Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Dhuha prayer habituation in shaping students’ religious character at SMP Islam Al Azhar 52 Bengkulu City. The research focuses on the implementation process, the role of habituation in developing religious character, and the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered during the program. A qualitative research approach with a descriptive design was employed to obtain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students. The findings indicate that Dhuha prayer habituation is implemented in a structured and consistent manner as part of the school’s daily religious activities. The program contributes positively to the development of students’ religious awareness, discipline, responsibility, and sincerity in worship. Supporting factors include strong institutional commitment, active teacher involvement, and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors involve differences in students’ motivation, time constraints, and environmental conditions. Overall, Dhuha prayer habituation functions as an effective strategy for religious character education at the secondary school level.

Abstract

This research describes the state of teachers' digital literacy in contextual PAI learning based on religious moderation in Bengkulu Province as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing literacy for teachers. This research is qualitative research which is included in the field research category with data collection methods through observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the digital literacy of contextual PAI teachers based on religious moderation in Bengkulu province can be considered quite good because in learning teachers have used a lot of videos, social media, digital learning games and digital discussion forums in every lesson. At the same time, there are supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in contextual PAI learning based on religious moderation, namely: (1) Supporting factors: adequate facilities and infrastructure, skills and competencies of PAI teachers, as well as the existence of government policies and support (2) Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are : a). Internal factors, namely the teacher's inability to keep up with technological developments; b) External factors, namely unequal distribution of internet access in the regions, lack of training and government support for teachers and environmental literacy which is still low.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Islamic educational values ​​contained in the Web Series Santri Pilihan Bunda. The type of research is library research. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting and analyzing data sourced from the literature. The data sources in this study consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly through the video Web Series Santri Pilihan Bunda episodes 1-8 available on the Vidio platform. While secondary data was obtained indirectly through various relevant references that are related to the research object. The data collection method uses documentation. Data analysis uses content analysis, namely the content of character dialogues, settings, and events/incidents contained in the web series. The results of this study indicate that the Web Series Santri Pilihan Bunda episodes 1-8 contain Islamic educational values ​​that cover three main aspects. First, the value of faith education which includes Faith in Allah SWT, Faith in Angels, Faith in the books of Allah SWT, Faith in the Messengers, Faith in the Last Day, and Faith in Qada and Qadar. Second, the educational value of worship which consists of mahdhah worship and ghairu mahdhah worship. Third, the value of moral education which includes morals towards Allah SWT, morals towards Rasulullah SAW, morals towards oneself, morals towards fellow human beings, as well as morals towards nature or the environment. This research can make an academic contribution in enriching the body of Islamic education studies, especially in the context of using digital media as a means of internalizing and instilling Islamic values ​​in the learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Sanggar Asy-Syauqi in reinforcing the religious practices of Islamic Education students at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores how structured religious programs, spiritual mentoring, Qur’an recitation circles, and communal worship activities contribute to shaping students’ worship discipline, religious understanding, and internalization of Islamic values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis involving sanggar administrators, active student members, and faculty mentors. The findings indicate that participation in the sanggar promotes consistent worship routines, enhances comprehension of religious principles, and fosters spiritual motivation supported by a collaborative and value-driven community environment. Students report significant personal and spiritual transformation, particularly in terms of prayer consistency, Qur’anic engagement, ethical awareness, and confidence in their religious identity as future Islamic educators. The study highlights the importance of campus-based religious studios as effective platforms for holistic spiritual development and suggests the need for further comparative research across different Islamic higher education institutions

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Transformasi ini menuntut adanya inovasi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada pemanfaatan teknologi, tetapi juga mampu memperkuat internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif penguatan nilai-nilai Islam melalui pembelajaran PAI berbasis digital berdasarkan kajian literatur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian literatur terhadap buku referensi, artikel jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional, prosiding, serta dokumen kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI berbasis digital memiliki potensi besar dalam memperkuat nilai akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak apabila dirancang secara sistematis, kontekstual, dan berorientasi pada pendidikan nilai. Pemanfaatan media digital mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik, memperluas ruang refleksi keagamaan, serta mendukung pembentukan karakter Islami yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Namun demikian, integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran PAI harus tetap berada dalam koridor nilai dan etika Islam agar tidak menghilangkan substansi pendidikan keislaman. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran PAI berbasis digital perlu dikembangkan secara bijaksana sebagai strategi penguatan nilai-nilai Islam di era digital.
