Abstract

This study aims to formulate alternative business developing strategies that are implemented at Coconut Sejahtera. Data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of this study showed that based on the analysis internal environment using the IFAS matrix, the most influential strength factor is being able to read price changes through the international oil price market and the most influential weakness factor is limited capital. Meanwhile, from the external environment analysis with EFAS matrix, the most influential opportunity factor is the abundance of copra commodities and the most influential threat factor is the arrival of large traders from outside the region.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah lingkup dunia pemasaran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Metode pemasaran yang sebelumnya bersifat tradisional dan konvensional, kini telah terintegrasi dalam dunia digital. Tak terlepas bagi para pelaku usaha yang baru. Sweet Banana menggunakan alat analisis SWOT dan strategi pemasaran STP untuk menentukan segmentasi, target dan posisi produk melalui analisis SWOT dengan pemanfaatan digital marketing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk memperoleh pasar yang lebih luas di Kota Palu sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan untuk keberlanjutan usaha Sweet Banana. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah mastriks SWOT serta strategi pemasaran STP. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pemanfaatan digital marketing memberikan dampak positif pada pengembangan jaringan pemasaran usaha Sweet Banana dibuktikan dengan perolehan omset melebihi target yang ditentukan

Abstract

Waste retribution management is important in maintaining environmental cleanliness and ensuring the sustainability of waste management systems in urban areas. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores the waste retribution management system in Palupi Village, Palu City. The results show that despite the availability of digital payment options, most people still prefer cash payment methods. Low public awareness and lack of transparency in managing retribution funds are the main challenges in optimizing this system. To overcome these obstacles, innovation in payment methods, increased socialization, and the implementation of incentives for the community are needed. By improving the effectiveness of the retribution system, it is expected that waste management in Palupi Village can be optimized, the environment will be kept clean, and community participation in retribution payments will increase.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions made by consumers have always been a concern of marketers, taking into account these two aspects can encourage businesses to develop. Digital marketing is one of the factors that can shape consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions. For this reason, this study aims to prove whether there is an influence between digital marketing on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction, the influence of purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction, and to prove whether purchasing decisions can mediate the relationship between digital marketing and customer satisfaction. This study, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to test the hypothesis. This study also using a non-probability sampling method through a judgmental sampling technique. The minimum number of samples in using SEM is 100-200 samples, and this study uses a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that digital marketing influences purchasing decisions and also influences consumer satisfaction. Other findings show that purchasing decisions have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The research findings also show that purchasing decisions can positively mediate the relationship between digital marketing and consumer satisfaction. The findings of this study have practical implications especially transformations in digital-based marketing strategies. The use of various digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, etc., can help companies or marketers to increase consumer decisions in making purchases which at the last can build their satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the financial institutions currently developing in Indonesia is sharia banking, but previous research states that the majority of people still use conventional banking products. This is because conventional banks have various products, are more diverse, and have advantages over sharia banks. Therefore, this research aims to identify how religiosity and perceptions can influence people's decisions to use sharia banking services. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. Quantitative research is the type of research conducted. The population consists of 1350 traders located in Manonda Market and Masomba Market in Palu City. Simple Random Sampling is the sampling technique used. In this research, there are 180 respondents whose data will be used to test the hypotheses. The research takes place in the traditional markets of Masomba and Manonda in Palu City, and the data collection was conducted in the year 2023. The data that will be used to test the hypothesis in this research is 180 respondents from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The research results show that religiosity can influence people's perceptions regarding Islamic banks; apart from that, perceptions are also found to influence consumer decisions when using sharia banking products. Furthermore, perception can be a good mediator between religiosity and consumer decisions, but in this research, it was found that religiosity cannot influence people's decisions to use sharia banking. The implications of this research are important for academics by opening opportunities for further research regarding the complexity of the relationship between religiosity, perceptions and customer decisions in Islamic banking. For Islamic banking practitioners, these results emphasize the importance of understanding the role of perception in increasing the acceptance and use of Islamic services.

Abstract

Artikel ilmiah merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting dalam dunia kampus khususnya untuk mahasiswa dan dosen dimana bagi mahasiswa artikel ilimiah adalah syarat wajib untuk kelulusan sedangkan bagi dosen merupakan salah satu kewajiban tridarma perguruan tinggi serta sebagai syarat kenaikan pangkat dosen. Penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley Bagi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu kebutuhan untuk menulis skripsi dan menjadikan sebagai salah satu penyimpanan referensi skripsi sedangkan bagi Dosen pelatihan Mendeley mendorong percepatan publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal internasional bereputasi. Pelakasanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Pelatihan Penggunaan Mendeley dilaksanakan pada Program Studi Diluar Kampus Utama (PSDKU) UNTAD Morowali  dengan pesertanya adalah mahasiswa sebanyak 45 orang,  dan Dosen sebanyak 5 orang.  Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada Pelaksanaan PkM menggunakan dua Metode yakni knowledge transfer dan Model Community development dengan tahapan pelaksanaa; 1) perencaanaa, 2) Pelaksanaa, dan 3) evaluasi .pemaparan materi dilakukan melalui tatap muka di Program Studi Diluar Kampus Utama (PSDKU) UNTAD Morowali. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah 40 mahasiswa dan 5 dosen peserta sudah mampu untuk melakukan download, instalasi aplikasi plug in pada Ms. Word, mensitasi artikel, mencari referensi jurnal dan membuat daftar pustaka secara otomatis Citation Management Training (Using Mendeley) for Lecturers and Students of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali Scientific articles are something that is very important in the campus world, especially for students and lecturers, where students scientific articles are a mandatory requirement for graduation, while for lecturers it is one of the three obligations of higher education as well as a requirement for a promotion. from the lecturer. The use of the Mendeley application is a necessity for students to write theses and use it as a repository of thesis references, while for lecturers the use of Mendeley is needed to accelerate scientific publications in reputable international journals. The Community Service Training (PKM) with Mendeley was held Program Studi Diluar Kampus Utama (PSDKU) UNTAD Morowali with 45 students and 5 lecturers as participants. The implementation method used in the implementation of PkM uses two methods, namely the transfer of knowledge and the Community development model with the stages of implementation; 1) planning, 2) implementation, and 3) evaluation. The material was delivered face-to-face at the Main Campus Off-campus Study Program (PSDKU) UNTAD Morowali. The results of this activity were that 40 students and 5 participating lecturers were able to download, and install plug-in applications on Ms. Word, cite articles, look for journal references, and create bibliographies automatic.

Abstract

Tujuan pembelajaran tambahan dengan metode pemutaran film sebagai edukasi pendidikan maupun pendidikan karakter anak-anak desa Doda adalah meningkatnya kualitas pendidikan serta terbentuknya karakter serta kepribadian yang baik dengan pemutaran film pendidikan ini di lakukan di tiga dusun, yakni dusun 1, dusun 2, dan juga dusun 3. Jumlah anak di setiap dusunya rata- rata dusun 1 berjumlah 15 anak, dusun 2 berjumlah 12 anak, dan dusun 3 berjumlah 15 anak. metode pelaksanaan merupakan tahapan yang dibuat dengan cara sistematis dari awal hingga akhir yang meliputi urutan pekerjaan. Langka langka dari gegiatan ini yang pertama tahap persiapan, selanjutnya tahap plaksanaan dan yang terakhir evaluasi. hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini bisa menambahkan wawasan mereka mengenai pendidikan karakter antara lain, toleransi, sikap menghargai, etika berbicara, kesopanan, meningkatkan literasi dalam hal pendidikan mereka. Pembentukan karakter pada anak-anak desa Doda harus perlu di tingkakan lagi. Hal ini haru perlu adanya campur tangan dari pemerintah desa untuk membantu tenaga pengajar atau pendidik memaksimalkan proses belajar mengajar yang ada di desa Doda. Selain itu juga harus sering di lakukan pemutaran film edukasi penidikan kerakter pada anak, dan juga harus menambahkan flm-film mengenai bahaya merokok dan juga narkoba. Improving Character Education Through the Community Partnership Program in Doda Village Through Additional Learning and Screening of Educational Films The purpose of additional learning with the film screening method as educational education and character education for the children of Doda village is to improve the quality of education and the formation of good character and personality with the screening of this educational film in three hamlets, namely hamlet 1, hamlet 2, and also hamlet 3. The number of children in each hamlet is on average hamlet 1 totaling 15 children, hamlet 2 totaling 12 children, and hamlet 3 totaling 15 children. the implementation method is a stage that is made in a systematic way from start to finish which includes the sequence of work. The rare stages of this activity are first the preparation stage, then the implementation stage and finally the evaluation. the results achieved from this activity can add their insights regarding character education including tolerance, respect, speaking ethics, politeness, increasing literacy in terms of their education. Character building in Doda village children must be increased. This should require intervention from the village government to help teachers or educators maximize the teaching and learning process in Doda village. In addition, there should also be frequent screenings of educational films on character education for children, and should also add films about the dangers of smoking and drugs.

Abstract

Bumdes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) merupakan lembaga yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa melalui pengelolaan kegiatan ekonomi. Dalam pengelolaan keuangan Bumdes, perlu juga diperhatikan prinsip keuangan yang sehat, yaitu pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan, akuntabel, berkelanjutan, dan bertanggung jawab. Salah satu yang menjadi permasalahan BUMDes di Desa Balaroa Pewunu adalah terkait dengan tata kelolah keuangan dimana BUMDes dalam membuat laporan keuangannya masih dilakukan dengan cara tradisional yakni hanya berbasis buku kas keluar masuk, sehingga dari segi akuntabilitas pelaporan keuangan masih kurang akuntabel. Tujuan dari program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis excel. Kegiatan di laksanakan dengan dua metode yakni Transfer Pengetahuan (knowledge transfer) dan Model Community development yaitu pendekatan yang melibatkan mitra secara langsung sebagai obyek dan subyek dalam pelaksanaan PkM. Hasil pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan BUMDes berbasis excel pada perangkat desa dan pengelolah BUMdes Balaroa Pewunu, menunjukan semua peserta telah mampu mengoperasikan dan menyusun laporan keuangan BUMdes dari Pencatatan berupa jurnal sampai dengan dengan neraca dan laporan laba rugi. Rekomendasi berikutnya perlunya pelatihan ini dilakukan kembali namun dengan memberikan contoh tambahan berupa laporan keuangan konsolidasi, diman BUMDes pada umumnya memiliki berbagai jenis unit bisnis sehingga pelunya mengetahui penyusunan laporan keuangan konsolidasi Optimizing BUMDes Financial Management to Achieve Equity and Economic Growth in Balaroa Pewunu Village Bumdes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) is an institution that aims to improve the welfare of the community in the village through the management of economic activities. In the financial management of Bumdes, it is also necessary to pay attention to sound financial principles, namely transparent, accountable, sustainable and responsible financial management. One of the problems of BUMDes in Balaroa Pewunu Village is related to financial management where BUMDes in making their financial reports are still carried out in a traditional way, namely only based on cash books in and out, so that in terms of financial reporting accountability is still less accountable. The purpose of this Community Service program (PKM) is to provide training in preparing excel-based financial reports. Activities are carried out with two methods, namely knowledge transfer and community development model, namely an approach that involves partners directly as objects and subjects in the implementation of PkM. The results of the training on the preparation of excel-based BUMDes financial reports on village officials and managers of BUMdes Balaroa Pewunu, showed that all participants were able to operate and compile BUMdes financial reports from recording in the form of journals to balance sheets and income statements. The next recommendation is the need for this training to be carried out again but by providing additional examples in the form of consolidated financial statements, where BUMDes generally have various types of business units so it is necessary to know the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Abstract

UMKM Mandiri Tora Tora merupakan usaha industri rumah tangga yang memproduksi buah kelapa dan diolah menjadi produk makanan yaitu Keripik Kelapa. Dengan label yang menarik dapat meningkatkan minat konsumen. Konsumen lebih tertarik dengan label daripada produk yang tidak memiliki label. Label mampu menjadi identitas dan akan masuk dalam ingatan konsumen. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi jika berniat untuk membeli kembali.  Hasil menunjukan bahwa peningkatan penjualan melalui perubahan labeling produk pada usaha industri rumah tangga yang berlokasi di Desa Sibalaya Utara Kecamatan Tanambulava kabupaten Sigi, dapat di laksanakan dengan baik meskipun masih bersifat sederhana akan tetapi dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Tujuan Pembuatan Labeling produk keripik kelapa pada UMKM Tora Tora untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk agar menjadi lebih menarik dimata para konsumen. Mitra yang terlibat dalam pembuatan olahan keripik kelapa pada UMKM Tora Tora berjumlah dua orang yakni ibu lilyana selaku pemilik Usaha dan saudara dari ibu lilyana. Metode pelaksaan kegiatan dalam pembuatan labeling produk keripik kelapa melalui observasi, sosialisasi, serta penerapan kepada pemilik UMKM Tora Tora. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan tersebut adalah adanya peningkatan kualitas produk pada kemasan olahan keripik kelapa melalui pembuatan labeling.  The Role Of Labeling In Increasing Sales Of UMKM Coconut Chip Products, North Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency UMKM Mandiri Tora Tora is a home industry business that produces coconuts and processes them into food products, namely Coconuts Chips. An attractive label can increase consumer interest. Consumer are more interested in labels than products that do not have labels. Labels can become an identiy and will enter con sumers memories. This really influences whether you intend to buy again. The results show that sales in creased trought changes in product labeling in home industry businesses located in north Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency. Can be implemented well even though it is still simple, but over time it changes for the better.  The aim of making labeling for coconut chips products at Tora Tora MSMEs is to improve product quality so that it becomes more attractive in the eyes of consumers. There are two partners involved in making processed coconut chips at Tora Tora UMKM, namely Mrs. Lilyana as the business owner and Mrs. Lilyana’s brother. The method for implementing activities in making labeling for coconut chips products is trough observation, outreach and application to Tora Tora MSME owners. The result of the service activities carried out was an increase in product quality on processed coconut chips packaging through labeling.

Abstract

Stock price fluctuations are a common phenomenon in the capital market. One of the internal factors that affect stock price fluctuations is the company's dividend distribution decision. Dividends distributed to shareholders can affect investors' perceptions of the company's value and share price. In determining the amount of dividends to be distributed, companies need to consider several factors such as leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, and profitability. The leverage ratio describes the extent to which the company uses borrowed funds. The use of high leverage can limit the company's ability to pay dividends. Conversely, low leverage provides greater financial flexibility to pay higher or consistent dividends. Leverage has a significant effect on stock price fluctuations. Companies with high leverage tend to be more risky for investors due to large interest obligations. As a result, their share prices are more volatile than companies with low leverage. In addition, high profitability indicates the company's ability to generate large profits. This allows the company to pay dividends more consistently or in large amounts. Conversely, low profitability may lead to withholding dividend payments. High profitability also supports stock price stability as it attracts investors. So it is necessary to analyse the effect of financial ratios and dividend policy on stock price volatility of food and beverage companies.
