Abstract

Objective :Tuberculosis (TB) is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria and is transmitted through coughing, sneezing, talking, or spitting. TB cases are more common in men than women and are higher in areas with poor living conditions and low socio-economic status. In 2018, East Java had 56,445 TB cases, with 31,211 cases in men and 25,234 cases in women. Puskesmas Kecamatan Matraman had 630 suspected TB cases in 2020, with 108 confirmed cases and a low TB CDR achievement. Methods: This is a descriptive study aimed at describing the frequency distribution pattern of Tuberculosis (TB) occurrences according to the variables of person, place, and time using a cross-sectional/prevalence study design approach. The study sample consisted of 159 individuals who were Tuberculosis (TB) patients, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results : show the gender and age group of TB patients. The study found that the majority of TB patients at Puskesmas Kecamatan Matraman were male. The proportion of male TB patients ranged from 55.45% to 67.5%, along with other factors such as lifestyle and environment. Most TB patients were in the productive age group of 15-59 years, Conclusion:indicating the need for prevention and control efforts targeted at this group, such as improving knowledge and awareness of TB, promoting healthy lifestyles, and providing accessible and quality health services. Diagnosis of TB patients can be done through microscopic examination or culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS materi permintaan dan penawaran di kelas 7B SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Jakarta Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kurangnya hasil belajar siswa untuk mata pelajaran IPS. Penyebabnya adalah metode pengajaran yang masih berpusat kepada guru. Adapun jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas. Kurangnya hasil belajar siswa ditunjukkan oleh data nilai siswa dimana 16 dari 34 siswa atau sebesar 47,05% tidak mencapai KKM mata pelajaran IPS. Subyek penelitian disini ialah seluruh siswa kelas 7B di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Jakarta tahun 2021. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus memiliki tahapan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan dengan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini pada pra siklus siswa yang tuntas hanya 18 siswa dari 34 siswa atau 52,95%, ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I adalah 21 siswa yang tuntas (61,7%). Selanjutnya siklus II adalah 28 siswa yang tuntas (82,3%). Kesimpulannya adalah dengan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi Permintaan dan Penawaran pada siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Jakarta

Background: Nutritional problems in adolescents can cause other health problems. Adolescents with poor nutritional status tend to have low immune system so they are easily affected by disease, besides this, it can inhibit muscle formation during the growth period, lack of intelligence level. In overweight or obese teenagers, it can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease and stroke, and cancer.Objective: To determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge, breakfast habits and breakfast macronutrient intake with the nutritional status of school adolescents at SMAN 74 South Jakarta.Method: This research uses a cross-sectional study design with stratified random sampling technique. The population in this study were students of classes X and XI at SMAN 74 South Jakarta. The sample in this study consisted of 86 respondents from class X and XI students. Data were analyzed using the chi square test.Results: The results of the study showed that there was no significant relationship between nutritional knowledge (p = 0.688), breakfast habits (p = 0.413), and macronutrient intake, energy (p = 0.608), protein (p = 0.608), fat (p =0.593), carbohydrates (p=0.359) with nutritional status.Conclusion: Research shows that there is no relationship between breakfast and the nutritional status of female students, but the quality of nutritional intake is still less than the RDA.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat modal intelektual dan lingkungan kerja berkenaan dengan peningkatan kinerja puskesmas. Penelitian ini melibatkan tenaga kesehatan di 4 puskesmas di wilayah kerja puskesmas kecamatan kebayoran lama berjumlah 34 pegawai. Responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tenaga kesehatan pemegang program. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik Uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan untuk menguji data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sedangkan analisis jalur dan pengujian hipotesis digunakan untuk analisis data (Uji-t), dan analisis korelasi determinasi (R2), konvergen uji validitas, dan validitas diskriminan yang diproses menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) modal intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja puskesmas 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja puskesmas.

Abstract

Hypertension is also called “the silent killer” because this disease has no complaints in sufferers, so many hypertension sufferers do not know that they have hypertension and only find out after complications occur. The aim of this study was to analyze teh relationship between consumption of fatty foods, physical activity, and being overweight and hypertension in women of childbearing age in Bintang Metropol Bekasi. This research uses a cross sectional study design. Descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection by observation, measurement and interviews. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square and Fisher Exact tests. Based on the results of univariate analysis, data showed that 50,8% of respondents had hypertension, 2% of respondents had excessive consumption of fatty foods, 51% of respondents had light physical activity, 53% of respondents were overweight. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between consumption of fatty foods and hypertension in women of childbearing age (p value =0,240 > 0,05). However, there is a significant relationship between physical activity and overweight and hypertension in women of childbearing age (p value = 0,045 < 0,05) and overweight and hypertension in women of childbearing age at Bintang Metropol Bekasi (p value = 0,000 < 0,05). The suggestions from this research, for The community is aimed at increasing knowledge and awareness of health, especially for people who have blood pressure above the normal category and excessive consumption of fatty foods.

Abstract

Dismenorea adalah nyeri yang disebabkan oleh kontraksi otot rahim yang intens saat menstruasi, kontraksi otot ini menyebabkan penegangan pada otot Rahim yang menimbulkan rasa nyeri. Dismenorea pada remaja putri dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah, karena nyeri yang dirasakan dapat menurunkan konsentrasi, dan menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan saat belajar yang pada akhirnya berpotensi menurunkan prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara indeks masa tubuh, aktivitas fisik, dan siklus menstruasi dengan kejadian dismenorea pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 09 Kerinci. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2025. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data yang di kumpulkan yaitu pengukuran antropometri menggunakan microtoise dan timbangan digital, aktivitas fisik menggunakan teknik wawancara dan instrumen kuisioner yaitu, International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF), siklus menstruasi mengunakan teknik wawancara dan instrumen kuisioner yaitu, kuesioner siklus menstruasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel indeks masa tubuh dengan kejadian dismenorea (p-value = 0,036), variabel aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian dismenorea (p-value = 0,010), dan variabel siklus menstruasi dengan kejadian dismenorea (p-value = 0,000).. Kata kunci: aktivitas fisik, indeks masa tubuh, siklus menstruasi.

Abstract

Defisiensi iodium pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berdampak serius terhadap perkembangan janin, termasuk risiko gangguan pertumbuhan, hipotiroidisme, serta penurunan fungsi kognitif anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan status iodium pada ibu hamil berdasarkan karakteristik sosial, pengetahuan gizi, perilaku konsumsi, dan kadar iodium garam rumah tangga. Desain penelitian adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, melibatkan 132 ibu hamil di Kabupaten Sukabumi pada Mei–Agustus 2025. Status iodium diukur melalui konsentrasi iodium urin (UIC), sedangkan kadar iodium garam diuji dengan rapid test kit. Analisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 41,7% ibu hamil mengalami defisiensi iodium. Analisis bivariat menemukan hubungan signifikan antara status iodium dengan pendidikan (p=0,021), pengetahuan gizi (p=0,004), perilaku konsumsi garam beryodium (p=0,008), dan kadar iodium garam rumah tangga (p=0,001). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan adalah kadar iodium garam (OR=3,42; 95% CI: 1,65–7,10) dan pengetahuan gizi (OR=2,58; 95% CI: 1,20–5,56). Simpulan, kualitas garam rumah tangga dan literasi gizi merupakan faktor kunci dalam pencegahan defisiensi iodium pada ibu hamil. Intervensi perlu difokuskan pada pengawasan mutu garam serta edukasi gizi yang terarah untuk memastikan kecukupan iodium selama kehamilan.

Abstract

Masalah gizi pada anak usia dini di Indonesia masih menjadi isu kesehatan utama yang berdampak terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Periode 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) hingga usia prasekolah merupakan masa kritis pertumbuhan, di mana pengetahuan ibu, pola asuh, dan pola makan anak berperan penting dalam menentukan status gizi.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis determinan pengetahuan ibu tentang 1000 HPK, pola asuh, dan pola makan terhadap status gizi anak usia 6–59 bulan di Kabupaten Lebak, Banten. Penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan pada 103 anak usia 6–59 bulan (bayi n=47; prasekolah n=56). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan FFQ, dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square (p<0,05).  Sebagian besar anak mengalami gizi kurang (59,2%), dengan 78,2% ibu berpengetahuan rendah tentang 1000 HPK. Ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu (p=0,022; PR=1,94), pola asuh (p=0,001; PR=2,11), dan pola makan (p=0,001; PR=2,37) dengan status gizi anak.  Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan ibu, pola asuh, dan pola makan merupakan determinan penting status gizi anak usia 6–59 bulan. Penguatan edukasi gizi keluarga dan promosi pola asuh responsif penting untuk percepatan penurunan stunting di tingkat rumah tangga.
