Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for permits in and out of ships belonging to PT. Sauh Bahtera Sakti Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods are divided into 4 parts, namely: direct observation in the field, interviews or interviews with branch heads and staff or employees of PT. Sauh Bahtera Sakti Jakarta, the documentary method is related to the documents required during the clearance in and out of the ship, the literature study method related to the procedures for clearance in and out of the ship. From the results of Key's research that in the activities of clearance in and clearance out of ships, the outside service PT. Sauh Bahtera Sakti Jakarta is required to carry out activities correctly and quickly. The procedure has been done well. All activities have been organized to reduce errors when carrying out clearance in and out of the ship.

Abstract

This scientific article investigates the relationship between work skills, performance, maintenance, and productivity in the context of head truck operations at PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. The study, conducted through a descriptive research approach, involved a sample of 72 head truck operators. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the data. The results revealed a significant positive impact of work skills, performance, and maintenance on productivity. The regression model exhibited a high predictive capability, indicating that the variables of interest could be utilized to forecast productivity. The findings support the well-established understanding that individuals' work skills directly influence their level of productivity. Moreover, the study confirms the widely accepted notion that improved performance among head truck operators leads to enhanced output. Additionally, it highlights the significance of routine maintenance in increasing production levels. The implications of this research underscore the importance of investing in skill development, fostering optimal performance, and implementing effective maintenance practices to enhance productivity in head truck operations. Highlight: Work skills significantly influence productivity: The study reveals that the level of work skills directly impacts the productivity of head truck operators in PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. Performance drives positive output: The findings confirm that the performance of head truck operators has a beneficial influence on their overall output. Routine maintenance enhances production: The research highlights the significance of regular maintenance of head trucks in contributing to increased productivity levels. Keyword: PT. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, dengan berkontribusi memberikan informasi dalam operasi serbuan vaksinasi maritim diakademi maritim nusantara banjarmasin yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi, edukasi dan pengetahuan mengenai penularan virus dan vaksinasi Covid-19 di lingkungan sekitarnya, dan diharapkan mampu memudahkan untuk memahami bagaimana alur pendaftaran dan pelayanan vaksinasi Covid-19, menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai pentingnya vaksinasi Covid-19 di masa pandemi saat ini. Sasaran dari program ini adalah Tenaga Pendidik Serta Kependidikan Di Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin dilaksanakan Pada tanggal 22 s/d 25 Febuari 2022 di Lanal Angkatan Laut Banjarmasin. Target yang ingin dicapai dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dalam operasi serbuan vaksinasi maritim diakademi maritim nusantara Banjarmasin.Vaksin yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Vaksinasi saat ini yaitu Sinovac. Vaksin Covid-19 Sinovac adalah vaksin asal China berjenis virus mati yang kini sudah didatangakan Indonesia sebanyak 1,2 juta vaksin A. Sebanyak 82,6% peserta sudah divaksin dengan rincian 39,1% peserta sudah menerima vaksin 1 dan 2 (lengkap) dan 43,5% sudah menerima vaksin tahap 1, sedang proses menunggu tahap 2. Sedangkan jumalah peserta yang belum divaksin yaitu 17,4%. Masyarakat telah mengetahui cara penularan virus dengan presentase jumlah peserta sebesar 65,2%. Diperlukan kerja sama dan menyeluruh dengan berbagai lintas sektor (pembuat kebijakan, tenaga kesehatan, kelurahan, RW, RT, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, pendidik, dan sebagainya) untuk tidak henti-hentinya turut serta memotivasi masyarakat serta agar informasi- informasi mengenai virus dan vaksina khususnya vaksin Covid 19 dapat tersampaikan dan diterima dengan baik di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Job Satisfaction of PT. Pelindo III (Persero) Tanjung Perak Surabaya branch. This research is quantitative research. Subjek this research is an employee of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Perak Surabaya branch using a sample of 166 employees. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Analytical techniques a data was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that first There is an influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction; secondly There is an influence of spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Marketing Communication, Experiential Marketing Dan Customer Trust Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunaka regresi linear berganda.. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 32 pelanggan pada PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra. Menggunakan teknik sample jenuh atau sensus dengan demikian jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden diambil dari seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)  marketing  communication  berpengaruh positif  terhadap customer loyalty. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada Uji Parsial (Uji T) sebesar 2,467 > 2,045 serta nilai Sig, 002 < 0,05; (2) experiential marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada Uji Parsial (Uji T) sebesar 0,956 < 2,045 serta nilai Sig. 0,347 > 0,005; (3)  customer trust berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada Uji Parsial (Uji T) sebesar 2,379 > 2,045 serta nilai Sig. 0,024 <  0,05.

Abstract

Drinking in packaging business still has appeal for entrepreneurs, it is same as in the market, and the selling of drinks is no death business. Drinking business is promising the prat profits, because it has a large market as well, especially for a country with a population of -ccroximately 230 million people as Indonesia. (Kontan, 2nd Week, October 2009). Drinking vcrrket has increased annually, from drinking market shares in overall package of 44 trillion rupiah, isotonic drinks market has its share of USD 2.9 to 3.4 billion in 2009 and continued to rise from previous years. Mizone has ranked first in three of the Top Brand Index began in 2008 to 2010 with Pocari Sweat as the competitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of (I) consumer attitudes to the advertising toward consumer attitudes to the brands, (2) consumer attitudes to the advertising toward brand image, (3) consumer attitudes towards consumer preferences, (4) brand image toward consumer preferences; (5) consumer attitudes on the brand toward brand image. The population in this study is that consumers who buy and consume Mizone, with the characteristics are minimum in high school on education and domiciled in Surabaya. The sampling technique is using accidental sampling. The analysis techniques are using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with support of AMOS 15.0 program, based on the results it was obtained that there are effect of consumer attitudes on advertising toward consumer attitude on advertising toward brands image; there are effect of consumer attitudes on advertising towards brand image; there are effect of brand images towards consumer preferences; there are effect of brand image on consumer preferences; there are effect of consumer attitudes on brand toward brand image.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to test and analyze the direct and indirect influence on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Samudra Award (Artamuda). The variables used in this research are leadership as an independent variable, satisfaction as an intervening variable and performance as a dependent variable. This type of research is eksplanatory research. The number of samples used in the research was 32 employees of PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda) with the sampling technique used, namely total sampling, where all members of the population are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SmartPLS. The results show that leadership, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction, has a significant and positive influence on the performance of PT employees. Tirta Samudra Award (Artamuda). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Kepuasan kerja di PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan sebagai variabel independen, kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening dan kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatory. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 karyawan PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling, dimana semua aggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda).

Abstract

Peran teknologi digital marketing sangatlah diperlukan di era digitalisasi saat ini. Dengan menguasai ketrampilan digital marketing dalam bisnis maka pendapatan penghasilan akan bertambah. Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan salah satu penghasil ikan tangkap laut terbesar di Jawa Timur, kontribusinya terhadap PDRB mencapai 17 % pada tahun 2013. Selain perannya yang penting dalam perekonomian daerah, kegiatan perikanan skala kecil banyak menghadapi permasalahan termasuk di desa Sidokumpul Lamongan. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh nelayan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi, khususnya dalam bidang memasarkan hasil ikan tangkapannya maupun administrasi pengelolaan keuangannya. Dengan melakukan pelatihan, pendampingan dan monitoring evaluasi dalam membuat konsep bisnis model canvas, menginputkan pemasukan dan pengeluaran pada aplikasi akutansi MYOB dan pembuatan akun marketplace pada masyarakat nelayan desa Sidokumpul bisa menaikkan pendapatan mereka.

Abstract

The research for this thesis takes the title: "Measurement of Service Quality at PT. Karya Mandiri Sepakat Surabaya Using the SERVQUAL Method”. The aim of conducting this research is to determine the quality of service provided at PT. Karya Mandiri agrees to all customers in terms of 5 service dimensions and to determine the efforts made to improve the quality of PT service. Karya Mandiri Agreed to retain customers. The analytical tool used in this research is the SERVQUAL method. From the research results, it is known that the gaps for the Physical Facilities dimension have the smallest gap value, namely - 0.80 in the third item, namely for the question employees must look attractive and neat, for the Reliability Dimension the smallest gap value is in the fifth item. amounting to - 1.78, namely for questions, a quality office will require the data to be free from errors, for the responsiveness dimension, the smallest gap value is in the thirteenth item, amounting to - 2.52, namely for questions, employees will provide service quickly to customers, for the dimension confidence has the smallest gap value in the sixth item of - 0.56, namely for the question Employees are consistently respectful, patient and friendly towards their customers, for the empathy dimension the smallest gap value is in the twenty second item of - 0.72 namely for questions, employees understand the special needs of each customer who comes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, cashback promotions, and trust on the intention to use the OVO application among teenagers in Surabaya. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, this research explores three independent variables: the influence of ease of use, cashback promotions, and trust, as well as their influence on the intention to use the OVO application as the dependent variable. This study uses a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 96 teenage respondents in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression tests. The results show that perceived ease of use, cashback promotions, and trust have a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the OVO application, with t-values of 6.544, 9.862, and 7.494, respectively, all of which are greater than the t-table value of 1.986 at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The three variables also collectively have a significant influence on the intention to use the OVO application, with an F-value of 44.397 greater than the F-table value of 2.70.
