oil, as much as 74.29% of residents are interested in innovating so they can selling washing soap from used cooking oil and as many as 85.71% of residents stated that they were satisfied with the socialization and mentoring activities for making laundry soap from used cooking oil that had been carried out. This shows that the service activities that have been carried out are very beneficial for residents, especially PKK women because they can create productive activities that can increase income. Conclusion: The socialization activities that have been carried out are very beneficial for residents, especially PKK women because they can create productive activities that can increase income. This is shown by the high interest of residents in being able to collect used cooking oil and process it into laundry soap and are very interested in innovating so they can sell washing soap from used cooking oil.

Abstract

In the era This study aims to develop a web-based employee cooperative application system with the rapid application development (RAD) method that can facilitate the employee cooperative management process, such as recording member data, managing deposits, borrowing money, installment payments, and financial statements. The RAD method is used because it allows for fast and efficient system development by involving users in every stage of development. This research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data was collected through interviews with cooperative administrators, employees and cooperative members who are users of the application system. In addition, data was also collected through observations of the employee cooperative system that has been running. The result of the study is a web-based employee cooperative application system that has been developed with the RAD method. This system has features that can help employee cooperatives manage financial activities more efficiently and effectively. With the web-based employee cooperative application system with the RAD method, it is expected to facilitate employee cooperatives so that they can improve the performance and growth of cooperatives. In addition, users of the RAD method in the development of this application system can also provide benefits in the development of application systems in the future.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman, kemajuan teknologi internet juga semakin maju. Awalnya, internet memiliki fungsi yang lebih sempit, namun saat ini fungsi tersebut tidak dapat disebutkan satu per satu karena telah berkembang menjadi media yang sangat luas. Internet berperan penting dalam aspek komunikasi, penyedia informasi, dan fasilitas untuk promosi. Survei yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jaringan Internet Indonesia (APJII) menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah penduduk Indonesia telah terhubung ke internet. Meski demikian, masih ada sekitar 45% masyarakat yang belum memiliki akses internet, terutama di wilayah 3T (Terluar, Tertinggal, Terdepan). PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, anak perusahaan dari Indosat Ooredo Hutchison (IOH), telah berperan dalam melayani layanan jasa telekomunikasi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah teknologi VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) yang menggunakan modem Comtech H-Pico. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan jaringan telekomunikasi VSAT menggunakan modem tersebut di PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta. penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan modem Comtech H-Pico dalam rancang bangun jaringan VSAT memberikan performa yang optimal bagi pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa dengan pengaturan bandwidth download mencapai 8 Mbps dan upload 2 Mbps, koneksi jaringan tetap stabil. Selain itu, penggunaan modem ini juga memberikan fleksibilitas dalam pengaturan dan efisiensi biaya yang lebih murah. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa penggunaan modem Comtech H-Pico merupakan solusi yang kompetitif dalam membangun jaringan telekomunikasi VSAT. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja jaringan VSAT dan menyarankan area penelitian di masa depan.

Abstract

Kontrak kerja adalah suatu perjanjian yang dibuat secara lisan atau tulisan antara pekerja dan pemberi kerja, status kerja karyawan kontrak di sebuah perusahaan merupakan hal yang penting dan perlu diperhatikan demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. PT Torini Jaya Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem kontrak kerja. Setiap tahun pasti ada karyawan diperpanjang ataupun diputus kontrak kerjanya. Dalam hal untuk menentukan apakah seorang karyawan diperpanjang atau diputus kontrak kerjanya, sering terjadi kesulitan dalam menentukannya ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem yang dapat membantu menentukan perpanjang kontrak kerja karyawan dengan mengklasifikasikannya ke dalam label Diperpanjang dan Diputus yang memiliki 18 Variabel untuk proses pernilaian karyawan yang akan diperpanjang atau diputus kontrak kerjanya. Sistem ini menggunakan metode naïve bayes dan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Bootstrap dan basis data, PHP MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem yang membantu PT Torini Jaya Abadi dalam perpanjangan kontrak kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The behavior of the people around the riverbanks, such as throwing garbage directly into the river body, and the river's proximity to steel-producing companies impacts river water quality. This research aims to determine the Kalimalang River water quality status in Telaga Murni housing. The sampling method used in this study is the Grab Sampling method with a combination of Purposive Sampling, which is taken from the most polluted points so that it is expected to obtain river water samples that best follow the conditions of river water quality from upstream to downstream. From the results of laboratory tests & calculations using the Storet method and Pollution Index, river water in Telaga Murni housing is classified as heavily polluted. The Phenol and Total Coliform values exceed the quality standards indicating contamination from domestic and industrial wastewater.

Abstract

Hospitals produce domestic waste containing medicinal micropollutants, which are persistent and harmful to the environment and living things. Conventional wastewater treatment has not been able to remove persistent organic compounds properly. Bibliometric analysis in this study aims to identify antibiotic compounds as persistent organic pollutants in hospital wastewater. This study aims to obtain the results of the characterization of pharmaceutical product compounds as persistent organic pollutants in hospital domestic wastewater. The method used was qualitative descriptive to describe the bibliometric analysis performance by producing a network visualization of the chosen topic. The bibliometric analysis used Publish or Perish software as a search tool for journal metadata and Vosviewer as software to help find research gaps. This article is a bibliometric analysis using Scopus-indexed journals. The development of Scopus indexed international scientific publications on the topic of antibiotics in hospital wastewater during 2010 - 2022 on Scopus totaling 954 articles published in publications with the subject of environmental science, health, science, pharmacy, and engineering, with the most types of publications being in research articles and review article. Of the 10 articles with the highest citations, they could be grouped into 2 types of articles, 7 of which were research articles and 3 were literature articles reviews.

Abstract

Cooking oil that is used repeatedly can be harmful to human health, but if it is disposed of carelessly it can pollute the environment, such as contamination of sewers, clean water and ground water and so on. So it is necessary to process used cooking oil into useful products. This service activity aims to equip residents with the ability to process cooking oil waste which was previously waste that polluted the environment. This service activity includes five stages, namely planning, coordination, socialization, assistance in making laundry soap products and evaluation and follow-up. The results of this community service activity are liquid laundry soap products that can be used to wash hands or wash dishes. The evaluation results of PkM activities were obtained from the input of several PkM participants, so it is necessary to try out the production of liquid soap on a larger scale, such as using used cooking oil waste in the neighborhood community or community association, so that it can be used as a productive activity for housewives who want to develop a business. or produce liquid soap for use independently. Liquid soap products that are used are safer because they do not add various kinds of chemicals.

Abstract

The presence of arsenic metal in water naturally due to its mobility causes the nature of water to become toxic and become a problem in the world. The purpose of this study was to determine the maximum adsorption capacity through the isotherm model and the rate of adsorption kinetics in the use of chitosan and coffee grounds as adsorbent in reducing the concentration of arsenic in industrial wastewater. The research method was carried out using experiments in the laboratory followed by quantitative data analysis to determine the isotherm model and adsorption kinetics. shows that the adsorption isotherm follows the Langmuir isotherm model with a correlation coefficient of 0.9972 with a maximum adsorption capacity of 2.063 mg.g-1 which indicates that chemical adsorption occurs in a mono layer with a homogeneous distribution of adsorption sites with constant adsorption energy and interactions between negligible metal arsenic (adsorbate) molecules. The study of arsenic adsorption kinetics using chitosan-activated carbon coffee grounds followed the Weber-Morris model/intra-particle diffusion with a correlation coefficient of 0.9920 with a diffusion rate of 76.512 g.mg-1.hour-1 which indicates that intra-particle diffusion is a rate step. limiting factor in the overall biosorption process.
