Abstract

Pengelolaan merupakan tindakan yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pemerintah Desa sebagai organisasi publik memberikan perhatian pada pelayanan publik. Pelayanan publik yang baik sesuai dengan  prinsip good governance terdiri dari transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi dan kesetaraan.   Prinsip good governance dapat terlaksana dengan baik melalui tertib administrasi. Bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan  ini bertujuan: (1) memberikan pemahaman tata kelola administrasi pemerintah desa kepada perangkat Desa; (2) memberikan pendampingan pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan Desa sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa. Peserta Bimtek dan pendampingan sebanyak 18 orang, terdiri dari  Kepala Desa dan Perangkat Desa. Pelaksanaan Bimtek dilakukan dengan metode  ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Pendampingan dilakukan oleh tim secara kelompok, terdiri dari empat kelompok yang beranggotakan 4-5 orang. Hasil bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Pemerintah Desa yang terdiri dari kepala Desa dan perangkat Desa  antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini sehingga  dapat  meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap  tugas pokok, fungsi dan kedudukan masing-masing; (2) Kepala Desa dan perangkat Desa  memahami pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan Desa sesuai dengan buku administrasi pemerintahan Desa, terdiri dari:  administrasi umum, administrasi penduduk, administrasi keuangan dan administrasi pembangunan

Abstract

Public service is a very important element in the administration of government because it involves very broad aspects of life and the government has the function of providing various public services needed, especially to meet the needs of the community in various aspects of life. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the innovation of public services at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of North Buton Regency. The research method using qualitative research is descriptively analyzed which is obtained directly from the results of observations, both document studies and documentation based on the facts at the research location. The results showed that the factors influencing public service innovation at the One Stop Investment and One Stop Service Office of North Buton Regency were political encouragement, economic pressure and increased efficiency, pressure to improve service quality, organizational culture and arrangement, rewards or incentives, inability to face risks. and change, short-term budgeting and planning, and a culture of risk aversion.

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan Hotel Same Boutique Kendari Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Same Boutique  Kendari yang berjumlah 50 orang karyawan. Untuk memperoleh data pendukung yang dibutuhkan dari sumber yang dapat dipercaya, maka digunakan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pemberian motivasi dan lingkungan kerja karyawan dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa motivasi karyawan dengan berbagai dimensi dan indikatir yang ditetapkan menunjukan hasil persentase sebesar diatas 60 persen, sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara rata-rata berada pada persentase diatas 70 persen. Dari kedua variabel tersebut yang menunjukan persentase yang relatif tinggi, kemudian dengan dasar variabel tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dimana hasil analisis data menunjukan persentase rata-rata diatas 80 persen. Sehingga kesimpulan akhir yang dapat disampaikan bahwa pemberian motivasi dan lingkungan kerja karyawan Hotel Same Boutique  berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja para karyawan hotel.   Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of implementing the national health insurance program policy for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Public Health Center, Kendari City and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the national health insurance program policy for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Health Center. Kendari City. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants amounted to 7 people who were directly involved and knew about the role of implementing policies for the National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card for the poor. Which then the data obtained and then analyzed then interpreted and drawn a conclusion.The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been described, that the implementation of the policy of the national health insurance program for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Public Health Center Kendari City consists of 2 frameworks, namely the implementation of the national health insurance program for the healthy Indonesia card which consists of communication indicators, resources and disposition. Then further about the factors that influence the implementation of the policy of the National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card. Keywords: Implementation; National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card.

Abstract

The development of the current administrative system of government is required not only to be efficient and effective but to strive for more synergy, especially from its governance. The shift of authority from the central government to local governments and then extended to the village level is a challenge but also an opportunity for bureaucrats to serve the community in a responsive manner. This condition requires an understanding of ideal and relevant governance in dealing with existing problems. This service generally aims to carry out technical guidance on optimizing local revenue through increasing the effectiveness of data updating and assessment of land and building tax objects in Kendari Caddi Village, Kendari City. The target audience for this activity are employees who are in Kendari Caddi Village using training, mentoring, guidance, and consultation on data validation practices which were carried out on 10 May 2022. The results of this activity resulted in (1) the effectiveness of data updating and tax object assessment activities. land and buildings in Kendari Caddi Village are quite good, (2) the role of the lurah in administrative activities, updating data, and assessing land tax objects is going well, and (3) services, rationality, effectiveness, and efficiency are running well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in South Buton Regency. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method through observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study were four people from the government of Lapandewa Jaya Village, and three people from the community as recipients of self-supporting housing stimulation assistance. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of self-help housing stimulation assistance in Lapandewa Jaya Buton Selatan Village still has several obstacles, namely during the implementation process the recipient provides help from workers or labor from other people who are paid, while there is no budget for renting construction workers, as well as a relatively low budget. small to build thus affecting the quality and time to build, so what the government needs to continue to encourage at this time is evaluating the recipients of Self-Help Housing Stimulation Assistance and ascertaining how many other low-income people who cannot afford to have livable homes to be proposed as candidates for assistance recipients Stimulation of the next stage of Self-Help Housing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan implementasi hasil reses anggota DPRD Kota Baubau dalam proses penyusunan kebijakan umum anggaran – prioritas plafon anggaran sementara tahun anggaran 2022 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terimplementasinya hasil reses anggota DPRD Kota Baubau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data secara interaktif menurut miles Huberman & Saldana (2014). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi anggaran, implementasi hasil reses, mekanisme penyusunan KUA-PPAS mulai dari pengajuan, pembahasan sampai penetapan belum terlaksana dengan optimal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan minimnya implementasi hasil reses anggota DPRD Kota Baubau ke dalam dokumen KUA-PPAS tahun anggaran 2022 karena dalam penyusunan dokumen KUA-PPAS didominasi oleh usulan-usulan program dari pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini agar dapat menganalisis pengembangan usaha RM Bakso Solo Ladongi Kolaka Timur dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas yang terdiri dari Customer Segments, Value Proporsitions, Channel, Customer Relationship, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnership dan Cost Structure. Selain itu, Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni pendekatan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif adapun yang dijadikan informan dalam penelitian ini yakni pemilik dari RM Bakso Solo Ladongi, dua orang karyawan serta konsumen dua orang sehingga jumlah informannya sebanyak lima orang. Adapun proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitain yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa model bisnis yang saat ini dijalankan oleh RM Bakso Solo Ladongi jika dianalisis menggukana Business Model Canvas dapat diketahui bahwa dibeberapa elemen Business Model Canvas dinilai sudah baik dalam menerapkannya seperti Costumer Segment, Cost Structure, Key Resources, Key Activity, namun meski demikian, masih terdapat beberapa elemen yang perlu dikembangkan lagi seperti elemen Revenue Stream, Value Proposition, Key Patnership sehingga RM Bakso Solo Ladongi dapat memaksimalkan model usahanya agar dapat mengembangkan usaha.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the e-sinar application in managing correspondence management at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency for Southeast Sulawesi Province using qualitative descriptive methods. Informants were selected purposively. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the E-Sinar Application in managing correspondence at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Southeast Sulawesi Province as a whole was not fully effective as seen from the fact that there are still factors that hinder the effective application of e-sinar to manage correspondence using the system, but with the application of e-sinar to manage correspondence it becomes easier for employees in terms of performance in the form of the amount of work produced by employees and the time it takes to manage correspondence using e-sinar is much faster, accurate and relevant. Then with the application of e-sinar employees can more easily find archived letters when needed again, this makes employee performance and organizational performance more measurable. The inhibiting factors in running the e-sinar application are work culture factors that are still accustomed to the conventional mail management process and internet facilities and networks.
