Abstract

Covid-19 entered Indonesia on Monday, March 2, 2020, to be precise in the city of Depok, West Java. The worsening of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia has made the government give an appeal to the public to implement 3M as a prevention of Covid-19 in Indonesia. Distance or physical distancing is an advice from the government. In its application, one must wear a mask, wash hands and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter. The impact of the Covid-19 outbreak, activities in Indonesia have become completely paralyzed starting from March 2020. One of them is in education. During the pandemic, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Education and Culture made a policy for schools and universities to carry out teaching activities boldly, because many parents/guardians felt these activities were very irrelevant. The closure of schools and universities has a clear negative impact on health, education and development. To overcome this, a warning tool is needed to implement physical distancing in face-to-face learning with a smart jacket using an Arduino Uno microcontroller, ultrasonic sensor, PIR sensor, buzzer and LCD i2c. The results of the test and implementation of this system are when an object approaches less than 100 cm. it will activate the buzzer as a warning to users and objects to apply physical distancing and the i2c LCD as distance information and warnings in the form of objects. From the results of testing this tool works well and is able to overcome the problems experienced by the community

Abstract

Advanced technology has many benefits for its users. One way to protect the home by utilizing home securitysystem technology. Fire and theft are major problems that must be considered in home security. Several factorsfor the occurrence of fires and theft in the house are due to the negligence of the owner of the house itself and thedelay in handling and prevention. Incidents like this can result in material losses and even fatalities. Therefore,the purpose of this research is to create a tool that can monitor security and home electrical equipment at anytime by using Arduino as a medium of information that will be sent via short SMS messages and phone calls. Thisdevice can also control home electrical appliances remotely automatically with SMS commands. The test resultsshow that this system can provide accurate information to homeowners and can monitor security and homeelectrical equipment.

Abstract

In today's modern era, two-wheeled vehicles have become a basic necessity. Almost all people use two-wheeledvehicles for their daily needs. It is easy to use and relatively inexpensive to maintain, which is why many peopleuse it. Along with the increase in the number of two-wheeled vehicles, the crime of theft of two-wheeled vehiclesis also increasing. Therefore we need additional security that is better and more sophisticated on the two-wheeledvehicle itself. One of the technological developments for securing two-wheeled vehicles can now be doneautomatically using Wemos D1 and can be accessed using an Android device, namely telegram. Internet of Things(IoT) is one of the technologies that can be applied to help fulfill the security system. IoT is needed to designsecurity devices on two-wheeled vehicles, by using the telegram application to turn on two-wheeled vehiclesaccording to orders from the owner. LM2596 stepdown is required to lower the motor battery (battery) voltage tosystem voltage. Two-wheeled vehicles that have been installed with this tool can later be turned on or off via thetelegram application and can only be operated by the owner.

Abstract

Advances in technology today have provided many benefits in various sectors, one of which is in the trade sector. Generally, traders, especially SMEs, still use conventional equipment in their activities. For example, they still use conventional scales to weigh or measure sugar, rice and so on. This activity takes a long time because traders have to reduce or add sugar if the weight is not suitable. This process often makes the weight of sugar imprecise and causes losses for traders. To overcome losses for traders, a tool is needed that can facilitate the activity of weighing the sugar. With today's very rapid technological advances, a tool can be made that can weigh sugar accurately, automatically and can be adjusted to the needs of traders. The tool uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller as the center of the system being built and also as a liaison between the sensors used. The working system is where there is a sugar storage device and automatic sugar weighing, the maximum sugar storage is 5000 grams. On the tool there are several buttons such as the 250 gram, 500 gram kg and 1000 gram buttons. When the button is pressed, the tool will remove the sugar from the storage area and weigh according to the button pressed
