Abstract

Dalam sistem pendidikan kontemporer, pemahaman menyeluruh tentang komponen psikologi yang memengaruhi proses pembelajaran sangatlah penting. Keberhasilan belajar sangat dipengaruhi oleh sensori, sensasi, persepsi, emosi, intelegensi, bakat, minat, dan motivasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengintegrasikan konsep seperti sensori, sensasi, persepsi, emosi, intelegensi, bakat, minat, dan motivasi dalam konteks pendidikan dan psikologi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode library reseachdengan cara membaca, menelaah berbagai macam literatur setiap konsep dianalisis berdasarkan teori utamanya, hubungannya dengan proses pembelajaran, dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mendalam tentang ide-ide ini dapat meningkatkan pengembangan karakter siswa dan efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk pengadaan Laboratorium Alam melalui pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sekolah sebagai sumber belajar melalui penchadraan vegetasi (tumbuhan). Dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan bimbingan kepada para siswa di MAN 2 Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam untuk penggunaan aplikasi QR Code dalam mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tumbuhan melalui penchandraan vegetasi di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Hal ini dapat menjadi daya tarik bagi para siswa dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pemahamam pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) sehubungan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Lingkungan sekolah MAN 2 Lubuk Pakam, yang ditumbuhi berbagai spesies tumbuhan akan menjadi sumber belajar (learning)resources, sehingga dapat berfungsi menjadi laboratorium alam. Dari hasil penchandraan yang dilakukan diperoleh 99 (sembilan puluh sembilan) species dengan 45 (empat puluh lima) famili tumbuhan. Semua spesies tumbuhan tersebut dilengkapi dengan QR Code

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum through the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach to improve senior high school students' conceptual understanding of momentum and impulse. Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes innovative and flexible learning, but its practical application in improving students' conceptual knowledge, especially in physics, remains unexplored. thus highlighting the need for teaching strategies that integrate technology, pedagogy, and content effectively. This research was conducted at SMA Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa with class XI MIA 1 as the experimental group and XI MIA 2 as the control group. A quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control groups was used, where the experimental group received instruction using the TPACK approach, while the control group followed conventional teaching methods. Data analysis using SPSS version 25 showed that the experimental group achieved a mean score of 71.42 (71%), compared to 62.29 (62%) for the control group. These results indicate that the implementation of TPACK-based curriculum is effective in improving students' conceptual understanding. Statistical analysis yielded a significance value of 0.037 (<0.05), which confirmed the success of the approach. Thus, this study concludes that the implementation of the TPACK-based Merdeka Curriculum effectively improves senior high school students' conceptual understanding of momentum and impulse.

Abstract

This research focuses on strategies for improving the quality of performance of maintenance employees at PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima. The maintenance department has an important role in maintaining the company's smooth operations, however the performance of employees in this section has decreased in recent years. Problems such as lack of motivation, limited technical skills, and ineffective communication between management and employees were identified as factors causing the decline in performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand in depth the factors that influence the performance of maintenance employees as well as strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of performance. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation, with research subjects consisting of maintenance employees and managers at PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima. The results of this research indicate that factors such as effective leadership, supportive organizational culture, and continuous training are important elements in improving employee performance. Apart from that, a performance-based incentive system and improved internal communication between management and employees also play a significant role in motivating employees to work better. Based on these findings, several performance improvement strategies were prepared that could be implemented at PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima to achieve more optimal performance and operational efficiency.

Abstract

The current research was carried out to develop android-assisted digital teaching materials in new normal era in order to improve students' HOTS in physics learning activities. Similarly, the study seeks to realize innovative, creative and up-to-date Physics learning activities. The present development research employs the ADDIE systematic learning model, (1) analysis; (2) design; (3) development; (4) implementation; and (5) evaluation. The data analysis is a type of qualitative-quantitative method by assessing the quality of the product developed by competent experts, such as lecturers and teachers in accordance with the field of physics study presented in the form of numbers. The outputs generated from this research are Android-assisted digital teaching materials as an online learning solution for the new normal era to improve the HOTS of students with the values of digital teaching materials (e-modules) on temperature and heat materials as a whole classified as “Very Eligible” considered 91.6%.Keywords: digital teaching materials, android, covid-19, physics, HOTS

Abstract

Ketentuan tentang pernikahan dalam Islam adalah salah satu materi penting dalam kurikulum PAI. Ketentuan ini bersifat teoretis, aplikasi, dan berdampak sosial yang luas. Tujuan penelitian ini  mendeskripsikan perncanaan proses pembelajaran PAI materi ketentuan pernikahan dalam Islam dengan pendekatan PAIKEM di SMA Negeri 1 Jonggol ,   penelitian ini menngunakan metode  kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan  perencanaan proses pembelajaran PAI dengan pendekatan PAIKEM dilakukan dengan menganalisis kurikulum dan menyusun modul ajar, memilih metode dan media pembelajaran Inovatif, mengembangkan materi berbasis konteks siswa, menggunakan strategi yang berorientasi pada proses dan hasil, penguatan peran guru sebagai fasilitator,integrasi nilai karakter dengan life skills, adaptasi teknologi dan sumber belajar. Perencanaan pembelajaran PAI dengan pendekatan PAIKEM pada materi ketentuan pernikahan Islam membutuhkan integrasi kurikulum, metodologi, media, dan evaluasi holistik. Metode ini membantu siswa memahami hukum syariat dan memahami nilai-nilai pernikahan, sebuah institusi suci yang membentuk sifat mulia. Setelah implementasi yang konsisten, lulusan akan siap menjalani kehidupan berumah tangga yang sesuai dengan prinsip Islam dan bertanggung jawab

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Android-assisted virtual physics learning developed using Smart Application Creator in enhancing students' critical thinking skills during the study of optical material in high school. The novelty of this research lies in its integration of mobile-based virtual learning environments with a targeted emphasis on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) a crucial competency in 21st-century education. While prior studies have explored virtual learning media in science education, few have systematically examined their cognitive impact particularly on critical thinking in the context of physics. A quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group was used, and purposive sampling determined the participant pool. Data were collected using validated test instruments designed to assess five core indicators of critical thinking. Statistical analysis through an independent sample t-test at a significance level of α = 0.05 revealed a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. The average N-Gain in the experimental group (0.74) significantly outperformed that of the control group (0.53). The most notable improvements in the experimental group included the ability to evaluate arguments (88.2%), draw conclusions (84.3%), identify assumptions (80.4%), apply deductive reasoning (75.2%), and logically interpret data (65%). These findings demonstrate the pedagogical potential of Android-based virtual media in supporting cognitive development in physics learning. The study provides a foundation for developing scalable, interactive learning tools that align with HOTS frameworks, offering new directions for physics instruction in digitally driven classrooms.

Abstract

Terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan faktor kesulitan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di SDN 44 Kota Bima antara lain, hasil belajar siswa rendah, motivasi belajar siswa cukup kurang, siswa kurang memahami pembelajaran IPS. Oleh karena itu, Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di SDN 44 Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI berjumlah 19 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman meliputi tahap reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, serta waktu. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS DI SDN 44 Kota Bima meliputi kesulitan dalam memahami materi belajar, keterbatasan sumber belajar yang tersedia, kurangnya minat terhadap pembelajaran IPS, serta pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih belum berjalan dengan baik. kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran, kurangnya sarana prasarana sekolah, dukungan orang tua, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang sesuai dengan perkembangan peserta didik.

Abstract

This community service activity program aims to improve the skills of teachers in making learning media during the pandemic at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. The method used is descriptive method. The steps used are by providing socialization, lectures and assistance in the process of making learning media during the pandemic. The results of the response of the training participants gave a positive response. Participants gave suggestions in this activity to continue in self-development for teachers at SMAN Rantau Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the application of caning in Aceh in terms of human rights. Since the issuance of the legal instrument of Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 there have been pros and cons in the community regarding this punishment. This research method uses normative or doctrinal, the data collection process is carried out by reviewing literature that is relevant to the problems written by the author. The result of this research is that the caning punishment in Aceh cannot be said to violate human rights. Because in its implementation it is very concerned about the safety aspect for convicts of whipping. In contrast to imprisonment, the caning sentence after the execution process of the convict can immediately return to normal activities and caning can teach the community not to commit violations.
