Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the regional economy, including in Batangan District, Pati Regency. However, most MSMEs still face challenges such as low digital literacy, limited technology utilization, and poorly organized financial records. These conditions impact the low effectiveness and efficiency of MSME business processes. This community service activity aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of MSME business processes through digital-based training for MSME actors. The activity implementation method uses a participatory and applied approach that includes preparation, training, and mentoring stages. The target of the activity is micro and small-scale MSME actors in Batangan District, Pati Regency. The training material focused on digital marketing through social media and marketplaces, as well as financial records based on simple applications. Evaluation of the activity was carried out through pre- and post-tests, observations, and discussions with participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of digital literacy, the use of digital media in marketing, and the regularity of business financial records. The application of digital technology has a positive impact on increasing marketing effectiveness and business management efficiency. Thus, digital-based training has proven effective in supporting MSME empowerment and strengthening the local economy in Batangan District, Pati Regency.

Abstract

The use of social media enables instantaneous communication and interaction between brands and consumers. This research employs a quantitative approach. The study aims to analyse the effects of social media marketing and brand awareness on the purchase decision of Generation Z towards e-commerce products. A total of 90 respondents belonging to Generation Z and residing in Semarang Regency were selected for the study through purposive sampling. The data was collected using a questionnaire constructed with Likert scale parameters. The SEM-PLS approach was utilised for data analysis, using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2 for data processing. The SEM-PLS approach comprises two stages: evaluating the outer model and the inner model. The findings of the research confirmed that social media marketing and brand awareness positively impact purchasing decisions. The brand awareness variable does not appear to mitigate the impact of social media marketing on purchasing decisions. It is recommended that e-commerce companies pay better attention to social media marketing strategies and brand awareness to remain competitive in the industry.

Abstract

This study aims to study the influence of price perception, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions at “Bang Ben” Home Steak Salatiga. This study uses an associative quantitative research methodology. The subjects of this study were customers of “Bang Ben” Home Steak Salatiga, using a purposive sampling method of 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire method analyzed with a Likert scale of 1-5. Quantitative analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and analyzed using the SPSS version 30 application. The results of this study indicate that price perception, product quality, and service quality partially influence purchasing decisions at “Bang Ben” Home Steak Salatiga. The three independent variables have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap niat turnover kepada karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan, Ada 280 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 74 responden. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan untuk mengukur 17 butir soal dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan kuesioner likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner metod kuantitatif sebagai instrumen. Teknik analisis data digunakan analisis kualitatif, pengujian instrumen menggunakan validasi dani reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi multi linear. Sedangkan hipotesis data menggunakan uji-t, uji-F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan. Hasil uji-t bahwa kompensasi, ikepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Hasil uji F bahwa kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja secara kolektif berpengaruh terhadap niat turnover dan hasilnya Adjusted R Square sekitar 12,2%. Artinya, variabel kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja menunjukkan bahwa niat turnover sekitar 12,2%. Sedangkan residu sekitari 87,8% menjelaskan variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini, misalnya lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan jalur karir. Berdasarkan analisis data, perusahaan disarankani untuk memberikan kompensasi beban kerja yang sesuai, tahun kerja, upah lembur dan hari libur dengan sistem kepemimpinan sebagai inovatif, motivatif, komunikatif dan menciptakan kepuasan kerja dapat menekan tingkat niat turnover.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis Pengaruh Stress Kinerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Saranabudi Prakarsaripta kantor cabang Kalimantan Barat.”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Saranabudi Prakarsaripta kantor cabang Kalimantan Barat yaitu sebanyak 48 orang. Sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 37 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling (acak). Metode analisis yang dingunakan adalah model menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hipotesis Hasil penelitian Variabel stress kerja Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Saranabudi Prakarsaripta kantor cabang Kalimantan Barat Variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Saranabudi Prakarsaripta kantor cabang Kalimantan Barat Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Saranabudi Prakarsaripta kantor cabang Kalimantan Barat . Secara bersama-sama stress kerja lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan Kerja Berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Saranabudi Prakarsaripta kantor cabang Kalimantan Barat.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu bagian penting dalam perusahaan yang memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas proses bisnis, terutama di sektor pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rekomendasi mengenai kesiapan tata kelola teknologi informasi tepat gunadan investasi yang layak diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi XYZ. Permasalahan yang muncul disebabkan karena belum ada proses pemeriksaan mengenai kesesuaian standart sistem dan kesulitan dalam menghitung costbenefit yang diperoleh dari investasi sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5.0 domain DSS01, bertujuan memberikanrekomendasi tata kelola teknologi informasi pada bagian manage operation dan metode Information Economics untuk melakukan analisis manfaat investasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara denganHead IT Operation dan beberapa staff. Hasil penelitian menggunakan COBIT5.0 domain DSS01, menunjukkan bahwa prosesmonitoring operasional yang diimplementasikan belum sepenuhnya dijalankan, yaitu sebesar 81%. Hasil analisis metode Information Economic, dampak ekonomis Enchanced ROImenyatakan bahwa nilai persentase simpleReturn on Investment sebesar 145,66% atau dengan skor 1, menunjukkan bahwa investasi ini memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan walaupun tidak besar.Kata Kunci: SistemInformasi, Tata Kelola, COBIT 5.0, Information Economics.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of trust, the quality of merchandise, and various online marketing methods on customer satisfaction of TikTok Shop users in Semarang. Focused on the 18-25 year old Gen Z population who frequently use the TikTok Shop, the study sample consisted of 50 participants. The researchers used survey instruments consisting of Likert-type scales, and then afterward carried out multiple regression analysis with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study hypothesize that online promotions, merchandise quality, and trust as independent and composite variables will positively influence customer satisfaction. This study enhances existing social commerce and online customer behavior knowledge while providing TikTok Shop owners with tactical suggestions on developing better community-driven marketing, enhancing product quality, and building trust to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Inventory Information System is a computerized system designed to manage and monitor incoming and outgoing goods data, thereby facilitating informed decision-making and effective stock control. Berkah Abadi Mart is a retail and wholesale store that sells daily necessities. In managing inventory, Berkah Abadi  Mart still uses a manual system with paper-based recording. This naturally causes various problems, such as stock discrepancies and recording errors in monitoring the flow of incoming and outgoing goods. The purpose of this observation is to design a web-based inventory data processing information system using the FIFO method that can assist Berkah Abadi Mart in connecting stock data and managing incoming and outgoing goods data. The development method employed is the Research and Development (R&D) method, a research approach designed to develop and produce new products or enhance existing ones through a systematic and tested research process. The result of this study is a system that can be accessed by authorized users to facilitate the inventory management process.

Abstract

This study examines the role of social media marketing, social pressure, financial management, and gamification in influencing the consumptive culture of students at STEKOM University in Semarang. The study focuses on active students who have a Shopee account and have made a transaction within the last three months. Using purposive sampling, 60 respondents were selected as the research sample. This research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that social media marketing, social pressure, financial management, and gamification have a positive and significant influence on students’ consumptive culture, both individually and simultaneously. These findings suggest that digital marketing exposure, social influence, and interactive platform features can encourage higher levels of consumption among students. However, this study is limited to active students of STEKOM University in Semarang with a relatively small sample size, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to other student populations. The study highlights the importance of strengthening financial literacy and increasing consumer awareness as key strategies to control excessive consumption behavior amid the growing influence of digital marketing and social pressure. The findings also provide insights for stakeholders to develop ethical and responsible marketing practices as well as appropriate regulatory strategies to reduce excessive consumptive behavior among students. Abstract

ABSTRAKFenomena tingginya transaksi e-commerce saat ini, untuk kemudahan dan keyamanan layanan keuangan digital marketplace berinovasi melalui paylater. Kecenderungan membeli karena keinginan (bukan kebutuhan), yang diperkuat oleh kemudahan Shopee PayLater mendorong perilaku konsumtif karena memungkinkan konsumen berbelanja tanpa pembayaran langsung. Beberapa faktor di duga mempengaruhi pengguna paylater, yang ditujukkan melalui research gap dan survei awal. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis peran perilaku konsumtif, trust; mobile self-efficacy; spending habits terhdap minat pengguna Shopee Paylater generasi Z di Kabupaten Semarang. Metode penelitian kuantitatif, jenis eksplanatory research. Populasi adalah pengguna Shopee Paylater Generasi Z di Kabupaten Semarang. Sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling kriteria telah melakukan transaksi setidaknya 1 kali dalam 1 tahun terakhir diperoleh sebanyak 60 sampel terpilih valid. Untuk menguji hipotesis, metode analisis data regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS IBM 25. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel perilaku konsumtif, mobile self-efficacy dan spending habits menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam minat untuk membeli menggunakan shopee paylater. Sedangkan, trust berdampak negatif, Hasil uji secara simultan semua variabel bebas secara positif signifikan berpengaruh pada minat menggunakan shopee paylater. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan informasi bagi penyedia layanan PayLater dalam meningkatkan edukasi keuangan, transparansi risiko, serta penguatan fitur teknologi yang mendukung kepercayaan dan kemudahan penggunaan bagi konsumen muda.ABSTRACTThe current high e-commerce transaction phenomenon, for the sake of convenience and ease of the digital financial services market, innovates through paylater. The tendency to buy out of desire (not need), which is reinforced by the convenience of Shopee PayLater, encourages consumptive behavior because it allows consumers to shop without direct payment. Several factors influence paylater users, as shown through research gaps and initial surveys. This study aims to analyze the role of consumptive behavior, trust; mobile self-efficacy; shopping habits on the interest of Shopee Paylater generation Z users in Semarang Regency. The research method is quantitative, exploratory research type. The population is Shopee Paylater generation Z users in Semarang Regency. The sample used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of having made a transaction at least once in the past year, obtained 60 valid selected samples. To test the hypothesis, a multiple linear regression data analysis method was used with the IBM SPSS 25 analysis program. The findings show that some variables of consumptive behavior, self-efficacy of mobile device use, and shopping habits result in a significant increase in interest in shopping using Shopee Paylater. Meanwhile, trust has a negative impact. Simultaneous testing of all independent variables showed a significant positive effect on interest in using Shopee PayLater. The findings of this study are expected to inform PayLater service providers about improving financial education, risk transparency, and enhancing technological features that support trust and ease of use for young consumers.
