Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan seperti tempat pembuangan sampah merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk mendapatkan perhatian dari jasa lingkungan demi kenyamanan masyarakat. Saat ini, sistem pengaduan pencemaran lingkungan belum dikelola dengan baik, dan masyarakat belum dapat menyampaikan aspirasi pencemaran secara langsung. Sehingga sistem electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) dikembangkan dengan sangat baik, tidak hanya sebagai sarana bagi masyarakat untuk menyampaikan informasi pengaduan tetapi juga sebagai sistem pengambilan keputusan bagi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dalam memberikan tindakan pencegahan pencemaran. dan tanggapan terhadap keluhan.Sistem E-CRM ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rasional Unified Process (RUP), dengan tahapan mulai dari pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, dan implementasi berbasis mobile web. Informasi pengaduan pencemaran terekam dengan baik, dan pengelola dapat segera memberikan layanan tanggap langsung lengkap dengan informasi lokasi pencemaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa E-CRM dapat meminimalisir terjadinya informasi dari pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab serta mengurangi informasi hoax. Keunggulan lain dari E-CRM adalah semua orang, dimanapun dan kapanpun, dapat menyampaikan aspirasi dan kepeduliannya terhadap lingkungan agar terhindar dari polusi. informasi.Melalui E-CRM ini, semua orang, dimanapun dan kapanpun, dapat menyampaikan aspirasi dan kepeduliannya terhadap lingkungan untuk mencegah terjadinya pencemaran. Abstract

Nilai kepadatan lapangan sangat dipengaruhi oleh jumlah lintasan alat pemadat. Proses percobaan pemadatan lapangan menggunakan alat pemadat roda baja (tandem roller) dan alat pemadat roda karet (pneumatic tyre roller) yang prinsip kerjanya secara dinamis, yaitu pemadatan dengan cara digilas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kausal komparatif. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi jumlah lintasan terhadap nilai kepadatan lapangan pada percobaan pemadatan. Jumlah lintasan alat pemadat pada variasi 1 adalah dua belas lintasan, pada variasi 2 adalah empat belas lintasan, pada variasi 3 adalah enam belas lintasan. Berdasarkan analisis pada pengolahan data diperoleh nilai persen kepadatan (density) lapangan dan ketebalan campuran aspal beton jenis Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course pada masing-masing variasi jumlah lintasan. untuk benda uji diambil dengan menggunakan metode core drill. Dari hasil perhitungan enam contoh benda uji, diperoleh hasil yaitu 97,98% untuk pemadatan dengan dua belas lintasan, 98,81% untuk pemadatan dengan empat belas lintasan, dan 99,21% untuk pemadatan dengan enam belas lintasan. Dari ketiga variasi tersebut hasil yang memenuhi syarat Spesifikasi Umum 2010 Revisi 3 dengan nilai minimum kepadatan rata-rata 98,5% adalah pemadatan dengan menggunakan empat belas lintasan roda karet (Pneumatic Tyre Roller) dengan nilai kepadatan (Density) Lapangan 98,81%.

Abstract

Steering system atau sistem kemudi adalah suatu sistem pada kendaraan yang berfungsi untuk merubah arah gerak kendaraan melalui roda depan kendaraan dengan cara memutar roda kemudi kendaraan. Bila roda kemudi (steering wheel) diputar, poros utama kemudi akan meneruskan tenaga putarnya menuju gigi kemudi /steering gear. Gigi kemudi memperbesar tenaga putar ini sehingga dihasilkan momen yang lebih besar untuk menggerakkan roda depan melalui linkage. Model rack and pinion mempunyai konstruksi sederhana, sudut belok yang tajam dan ringan, tetapi goncangan yang diterima dari permukaan jalan mudah diteruskan ke roda depan. Cara kerja pada waktu roda kemudi diputar, pinion pun ikut berputar. Gerakan ini akan menggerakkan rack dari samping ke samping dan dilanjutkan melalui tie rod ke lengan nakel pada roda-roda depan sehingga satu roda depan didorong, sedangkan satu roda tertarik, hal ini menyebabkan roda-roda berputar pada arah yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisa sudut belok roda pada mobil emisia borneo 01 ini, sesuai aturan pada event shel echo marathon asia 2018 kendaraan harus mampu berbelok pada radius 6 meter, maka di rancang panjang wheel base 1.25 meter, panjang poros roda depan 65 cm, dengan sudut belok aman atau di ijinkan minimal 13˚, maka mobil emisia borneo 01 ini dinyatakan aman dan lulus uji tehnical impaction mampu berbelok dengan sudut roda 13˚ pada radius 6 m. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisa torsi yang dibutuhkan untuk membelokkan yaitu sebesar 16.660 Nm ata sama dengan 1,7 kg.mm2. Sehingga gaya sentrifugal yang terjadi karena rack menjauh dari titik tusuk pinion, saat berbelok terjadi gaya gesek antara roda dan permukaan jalan maka gaya sentrifugal yang didapat adalah sebesar 387.94 N/m2. Setelah terjadi kontak antara roda dan permukaan jalan maka gaya yang terjadi selanjutnya adalah gaya handling pada mobil emisia borneo 01 gaya handling yang didapat pada saat berbelok ke kanan dengan sudut 10˚,20˚,40˚ adalah 3128.7 N,3186.4 N, 3705.4 N, dan pada saat berbelok ke kiri adalah 3092.4 N, 3149.4 N, 3662,4 N.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and employee work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Vengoz Busana Indonesia. The population of this research is employees of PT. Vengoz Busana Indonesia which consists of 30 employees of PT. Vengoz Busana Indonesia Sample determination was taken using saturated samples. This research uses primary data by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to PT employees. Vengoz Busana Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and the data collected is processed with SPSS 25. The results of the research show that partially the work environment influences employee job satisfaction with t count (6.767) > t table (2.048) with a significant value of 0.000<0.05, partially discipline work has an effect on employee job satisfaction with t count (3.059) > t table (2.048) with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. And simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a calculated F of 126.450 > F table of 3.35 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, and job stress on employee turnover intention at CV. Berlian Sentosa Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of CV Berlian Sentosa. The number of samples in this study were 31 employees of CV. Berlian Sentosa using saturated sample technique. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires, while this research method used quantitative methods. The results showed that (H1) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention with t count job satisfaction -2.211 < 2.04841 and sig. 0,035 < 0,05. (H2) Job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention, namely with t count of job stress 4.705 > 2.04841 and the significance of the job stress variable 0.000 < 0.05. (H3) in the results of the F test is accepted with the value of F count 14,535> F table 3,340 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. In the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) with an R Square value of 0.509 which means Job Satisfaction and Job Stress have a contribution of 50.9% to Turnover Intention. Then the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Analysis of errors in the use of Indonesian in the learning of UIN Law Students is an important study that focuses on how students use written and spoken Indonesian in academic and learning contexts. Indonesian is the official language and language of instruction in education in Indonesia. Good and correct mastery of Indonesian is very important for students to be able to convey ideas, arguments and analyzes clearly and effectively, especially in fields of study such as those that require a deep understanding of citizenship concepts and Pancasila values. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The focus of this research is to explore the perspectives, experiences and views of UIN Law students. Analysis of errors in the use of Indonesian in the context of higher education, especially in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn), is an important topic for identifying and improving the quality of students' language.

Abstract

At Republic of Indonesia State Civil Service Agency in carrying out work, it is often found that problems both software and hardware are installed in the computer and must be resolved immediately. However, the handling of problems is still not good, where in the process of reporting complaints and requests, you still have to go by telephone or come directly to the IT staff office to notify complaints, as well as in manual records that affect company performance. All recording reports and problem calculations are still manual. This can have a negative effect, namely: there are problems that are at risk of being recorded repeatedly, so it takes a long time to provide reports to managers. Therefore, the authors submit a helpdesk information system application to solve the problems of complaints and employee requests so that they can be resolved quickly and can be handled properly as well as recording reports that are well recorded. In developing this helpdesk information system, the author uses an object-oriented methodology, namely the iteration waterfall, which is modeled using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The tools used are XAMPP as a web server, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this system, it is hoped that it can make it easier for employees to report complaints as well as get solutions to the problems they are complaining about and also make it easier for IT staff to automatically generate reports in the system.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance at PT.Duta Indah Global Kencana. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Duta Indah Global Kencana totaling 56 people. The sampling technique used is using saturated samples. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Duta Indah Global Kencana. This study uses a quantitative method and the collected data is processed with SPSS 25. Data analysis techniques in this research use classical assumption tests, multiple regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that leadership and communication have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is one of the most common diseases encountered in primary healthcare services and can be caused by various microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of home visits in the management of ARI patients at Primary Health Center Batoh. The methods used include two home visits with a six-day interval, anamnesis, physical examination, and completion of a family folder consisting of a family genogram, family map, and family function evaluation using APGAR and SCREEM. The first home visit was conducted to collect basic patient data, provide health education, and identify risk factors in the home environment. The second visit evaluated patient adherence to therapy and changes in clinical conditions.The results of the study indicate that home visits help in monitoring patient conditions, providing more effective health education, and increasing family involvement in patient care. Additionally, home visits enable healthcare providers to identify risk factors in the home environment that may worsen the patient’s condition, such as smoking habits and poor sanitation.The discussion in this study highlights that a holistic approach through home visits can improve treatment effectiveness and patient adherence to medication. In conclusion, the home visit program has proven to be an effective strategy in managing ARI in primary healthcare services and has the potential to improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Enhancing the implementation of this program is expected to become an integral part of family medicine approaches in primary healthcare facilities.

Abstract

The KKN activity with the theme "Socialization of Online Gambling Prevention for Teenagers at Bengkulu State High School 8 is motivated by the rise of online gambling which can damage the nation's young generation. The high interest in online gambling that has hit the young generation today has encouraged the Dehasen Bengkulu KKN Group to carry out outreach on the prevention of online gambling which was held at State High School 8 Bengkulu. The aim of this activity is to increase students' awareness in tackling online gambling at State High School 8 Bengkulu. In this socialization activity, the methods used were lectures, discussions and questions and answers. This socialization was attended by 35 students. The approach taken is to provide understanding and explanation of the material and invite participants in outreach activities to discuss the prevention of online gambling among teenagers. The results of the socialization organized by the Community Service Team show that this activity has been carried out well. This is proven through the active involvement of participants in taking part in socialization, including their participation in discussions and question and answer sessions after the delivery of material by the Dehasen KKN Group.
