Abstract

Teaching young children foreign languages, particularly Arabic, optimizes their developmental potential. This community service program aims to implement and analyze effective strategies for introducing Arabic vocabulary that children can memorize and articulate proficiently. The activities are participatory and involve local residents at PAUD An-Nur Serba Jadi IV, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang. The strategies employed include introduction, approaches, routine activities, the use of visual media, memorization through singing and movement, individual and group evaluations, and the provision of rewards. The program results indicate a 53% increase in the recognition of Arabic vocabulary, with a breakdown showing a 12% increase in Cycle 1 and a 65% increase in Cycle 2. The enjoyable learning-through-play method, which aligns with the characteristics of early childhood, has proven effective in enhancing vocabulary recognition and memorization. Recommendations for future community service initiatives include expanding the vocabulary scope, extending the duration of activities, and fostering collaboration with students' parents to create a conducive Arabic-speaking environment for children. Collaboration between academics, education practitioners, and policymakers is also necessary to optimize foreign language education from an early age.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era brings significant changes in the world of education, with the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. Amidst this progress, challenges such as the dehumanization of learning interactions, inequality in access to technology, and weak implementation of ethical values ​​are issues that must be addressed. This study highlights the existence of professional ethics in teaching as a foundation for dealing with the educational crisis in the Society 5.0 era. Barriers such as lack of understanding of technology and administrative pressure are identified, along with strategies to strengthen professional ethics, such as continuous training and integration of moral values ​​in learning. As a result, this study emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers in creating technology-based education that remains humanistic and ethical.

Abstract

This research is a library research using the content analysis method. The objectives of this dictionary research are (1) To determine the characteristics of the Arabic pocket dictionary "Najwas Tsuraya fii Lisaani Afshahil Barayaa" by Muhammad Ibrahim, Jamaluddin Muttaqin, and Jabir Abdurrahman (2) To determine the advantages of the Arabic pocket dictionary Analysis of the Characteristics of the Arabic Pocket Dictionary "Najwas Tsuraya fii Lisaani Afshahil Barayaa" by Muhammad Ibrahim, Jamaluddin Muttaqin, and Jabir Abdurrahman (3) To determine the disadvantages of the Arabic pocket dictionary Analysis of the Characteristics of the Arabic Pocket Dictionary "Najwas Tsuraya fii Lisaani Afshahil Barayaa" by Muhammad Ibrahim, Jamaluddin Muttaqin, and Jabir Abdurrahman. Research results: The characteristics of this dictionary are that this dictionary is divided into three volumes based on classes or chapters whose words are arranged in tables, the vocabulary is written in singular and plural forms, the number of mufidah, and common expressions next to it. The advantages of this dictionary are its small size and light weight with a "pocket" shape, bookmarks from the dictionary publisher, there are names of types and plural forms at the end of the first volume. Some of the disadvantages of this dictionary are that it does not include the root word after the verb, does not include the command word after the verb, does not include antonyms after the word except for a few, and does not include synonyms after the word.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas secara ilmiah mengenai implikasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia dalam beberapa aspek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menyusun informasi dari berbagai sumber bacaan yang relevan, seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, dan penelitian terdahulu untuk mengetahui konsep-konsep dasar tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kedua proses ini, dan implikasi keduanya terhadap aspek pendidikan dan sosial. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Pertumbuhan mengacu pada perubahan fisik manusia yang dapat diukur, seperti tinggi badan, berat badan, dan perkembangan pada organ tubuh. Adapaun perkembangan yang melibatkan perubahan yang lebih kompleks, termasuk aspek kognitif, emosional, sosial, dan moral. Pemahaman akan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ini akan membantu pendidik, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam proses belajar dan interaksi antar sesama

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed educational ecosystems, presenting new ethical challenges for teachers such as data privacy, virtual communication, and digital plagiarism—issues inadequately addressed by classical Islamic ethics frameworks. This study aims to formulate an operational and responsive model of teacher professional ethics in the digital era grounded in Islamic values. Employing a qualitative library research approach, data were gathered through thematic content analysis of the Qur'an, hadith, classical scholarly works, and contemporary journals. The findings yield a comprehensive model integrating the principles of amanah (trustworthiness), uswah (role modeling), tabayyun (verification), rahmah (compassion), and sidq (truthfulness) across four dimensions: personal character, ethical digital interactions, secure data management, and academic justice. In conclusion, this model fills gaps in fragmented prior studies by providing a holistic Islamic-based framework. Its primary contributions include practical guidelines for teachers, policy recommendations for schools, and enrichment of contemporary Islamic educational ethics discourse.
