Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the effect of self-compassion exercises to overcome academic procrastination given to all the second year student at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak, which was 159 students. The method used in this study was a Pre-Experimental Design that consisted of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The selection of samples used was non-probability with purposive sampling method, the sample used in this study was 14 students with high level of procrastination. The findings in this study indicated the mean of pre-test was 97,00 and the mean of post-test was 59,71. The result of Paired Sample T-Test was 8,487 with Sig. (2 tailed)0,00 0,05, where Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. Accordingly, there was a significant difference between before and after self-compassion exercises. The researcher concluded that self-compassion exercises was effectively overcome academic procrastination for second year students at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak

Abstract

Hyperactive behavior is children who show the characteristics or symptoms of lack of concentration, a lot of movement, explosive emotions, easily discouraged and discouraged which will result in children not having friends. The purpose of this study was to describe the hyperactive behavior of class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Data was taken using indirect communication techniques, namely closed questionnaires which were distributed directly. The results showed that hyperactive behavior in class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak was low with a percentage of 45.30%. It can be concluded that the characteristics, factors that cause it, and the impact of this behavior are in the low category with percentages of 41.67%, 48.63%, and 41.85%. Because hyperactive behavior is low, the efforts of Guidance and Counseling teachers are also lacking in dealing with this behavior. This writer shows that hyperactive behavior in class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak is still low and does not need special handling.

Abstract

This review expects to decide the impact of the propensity for watching Korean dramatizations on the vocation arranging of Grade VIII understudies at SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak. This study involves a quantitative methodology as relationship studies (interrelationship studies). The quantity of tests in this review were 31 respondents from an all-out populace of 294 understudies in class VIII A to VIII I. Abstract

This research examines the Ego Status of Adults in students. Aims to know and describe the adult ego status in class X students of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kab. Kuburaya. The subjects of this study consisted of 3 class X students and 7 supporting subjects: three classmates, three class teachers, and one counseling teacher. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and observation. Data analysis uses an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification stages. This research is reviewed from the scope of transactional analysis theory. The results obtained are symptoms of adult ego in students such as being independent, having a patient nature, thinking rationally, being responsible, and being expressive. Factors causing adult ego are physical conditions, parental teaching/parenting, living environment, and school. The impact of the adult ego is on decision-making, rigid actions, being an audience in difficult times, and dominating in groups and learning. BK teachers try to approach students who have an adult ego. It can be seen that adult ego can be in the form of feelings, actions, and behaviors arising from learners.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how students who are addicted to pornography. Using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source of this research is two students of class X SMK Negeri 7 Pontianak who are determined through a questionnaire. The method used is descriptive method with direct communication data collection techniques. Data analysis uses an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The results showed that the characteristics of pornography addiction are anti-social, forgetting time, often talking dirty, declining academic grades, wasting money, and often masturbating. Internal factors of pornography addiction are curiosity, curiosity and lack of activities to fill empty time. External factors are being influenced by friends, being influenced by the internet and social media, lack of love and role models. The impact of pornography addiction is difficult to control lust, often lying, fantasizing dirty things. The role of parents in helping students who are addicted to pornography has not been implemented. The role of Guidance and Counseling teachers for students who are addicted to pornography has not been implemented. Thus it can be concluded that students who are addicted to pornography have distinctive signs, causes both from internal and external factors, and has a negative impact on students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the self-defense mechanisms of class XI students at Bawari Islamic High School, Pontianak. The problem in this research is what is the self-defense mechanism for Class XI students at BAWARI Islamic High School, Pontianak. The aim of this research is to describe the self-defense mechanisms of class XI students at BAWARI Islamic High School Pontianak. The method used in this research is a descriptive method and the form of this research is a survey study. The sample for this research was 30 students in class XI. The technique in this research uses indirect communication techniques using data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research is to use a percentage calculation formula. Abstract

study aims to determine the ethics of communicating in social interactions between students at SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach using the form of survey studies . The overall population in this study amounted to 229 students and the sample taken in this study was class VII AG students totaling 56 students, the sample was taken using random sampling, the data collection technique in this study used indirect communication techniques, namely questionnaires distributed through google form link, data analysis using percentage correction . The results showed that verbal communication ethics in social interaction between students obtained 74% results in the high category, non-verbal communication ethics in social interactions between students obtained 76% results in the high category, Based on the above description in general, communication ethics in social interaction between students has been well and correctly carried out on class VII students of SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak.
