This study aims to explore the role of Islamic education in preventing genocide, emphasising values such as respect for life, justice, compassion, and human brotherhood (ukhuwah basyariah). This research is motivated by the increasing violence based on ethnic, religious, and cultural differences that have led to conflict and genocide. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, examining Islamic religious texts such as the Quran and Hadith, as well as related literature, to analyse the principles of Islamic education for fostering tolerance and reducing violence. The results show that the principles of hifzh al-nafs (the protection of life), the prohibition of injustice, and the teaching of compassion in Islamic education play a crucial role in building a society that respects human rights and prevents genocidal behaviour. In conclusion, Islamic education can be an effective tool for preventing genocide by instilling the values of justice, compassion, and brotherhood. This research contributes to an understanding of the application of Islamic education in preventing violence and building global peace.

Hemodialysis is a routinely performed therapy on chronic kidney patients, leading to psychological problems among subjects who undergo hemodialysis, such as anxiety and depression. One of the efforts to overcome anxiety and depression is with the dhikr intervention. Dhikr presents hearts to remember and be obedient to Allah followed by the words and actions in various conditions. Discover dhikr's influence on the level of anxiety and depression in patients on hemodialysis in Purwokerto Islamic Hospital. It was a quantitative study using quasi experiment with a non-quivalent control group design. The number of samples was 12 subjects consisting of 6 subjects in the control group and six subjects in the intervention group with the purposive sampling technique. Instruments were used to measure anxiety and depression are the HADS ( Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale ) before and after dhikr intervention as much as 12 times. Research is carried out in Hemodialysis Unit of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital. Test statistics on research are used paired t-test and independent t-tests. This study showed a decrease in the mean level of anxiety from 5, 83 to 1.67 in the experimental group ( p = 0.003). The mean level of depression experienced a decline of 9, 67 becomes 4.67 on a group experiment ( p = 0.003). Dhikr reduces the level of anxiety and depression in hemodialysis patients at the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital.

The Competency Standards of Muhammadiyah Doctor were issued by Muhammadiyah Medical and Health Education Association (Asosiasi Pendidikan Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Muhammadiyah/APKKM). Muhammadiyah carries out the mission of da'wah to create all graduates in practicing amar ma'ruf nahi munkar . Integrated competencies require an evaluation at final examinition through a comprehensive test including attitudes, knowledge, and skills. This research was a descriptive method to describe the characteristics of the variables. This study aimed to determine the implementation of competency of Muhammadiyah’s doctor through the scores on the Islamic Doctor Muhammadiyah competency test with the OSCIE format for students at the professional stage. The research was conducted after the OSCIE exam held in December 2019 at the Faculty of Medicine, Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The subjects were the final year students of the Medical Professional Education of Medicine Faculty who took OSCIE. The sample used is a total sampling of 46 professional students of the Faculty of Medicine, Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The examination assessment consists of 4 stages; stage 1 prayer memorization, stage 2 selected surah memorization, stage 3 test of funeral prayer skills, stage 4 reading, and writing skills test of the Qur'an. The research results show that 46 students conducting OSCIE were 20 (43.47 %) male and 26 (5.52%) female. The range of values in 70- <80 was obtained for stages 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively: 30%, 24%, 30%, and 16%. The values ranged from 80 to 99 at stages 1,2,3 and 4: 15%, 20%, 21% and 44%. The percentage of 100 values at each stage 1,2,3 and 4 shows 50%, 30%, 10%, 10%.

Instalasi gizi rumah sakit adalah salah satu layanan yang bertanggung jawab pada pemberian pemenuhan asupan gizi untuk membantu meningkatkan imunitas sistem pencernaan, menurunkan kolesterol, membantu penyembuhan luka dalam seperti usus lambung, dan lain-lain. Asupan probiotik yang cukup sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu melindungi dan memelihara kesehatan. Kefir menjadi salah satu pilihan untuk pemenuhan probiotik sebagai sajian dalam makanan pasien. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di instalasi gizi RSI Banjarnegara. Tujuan dilakukannya pegadian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sosialisasi tentang manfaat kefir bagi kesehatan sebagai sumber probiotik dengan harapan meningkatkan sumber gizi yang berkualitas bagi pasien. Metode pretest-posttest, transfer ilmu dengan penyuluhan, demonstrasi dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 100% peserta mengetahui dengan baik tentang kefir, mampu mencoba membuat kefir dan telah mencoba kefir hasil produksinya.

Latar belakang: Permasalahan yang hampir ada di setiap kepengurusan Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah, baik cabang maupun ranting, adalah kurangnya semangat anggota pengurus dalam kegiatan organisasi. Hal tersebut tercermin dari persentase kehadiran rapat-rapat pengurus PCM dan PCA Tambak yang masih berkisar 10-15 persen. Tujuan: Untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan pengurus cabang dan ranting Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah, sehingga berdampak pada partisipasi anggota dalam menjalankan program-programnya. Metode: Partisipan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari ketua, wakil ketua, sekretaris, bendahara, ketua dan anggota majelis atau bidang, pimpinan amal usaha di lingkungan cabang dan ranting Muhammadiyah dan Aisiyyah sebanyak 122. Kegiatan berbentuk outbound dengan tema kepemimpinan. Pemandu outbound adalah instruktur atau tim outbound Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Banyumas. Outbound dilaksanakan pada hari Ahad, tanggal 25 Mei 2025, bertempat di Pantai Cemaran Sewu, Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman tentang kepemimpinan, digunakan kuesioner community building yang diisi oleh partisipan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan outbound. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan skor sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dengan paired t test. Hasil: Rerata skor community building sebelum outbound 66,54±7,794 poin, sedangkan sesudah outbound reratanya 87,61±4,588 poin dengan perbedaan rerata 21,066±8,941 poin dan berbeda signifikan (p= 0,0001). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan outbound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pemahaman kepemimpinan pengurus Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah. Kata kunci : Aisyiyah, kepemimpinan, Muhammadiyah, outbound, persyarikatan ________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: The problem that almost exists in every Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah management, both branches and sub-branches, is the lack of enthusiasm of the management members in organizational activities. This is reflected in the percentage of attendance at the PCM and PCA Tambak management meetings which is still around 10-15 percent. Objective: To develop the leadership of the Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah branch and sub-branches management, so that it has an impact on member participation in carrying out its programs. Method: Participants in this community service consisted of the chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasurer, chairman and members of the council or field, leaders of charitable efforts in the Muhammadiyah and Aisiyyah branch and sub-branches environment totaling 122. The activity was in the form of an outbound with the theme of leadership. The outbound guide was an instructor or outbound team from the Muhammadiyah Banyumas Regional Leadership. The outbound was held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Cemaran Sewu Beach, Cilacap, Central Java. To measure the level of understanding of leadership, a Community Building questionnaire was used which was filled out by participants before and after the outbound activity. The analysis was conducted by comparing scores before and after the activity using a paired t-test. Result: The average community building score before the outbound was 66.54±7.794 points, while after the outbound the average was 87.61±4.588 points, with a mean difference of 21.066±8.941 points and a significant difference (p=0.0001). Conclusion: The outbound activity has an impact on improving the leadership understanding of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah administrators.
