Abstract

This research was conducted in Meunasah Blang Village, Kota Juang District, Bireuen District, Province of Aceh. The location of the research was determined purposively (purposive) on the grounds that Meunasah Blang Village is the only village that produces cowhide crackers. The time of this research was conducted from January to February 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of income and the feasibility of the leather cracker business in Meunasah Blang Village, Kota juang District, Bireuen Regency. The research method used in this study is quantitative data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation, namely by observing directly to the location of the business of making skin crackers. Based on the results of research on the cowhide cracker business in Meunasah Blang Village, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, it was found that the average revenue for the cowhide cracker business in Meunasah Blang Village, Juang City District, Bireuen Regency was IDR 6,000,000/month with a production cost of Rp. IDR 3,694,653/month. The production costs consist of fixed costs of IDR 876,653/month and variable costs of IDR 2,818,000/month. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the profit earned from the cowhide cracker business in Meunasah Blang Village, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency was IDR 2,305,347/month. Based on the calculation of business feasibility (R/C), namely the ratio of total revenue to total production costs which is greater than one, which has a ratio of 2.43, or 2.43 1, with a BEP price of IDR 33,531,741.04 and BEP Unit 1117.72 packs, it can be concluded that the cow skin cracker business is feasible to develop.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal alfabet melalui model pembelajaran Sing Song, dimana model pembelajaran ini merupakan pendekatan yang inovatif dalam membantu anak mengenal alfabet. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Al-Ahyar dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A (usia 4-5 tahun) yang berjumlah 15 anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan mengikuti 4 tahapan yaitu planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil melalui instrumen lembar observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan data analisis, ditemukan hasil penelitian bahwa pada siklus 1 persentase ketuntasan kemampuan anak mengenal alfabet adalah 78.3% dan persentase aktivitas belajar anak adalah 74.1%. sedangkan pada siklus kedua, persentase ketuntasan kemampuan anak mengenal alfabet adalah sebesar 86.7% dan persentase aktivitas anak sebesar 80.4%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Sing Song sangat efektif dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal alfabet.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analiyze about Bandura's theory, commonly known as social-cognitive learning theories. This Theories was developed to explain how a person experiences learning in the surrounding environment. Bandura argues that environmental behavior and internal events in learning that affect perception and action are mutually influential relationships. Learning is a triangular interaction that is mutually influential and binding between the environment, personal factors and behavior which includes cognitive processes of learning. The learning components consist of behavior, the consequences of the model and the learner's cognitive processes. Social cognitive theory has two main implications for education. First, modeling is the main source of information for students. This theory identifies situations in which children obtain information from models in the mass media as well as from family and other models. The second is the importance of a sense of efficacy/personal efficacy and self-regulation ability to be a successful learner. Learning outcomes are in the form of visual and verbal codes that may or may not be retrieved. In planning complex skill learning, in addition to learning the components of the skill itself, it is necessary to develop a sense of efficacy and learner self - regulation . In the learning process, learners should be given sufficient opportunity for mental training before physical exercise, and reinforcement and avoid unnecessary punishment. In learning process according to theory social Albert bandura, a teacher must could presenting good models. Its must could have influence which strong to learners so that could give attention for them. Model here no must from teacher, however depends what which will taught. Theory social study suitable for teaching psychomotor and affective domain, because learners direct could notice, remember and copy from model which presented

Abstract

The background of this study is not enough active students to ask and listening when learning currently going on . The purpose of this study is for Describe how students activeness in learning thematic theme 2 before applied the everyone is a teacher here method in class V SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak, Describe how application the everyone is a teacher here method for increase student activeness in learning thematic theme 2 in class V SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Describe How active students in learning thematic theme 2 after applied the everyone is a teacher here method in class V SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Research this use type study action class (PTK) with use approach quantitative. Based on observations made _ so could concluded : (1) Activeness study participant educate before applied method everyone is a teacher here obtain percentage classification which is 19.35%. including to in classification no active . (2) Application method everyone is a teacher here on study this conducted as much two cycle , two cycle the all conducted by researcher with results implementation study of 95.4 % of _ observed aspects . _ (3) Liveliness study participant educate after applied method everyone is a teacher here obtain classification of 87.09% which is included to in category classification very active . (4) Application method everyone is a teacher here increase liveliness study participant educate from 19.35% to 87.09%.
