Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja individu dan kelompok di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian difokuskan pada pegawai Dinas PUPR. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, khususnya penelitian kausal. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel, analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan pengujian hipotesis, meliputi uji t, uji F, dan modified R squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suasana kerja, disiplin, dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Sumber idaya imanusia imemiliki iperan iyang ikrusial ibaik iuntuk iindividu imaupun ikelompok. iSDM iadalah isalah isatu ifaktor iutama idalam imenjalankan iaktivitas iorganisasi, idan ikeberadaan isumber idaya imanusia isangat imenentukan imaju imundurnya ikelangsungan iberoganisasi iindividu iataupun ikelompok. iSeluruh iperusahaan ihendaknya imemperhatikan idan imengelola ikehadiran ikaryawan iguna imeningkatkan ikinerja iunggul idan imengembangkan ipegawai iyang iberkualitas. iKeberhasilan isuatu iorganisasi isangat imempengaruhi ikinerja isetiap ikaryawan. iSuatu ilembaga iatau iperusahaan imemiliki isistem ipenilaian ikinerja idengan idemikian isetiap ilembaga iberupaya iuntuk imeningkatkan iperforma ikaryawannya iuntuk imeraih isasaran iperusahaan. iKinerja iadalah ijawaban iatas ikegagalan iperusahaan iuntuk imeraih isasaran imereka. iPenelitian iini ibertujuan iuntuk imenganalisis ikinerja iperangkat idesa iditinjau idari isegi isarana ikantor, idorongan ikerja, idan ikedisiplinan ikerja idi iKecamatan iPace, iKabupaten iNganjuk. Pendekatan ipenelitian iini imenggunakan imetode ikuantitatif idengan idesain istudi ikasus. iPopulasi ipenelitian iterdiri idari iperangkat idesa idi iempat idesa idi iKecamatan iPace. iTeknik ipengambilan isampel idilakukan idengan imetode isampling ijenuh, imenghasilkan i40 isampel. iInstrumen ipenelitian iberupa iangket iatau ikuesioner iyang itelah idiuji ivaliditas idan ireliabilitasnya. iAnalisis idata idilakukan idengan iuji iasumsi iklasik, iregresi ilinier iberganda, idan iuji ihipotesis. Berdasarkan ihasil ipenelitian ivariabel isarana ikantor, imotivasi ikerja, idan ikedisiplinan ikerja itidak imemiliki ipengaruh isignifikan isecara iparsial iterhadap ikinerja iperangkat idesa idi iKecamatan iPace. iSecara isimultan ikinerja isangat iberpengaruh iterhadap ifasilitas ikantor, imotivasi ikerja idan idisiplin ikerja. iPeneliti iselanjutnya isebaiknya idapat imeningkatkan ikinerja ipegawai itidak ihanya idengan imemperhatikan ifactor imotivasi ikerja, idisiplin ikerja, idan ipengaruh isarana ikantor iterhadap ikinerja ipegawai idi iKecamatan iPace ihanya isebesar i34,7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that influence employee performance. This study was carried out. at PT JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia Kediri Branch. Employee performance is the study's dependent variable, whereas the work environment and independent variables are work abilities and individual characteristics. Data was obtained from employees of PT JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia Kediri Branch. With the saturated sampling technique, 40 employees were sampled. To create a thorough picture of the link between one variable and another, the study strategy employed multiple linear regression analysis techniques with a 5% confidence level. According to the findings of the t-test research, work environment variables, work abilities, and individual traits, all have a substantial effect on employee performance. According to the F test results, the variables of work environment, job ability, and individual characteristics all have a substantial effect on employee performance at the same time. The modified R Square value is 0.573, indicating a 57.3% influence of the work environment, job aptitude, and individual attributes on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of two variables, namely procedural justice, the recruitment process and employee performance at UMKM Bakso Bakar Ambyar Ngadiluwih. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with sampling techniques using saturated samples, namely with a total sample of 35 respondents which are all employees at Bakso Bakar Ambyar. Data collection in this study included observations, questionnaires, and literature studies where the results of data collection were tested using the SPSS version 25 application through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, Kolmogorov testing, normality testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing. hypothesis. The results of the research tests that have been carried out conclude that the Procedural Justice variable is obtained by t count > t table, namely 5.678 > 1.684 and the variable obtained by Recruitment Proces obtained by t count > t table, namely 3.415 > 1.684. This shows that the variables of procedural justice, the recruitment process and have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
