Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). to describe students' morals to others and students' morals to teachers at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang 2). describe the role of teachers as educators and mentors in fostering students' morals at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang. This research is a qualitativefield research, the form of the research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1.) Morals of students to others at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang include: respecting fellow friends, greeting each other, and helping to help but there are some students who lack morals such as: not participating in religious activities, still sitting around in the canteen during class hours while the morals of students to teachers at the Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang Vocational School include: greeting the teacher, being obedient to the teacher, speaking politely to the teacher, paying attention to the teacher and discipline but there are some who lack morals such as: not participating in religious activities, still sitting in the cafeteria during class hours. 2.) The role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the morals of students at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang, focused on two roles, namely: As educators, teachers as educators at SMK Matsna Karim such as teaching how to read the Qur'an, how to speak well to anyone, admonishing students when speaking badly and reminding students to perform worship on time and as a guide in moral development by holding habituation of religious activities, namely dhuha prayer in congregation, dhuhur prayer in congregation, reading the Qur'an, Istiqosah, and the observance of Islamic holidays.

Abstract

Resitasi untuk menguatkan metode direct instrction adalah metode belajar yang dianggap mampu membantu guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik, minat tersebutlah yang mampu meningkatkan kemauan dan konsentrasi studi peserta didik dari kemauan itu akan lebih mudah bagi peserta didik dalam memahami pelajaran. Dari hal tersebut rumusan masalah dalam penelitian meliputi: 1. Bagaimana penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang?, 2. Bagaimana penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang?. Fokus penelitian skripsi ini mencakup dua hal yaitu: 1.Penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 2.Resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: 1. Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 2. Untuk mendeskripsikan minat belajar siswa sebelum penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 3. Untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian(field research) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif desainnya studi kasus. Dengan rancangan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kehadiran peneliti dalam penelitian ini sebagai instrument kunci dan peneliti merupakan pengamat sebagai partisipan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah memang sangat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa, dimana dapat dilihat secara langsung bahwa dengan menambahkan resitasi atau penugasan siswa lebih terfokus dan berpartisipasi aktif selama pembelajaran berlangsung Kesimpulan dari pemaparan diatas bahwa resitasi untuk menguatkan metode direct instruction memang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada matapelajaran SKI terkhusus materi yang berisi cerita yang menjadikan siswa mudah bosan ketika pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student discipline at SMP Plus Al Hidayah Sugihwaras Parengan Tuban, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with research subjects including school principals, PAI teachers, and class VII students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the efforts made by PAI teachers are quite diverse, such as example, habituation, supervision, giving advice, motivation, and punishment. However, some students still lack discipline, especially when attending Dhuha prayers in the congregation. Factors that influence student discipline are divided into internal factors, such as difficulty getting up in the morning and managing time, and external factors, such as lack of parental attention. Even though the efforts are based on the concept of character education, continuous evaluation, and improvement are still needed by involving all related parties to be more effective in forming students' disciplined characters. Efforts to improve discipline need to be carried out holistically and continuously, both in the school and family environment, to prepare students to succeed.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) in supporting administrative services at MA Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores the complexities and dynamics of MIS implementation in an Islamic educational context. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal significant progress in integrating information technology into various aspects of educational management and services, including teaching, administration, and facility management. The madrasah has demonstrated a commitment to improving operational efficiency and educational service quality through technological innovation. However, challenges persist, including gaps between planning and implementation, the need for IT infrastructure development, and human resource capacity building. In the context of Islamic education, MIS implementation opens opportunities to strengthen Islamic values and principles through technology while maintaining the essence of human interaction in education. The study concludes that successful MIS implementation at MA Miftahul Ulum depends on the institution's ability to address existing challenges, maintain focus on core educational objectives, and continuously adapt to evolving technological and educational needs. With a holistic and strategic approach, MA Miftahul Ulum has the potential to become a model of excellence in integrating modern technology with traditional Islamic educational values, creating an innovative and relevant learning environment in the digital era

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk keripik pare di Desa Pesantren, Kecamatan Tembelang, Kabupaten Jombang melalui penerapan teknologi peniris minyak (spinner), pelatihan pemasaran digital, dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal. Usaha keripik pare tersebut memiliki potensi berkembang  namun masih menghadapi kendala pada proses produksi, pemasaran yang terbatas, dan belum adanya sertifikasi halal. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan alat peniris minyak, pendampingan pembuatan bahan promosi digital (foto produk, marketplace, dan media sosial), serta pendampingan pembuatan NIB dan sertifikasi halal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi pengering dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan daya simpan produk, pemasaran digital melalui media sosial serta marketplace mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta sertifikasi halal memberikan nilai tambah berupa peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen dan daya saing produk. Dengan demikian, penerapan ketiga strategi ini mampu meningkatkan daya jual, keberlanjutan usaha, dan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha.

Abstract

This community service aims to analyze student learning characteristics based on the speed of understanding mathematics material through observation of the learning process and analysis of daily test scores in class VIII-B students of SMP Negeri 1 Kapongan. The results of the observation showed a quite striking difference in ability, where only a few students were active, confident, and able to answer questions quickly, while most other students appeared passive, hesitant, lacked focus, and showed low learning motivation. Analysis of daily test scores supported the findings of the community service, the results of which 60% of students were in the low category (0–59), 28% in the medium category (60–69), 8% in the high category (70–89), and only 4% reached the very high category (90–100). This distribution of scores indicates that the majority of students have not yet understood the material well. This finding confirms that the factors of activeness, attention, motivation, and self-confidence have a strong influence on the speed of student understanding. This community service activity also provides an important overview for teachers and prospective educators to use more varied learning strategies that are appropriate to the learning characteristics of each student.
